Their serv8ce mechanics are horrible. The mechanics do a hack job. I brought my car in for an oil change and rotation of tires. The technician said my wheel lock was damaged and couldn't rotate my tires. They tried to charge me for tire rotation and didn't do it. When I got my car back I went into my compartment and showed them my wheel lock wasn't damaged. They said I had to wait until technician came back from lunch. I said I waited a long time and wanted it done now. So they finally rotated my tires. They always have excuses. This time they were starting a new system. Last time they were short technicians. So my final excuse is that I'm not going here anymore. I am tired of hearing excuses why technicians can't do the job, but still being charged for the service. Then I have to complain to get the job done. This place totally sucks. read more

This company has caused so much grief to us. We are 2 seniors that lost our jobs due to cutbacks. We were on a road trip to go to 3 interviews which we budgeted the gas for. We have had issues with the car since we bought it but its spontaneous and we thought it was ok. About 3 hours into our trip the car was lunching crash avoidance system coming on etc. It wasnt safe to drive. We purchased the diamond extended warranty and have warranty that came with car. The claims dept told us to go ahead on our trip so we wouldn't miss interview and the honda reunite program would tow our car to us. We called the dealership that we bought car from today and they said there is no such service. Lie #1. Now the dealer is saying that we got a brake switch wet its all our fault and warranty won't pay for it. Called warranty today and they said dealership never submitted the claim. So another not true account. They want cash for a switch that has nothing to do with issue. Because of train and bus fairs campgrounds hotels we went broke. 2 seniors stranded 2 hours away from car. They refuse to help us and we can't get car. So I assume we will lose the car because we can't be reunited with it. Honda finance is trying to help so is our warranty company but its getting nowhere as the dealership has last word..according to the service manager she says this honda dealer has nothing to do with honda as its privately owned. We sat in tears today. We went on someone's word we would get car back. And it was not true. The dealer has to initiate the tow and they won't. So we lost the only car we have. They are hard to work with. And dont expect them to help. We are in hideous situation and they won't help. My credit will be trashed we have no way to get anywhere all because of a lie. We trusted them. We can get a lawyer but it would take 3 years to settle and the damage done. I wish we had made it to another town. Their service department is great! Yes it is expensive but they always do a good job. I love the fact that they sent me a video of my car and what needed to be done last time. I wouldn't let anyone who wasn't Honda certified touch my car except for tires. The only thing I didn't get done here was tires because Sam's Club was cheaper and I got great tires there. All the service advisors are great but Lily and Angela go the extra mile. They also call a Lyft for you which is very helpful. read more

Will not be returning or recommending anyone I bought a vehicle last week. I drove a specific one. Salesman said had the exact same model just with cloth seating instead of leather. So we proceeded with the sale. Once everything was done I find that a lot of features were missing so the vehicle isn't actually the same which was super upsetting. I called and asked if I can return and swap and he said manager told him due to California laws you cannot do that. I trade in my 2020 Honda CRV-EXL & get a brand new HRV-EXL to HONDA PALMDALE. I called almost everyday to follow up but different answers from their employees. It took 2wks for them to give me the cash check if I didn't show up to complaint they won't give it. They already have my CRV on their website to sell it but my check needs to wait co'z the title & tag hasn't arrived yet??? It's been 2wks no title & tags. I was been kick out when I complaint today. I was just trying to request to correct the sales contract & canceled the warranty that is not really needed co'z they took advantage of me since I am a woman! On the contract it says $8k instead of $18k the said trade in. I was there around 5pm when I did the negotiations that lasted transactions until 9pm. I am tired & hungry that night that I couldn't read all the papers & was busy with my daily life so I was late when I read the entire contract. Although, no excuses on this this but still...Employees insist that (black guy) he is the one I spoke with & made those transactions. Truth is he is not co'z late that night July 14 it was a white guy from finance. Then, another manager keep talking while I'm talking with previous manager that I made the dealings. Those guys keep saying i don't need to re-do the contract co'z its settled thru that $10K check. Btw, the check date is July 22 but today is July 28th. The GM just gave the check rudely and says here's your check & get out of here. HONDA PALMDALE SALES EMPLOYEES are very rude!!! ONLY nice when you are buying to them. They don't even want to be corrected or acknowledge my request to redo the said transaction. I don't deserve to be treated this way! I should have gone somewhere else to sell my car & buy a new one. But when you find out the mechanic absolutely hates his job and doesn't know what he's doing unless there's a obd2 code or parts to throw at the vehicle which any mechanically inclined person can do for less than than they'll charge. Well to be honest I took my Honda accord to have the rear brakes inspected and the mechanic loosened them up and wrote down I'm doing burn outs and donuts. Which is a complete lie and the mechanic clearly hated his job and I wish I never took it here. I do air conditioning and obviously I'm the one that knows about these mechanical problems without needing a diagnostic code to tell me what to do! I didn't have an outright horrible experience but I will say that they need better car salesmen because they ones I had an experience with weren't charismatic, personable or even seemingly trust worthy. I told them my budget and specific things that I was looking for in a car which is a sunroof... the salesman basically implied that I'd just have to settle because car manufacturers aren't making many cars with sunroof nowadays. It felt like he wanted me to settle for whatever they had just so they could get a sell and collect commission. Above all of that, the salesman was smoking a vape while showing me cars, very off putting and it's unfortunate to see how unprofessional car salesman are these days. read more
