I used to love coming in when the owner was around there was real vibe, zero pressure, just good convo and solid service. Now it's all college kids, and honestly, some of the younger female staff act like helping customers is beneath them? Feels like I'm being judged just for shopping, especially with the whole "gotta have a number" policy since flavored vapes got banned. I get the rules, but it's been years since they banned it in California and I have had zero issues there so why's the service so awkward here? The guys working there are cool and helpful, but a few of the girls need to chill It's just a vape shop, not a secret club. I miss being able to browse, ask questions, and feel welcome instead of rushed and side-eyed. Bring back the old energy. read more

Everyone typically seems annoyed that they have to help you. Their cigar humidors are for sure not up to par. Bought a hand full of cigars from them at one point and put the in a plastic humidor with 3 bovidas as it calls for and the bovidas were half used trying to get the cigars up to 69% humidity within 4 or 5 days. read more

Robertson's is one of my favorite if not my absolute favorite smoke shop, with diversity of vape juice and a bunch of sales all the time. They sell cigars and have a safe area with a humidor to help keep the moisture for the tobacco. I haven't had the coffee yet but I've heard it's actually really good. I cannot wait until the day we as a nation decide to federally legalize marijuana, so we here in Utah can collectively stop pretending like anyone is using a bong to solely smoke tobacco. This is probably one of the most oddly placed smoke shops in the world, but it is very on brand for the overall strangeness of Highland Drive. Smack on the corner of Highland and 45 south, is this weird smoke shop, espresso bar hybrid; and I adore it. Robertson's is not overrun by your typical, 20 something, "blaze it" bro, but rather some OG's who you know are going to hook it up correctly. The selection is not awe inducing, but you have more than enough options for glass, papers, cigars, vapes and cigarettes to send you on your way. You want to know the really bizarre thing about this place? The coffee is actually worth trying. read more

I used to like this place until I ran into a problem. I purchased Mango juul pods and they were FAKE. It was bright yellow, no nicotine, and tasted like watered down peach. I went back with the full pod to either exchange it for another or get my money back and the two owners looked at me like I was crazy and plain out said NO. I then showed them the pod and got into an argument with them, then they FINALLY pulled out another mango pod that was REAL and i showed them the difference. They finally let me walk out with the one real mango pod, sadly they charged me $30 for 2 and now i have 1 real one and -$15. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL FUCK YOU read more

Always wanted to stop in and check it out since it says espresso on the wall outside but I never have. Luckily I was close by in a lazy Sunday and had a chance to go in. Awesome selection and prices for all your smoking needs. But the real star is the coffee. I've only ever ordered a soy latte but I probably won't order anything else because it's just fucking perfect. The bitterness of the coffee hugged by the artfully frothed milk produces an almost unbelievably creamy, smooth, yet flavorsome cup of coffee. I was almost suspicious that they forgot to use soy milk, but my stomach later laid my suspicions to rest. read more

I bought a product from here and was so excited to use it. I got it home and immediately placed on on the charger. The instructions said the indicator would change from red to green once charged. It has never turned green. The product hardly smokes. I called and asked to refund the purchase and was told "of course". Once I brought it back I was called a liar and they refused to return it. At that point I was embarrassed and furious. Finally they offered to at least exchange or credit the money. Sad thing is I don't want any product from this store. I had never been treated so aweful in my life. I would never recommend a store that can't stand behind what they sell. read more
