I'm so impressed with this office! The staff at the front desk are so welcoming, and friendly. They're professional and try to make things work. I was going to miss my 9 am appointment the other day, and she found a spot to squeeze me in at 11:30 am that same day. The dentists and hygenists at this office are great as well. They're all very personable. They have good bed side manners and tell you what they're doing or what you're about to experience(i.e like pressure) and ask you to tell them if there is any pain. The dentist who was doing my filling the other day asked me multiple times if I was ok still..and near the end was letting me know the procedure was almost finished. The quality of work they do is execellent as well. I had a loose filling, and ever since I had gotten this particular filling done, I've always had food collect between those two teeth..I used to have to floss often. After getting the filling replaced, I haven't had that problem at all! I'm SO SO happy with the change I made in coming to this office. When I had met with Dr. Robin, she made it very clear that our experience at her office is very, very important to her, and the quality of care they provide. Which is so evident in how all the staff here conducts themselves. Also, they are up front about costs.. none of this "find out at the end" that you can sometimes encounter. One of the hygenists asked if I wanted fluoride after my teeth cleaning, I had said yes..and she asked if I'd like her to check to see if my insurance covered that first.. I told her yes please..and turns out my insurance doesn't. So I decided not to go through with it. I'm so grateful for this office!! And highly recommend them!! read more

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very good at her work and skills, felt no pain while getting a clean. I would not recommended this place . Staff did not explain my cost after the cleaning they selected for me . I told them to only clean what insurance covers and then i got a bill after , went to a new dentist 6 months later for them to say i have a cavity. Robin su staff did not detect cavities either . Dr. Robin Su is the best dentist I've ever been to. Her knowledge is priceless. I went for a consultation asking for a second opinion before I do something that I was not 100% sure if I need it. Really happy with Dr. Su and her office staff. My hygienist, Stacy was subbing and now permanently employed. So much compassion and of course great in her trade. Taking X-rays on me is difficult. They did an excellent job. No pain! I received a night guard that did not fit properly, rather than trying to make that one work, Dr Su made the decision to have another appliance made with a new lab. No extra charges to me. My daughters and I have been coming to see Dr Su since they were only 3 and 6 yrs old. Fast forward 19 years later, she is still our family dentist. Although it's been some time since I've been in, I felt inspired to relate my experience here. I was referred by my mom, who claims this is the best of all dentists she has been to in her lifetime. I had never been here before. In fact, at the time, I had neglected to visit ANY dentist for many years. But if you have an emegency, forget it.....I guess routine care is all Dr. Su's practice is limited to....called in this morning, was offered an appointment in 2 weeks! God my tooth hurts!
