Buyer beware. If you have the extra money for a revision then take a chance on Dr. Robinson touching your face. I had to payout more money to get a revision face and neck lift, after he botched my face. I am the lady in the photos with lateral rope lines on her face from Dr. Robinson's facelift procedute, Also the distored liplift that distorted my nose. I warn you it does take a toll on one's mental state when their face gets botched. If the following 5 star boost reviewers had such a great outcome, wonder why no photos. Photos backup a person's claim. Be sure to check other reviews on Realself and other sites. I just read a 1 star review that Dr. Robinson botched their nose. I was treated the same way that person was treated by Dr. Robinson. He fed me snake oil by trying to improve his error with shooting me up with botox, fillers and Kybella. Leading me on for over a year telling me the facial distortion will improve. It didn't. Then a facial surgeon, who happen to be his friend, examined me. His friend said the distortion was not going to improve, because the underlying facial tissue and skin were pulled in a unatural direction causing the lateral sweep. I would need a revision. Boy, i could tell you stories if I had time here. Hearing that person's 1 star review, confirmed for me, Dr. Robinson may be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Good luck with your decision. read more

After reading one of the reviews left for Dr. Robinson I felt the need to share my own experience I too ran a busy practice for several years and sometimes 5% of your patients create 95% of your problems..... you just can't turn a 2 into a 10 !. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Robinson , Summer and his entire staff I recently had my ears ,neck and a facelift done actually within the last two weeks I feel terrific I love the results. actually unbeknownst to me, my internist, and Dr. Robinson went to medical school together and he was highly recommended for years I felt like my ears stuck out, and I was very self-conscious my husband for Christmas , gave me the gift of having my ears pinned when I went for my consultation to meet with Dr. Robinson I felt so comfortable I figured hell why not I'm 66 years old and I wanted a little enhancement.I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson who is highly Skilled and an excellent surgeon. Dr. Ernest Robinson is a God sent to me. Dr. Ernest Robinson performed reconstructive surgery on me and did the most amazing job. I was in a bad situation where I had gone to a plastic surgeon before that added fat into my face. Dr. Ernest Robinson was the only one that would remove it for me. I had gone to other surgeons and they continuously just wanted to add more and make me look unnatural. Dr. Robinson spent nine hours scraping out all of the fat that was put in my face and then tightened everything to make me look like I did before I never did anything. Hello friends..... This guy is not your friend.  He disfigures faces. This review is not on emotion but simple facts.  Your proof, 14 months with a disfigured nose I have kept silent giving this guy every chance to do the right thing.  To be a man of his word, to be honest, accountable, have some sort of integrity...........NOTHING! MY EXPERIENCE BELOW...................... DONT MAKE IT YOURS ** 4 consultations for complete understanding of procedures (lip/nose). ** Dr. Robinson response all 4 times,  EASY, NO PROBLEM **Day bandage comes off, its a pig nose with no symmetry.  Left nostril resembles a crater and is disfigured at all 3 points. Side greatly protruding out. Sideways columella. Front top point of nostril indented due to missing cartilage and  has torn and missing skin. ** 2 days after bandage comes off he slides his finger down my nose and brakes the new cartilage on the same side as crater nostril causing large bulbous. **He then proceeds over 2-3 months to shoot my nose with painful shot fillers trying to hold down the cartilage he broke. **He then at 5/6 months tried to cut and bring in outside of protruding nostril putting me through yet more pain, and never fixing the problem. **One year fix time now here. We have complete understanding between us, He says he's going to fix left disfigured crater nostril and will NOT touch the other intact healthy nostril for any reason! By the way, the only thing that got me through the year was looking at the healthy half of my nose. **The fix Bandage comes off and unbelievably the left is still a disfigured crater/nostril. The right healthy side He promised not to touch he gutted and disfigured and is now bigger than the left. **Because he is a man of no character he manipulated and bullied me and let me know his disfiguring procedure was his patients problem not his.  I said I just worked an entire year to pay for his commitment to helping me.  This man is a crook and a fraud. He took a year of my life and counting, my money and left me with a disfigured nose. read more

Dr Robinson has been my go to facial doctor for all my needs for the last 30 years. I have had a forehead lift in my late 30's as well as a restoration rhinoplasty that went wrong by another plastic surgeon. Since then, I have been to Doctor Robinson for my Botox and fillers. Recently, September 2023, I had a procedure that lifted my sagging skin, jowls and loose neck skin. I am so happy with the results. Everyone complements me on how great I look. Unfortunately, I also didn't have a great experience. I will say Dr.Robinson and Summer, his patient coordinator, are very nice. 1. I showed them the negative review from Diane D and they claimed she was never a patient of theirs, even showing them her picture. I decided to contact Diane D myself and she said it was Dr.Robinsons wife that did her horrible injections. At least she got her money back. 2. My issue is with their anesthesiologists. Apparently, at their surgery center, they are all board certified but I had three different Dr's tell me that they saw a red flag and to do more research myself. I'm on dialysis, I got medical clearance but their "board certified" anesthesiologists obviously aren't very well versed in their occupation as they declined to do my surgery because they are not aware of the fluid intake to do on a dialysis patient. Maybe they need a little bit more schooling because three other Dr's I spoke with said they should know what they are doing and it shouldn't be a big deal. I'm obviously disappointed, as I liked Dr. Robinson, but I think he needs to reevaluate his team. read more

This review is well overdue. I have recently read the glowing reviews pertaining to Dr. Robinson and unfortunately I did not have the same wonderful experience. Dr. Robinson performed my eye surgery approximately 12 years ago and my life has never been the same. It was a completely botched surgery--I do my best to avoid looking in the mirror in order to avoid crying. I can still clearly remember that during surgery I was still coherent and could hear everything. There were a couple of Nurses present and they were laughing and joking with Dr. Robinson while he was performing surgery on my eyes!!! The only person in the room that was professional was the anesthesiologist. I look like a freak and I blame Dr. Robinson for allowing such rude and disrespectful behavior to take place in the operating room. read more

I have a lot of health anxiety and HATE going to the doctor, but I had an blemish on my cheek that looked suspicious. I went to a dermatologist who thought it was cancer and she referred me to Dr. Robinson for a biopsy. Dr. Robinson, Summer, and Natalie were all very kind and compassionate and made we feel comfortable. They were also very patient with me and quickly responded when I had questions after my procedure. Dr Robinson is by far the best injector of botox and juvederm out there. He only does faces and is an expert and an artist at what he does. His work is very natural and therefore nobody can tell that I have my lips done and botox around the eyes and forhead... I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson's now for 3 years. He is such a compassionate man with a gentle disposition. He is a great listener, and really pays attention to what I want to achieve.
