They took my dental anxiety seriously and made me feel comfortable instead of rushed or judged. The dentist was amazing--very professional and gentle. He not only removed my wisdom teeth with minimal pain, but also helped properly address my root canal issues and got everything back on track. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. For the first time, I genuinely don't feel afraid of going to the dentist anymore. I actually look forward to coming back for future visits, which is something I never thought I'd say. This office truly turned a stressful experience into a positive one, and I'm very grateful to have found them.

He suggested removing the implants. A photo from a scan showed where an implant had pierced my sinus. When he removed the implants it was quite evident. He cleaned and stitched the opening closed and rebuilt bone. I am so excited. Everyone was so caring, and helpful. Dr. Mogannam listened, was very professional, gentle, caring, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.

I had no cavities or any real problems but she still managed to project horror at the state of my perfectly fine teeth. At check out the office assistant told me I needed to book a 4 appointment round of scaling and root planing--which was not discussed during my visit other than the doctor saying "you could develop gum disease" not that there were any signs of it at the time. I booked the appointments but it didn't feel right. Why do invasive procedures on healthy gums? I canceled the appointments and didn't go back. 10 years later I'm extremely happy because I have no gum disease and haven't had as much as a cavity since that appointment. Sometimes invasive dental work can cause much more harm than good if not needed. And why be so condescending about a perfectly healthy mouth? None of it makes sense. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this practice unless they have made major changes.
