I would highly recommend everything here. We visited Colton today and had a FIVE star experience. If you're in Beaver are passing through this is a must stop and experience brewing company. Perfect stop on our drive home from Park City! Giant menu with lots of smoothie and coffee options. Impressed by the number of milk alternatives! Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones you don't plan. Leaving the In-Laws in Parowan to head home SLC, we saw a billboard for espresso and definitely needed some caffeine for the trip. If you see the sign turn off and check it out! You won't regret it. Very easy to get to and to get back on the freeway. The coffee was tasty I got the buttercup hot and the hubs got it cold. The cake with whipped cream and strawberries were so good I couldn't share, and I wouldn't be surprised if the whipped cream was homemade. It was so good!! Stopped on a roadtrip. A little off the beaten path, but I was intrigued as it was the only coffee place around this area. The service was amazing! I didn't know what to get, the drive thru worker was very helpful and recommended the Forever Yours. I went with the 32oz option, which was fairly large but definitely what I needed at the moment. After one sip, I said out loud "This is the best coffee I have ever had." I meant it then and I mean it still, pretty darn amazing. I recommend to anyone driving through the area and if I ever find myself nearby again, I will stop by to get more! read more

We made a stop on the way to Idaho for a Smoothie and Breve. Pleasantly surprised they had such a big menu. We got a mango Smoothie and a ham egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Be patient because they are a small place with w ladies working and making your order fresh. The English muffin was homemade and high quality ham. Piping hot! The bagel could have been toasted a little more but I did get heavy cream cheese like I asked. Their lemon pie was pretty good. The flavor of the mango shake was mild and I do not think they used chucked mango which I prefer but I'm not unhappy with it. Prices were very reasonable! We would definitely go back. read more

Road trip from Cali and long way in--hotel coffee was truly inedible and to be perfectly honest, wasn't expecting anything amazing, just hoping for a cup of "drinkable"--but was Pleasantly surprised, particularly for an off the beaten path (translation--not near any version of a large city)--but I'd say their blends are comparable to some of my favorite fresh coffee roasters that have lines all day (ie: busy!!) in very high tourist areas out of state. A lovely bright spot, and will definitely be back on any future pass-throughs. read more

I visit Beaver Utah about twice a year. I also love coffee so much, so being from West Hollywood Ca, I have a wide variety of small Indy owned coffee shops to go to. But when I go to Beaver, I specifically look forward to going to North Creek Espresso! North Creek is basically the only coffee shop in town, but even if it wasn't, they would still be number one! The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and always get me my Iced Americano speedy quick. And the coffee? It's fantastic! Great flavor, and always consistent. They also have that incredible ice that lasts for hours. So all in all, if you're driving by Beaver, drop into North Creek Espresso, it's truly awesome! read more

This is a small local owned coffee shop and it was delicious. We went thru the drive thru on our way out of town and it was a bit busy but their service was fast. They were very polite and the coffees were great. My husband tried their mint mocha which he liked and i got a white mocha with vanilla. Leave your expectations at the door folks. Seriously, this small town coffee shop is a great stop. While you might find the culture here in Utah, especially in little ol' Beaver, to be different then where you're from, would you really expect every Apple to be the same size shape and color, waxed and shinning in all the same ways? The answer is no. This place is fantastic, yes it's different and that's ok, no one is the same and everyone has their own Culture so don't expect people to fit into "your" box or the box you've been placed in (referring to other reviewers). As for the coffee, is served ready to drink and customizable with different essential oils which is by far more fun than Starbucks. Some people have mentioned the lack of smiles and I have noticed this as well so my family and I take it upon ourselves to make people smile. This may be culture or may be from other peoples judgment upon different culture. I could definitely see other peoples judgement upon differences being a huge possibility in lack of smiles here so spread some kindness. People are different and that's ok. I'd also like to add that this coffee shop doesn't wear masks as many people have mentioned but failed to mention that neither does the rest of Utah, so good luck finding anywhere else in Utah with this mandate (which is mostly over with anyhow but had to mention due to my discord towards other peoples negative comments). I don't feel this can be judged against the shop due to the fact it's most of Utah that's not masked anyhow. So if you want to complain about no masks then complain about the state not the shop. The shop is fantastic. To conclude, the shop had many options of pastries including some egg and dairy free options my kids loved. My dogs were given some dog treats as well. The coffee option also include dairy free milk options and can be served hot, iced or blended. Surprisingly, they even have energy drink, breakfast foods, snacks and other drinks as well. It's a great stop and one of my favorite places in beavers small town. Definitely take the time to stop by, spread some smiles and try some delicious essential oil coffee, ready to drink. read more

Stopped at this little coffee stop on our way out of town. No one was wearing masks inside and the service was cold with thinly veiled disdain towards us. We didn't say anything about the masks or do anything unusual except place our order. The coffee itself is alright, better than gas station coffee. Right now, I wouldn't recommend stopping through here if you are traveling through. read more
