They were little busy but not too much. Stood in front waiting as one waitress looked at us, didn't say a word and kept on doing what she was doing. Another gal came by and said she will be right with us. Eventually got sat and got to order food. Menu had funny names and sounded pretty good. I didn't know what to order so I went safe route and ordered fried fish (cod) with tater tots. Also ordered the Branding iron cheese steak and The barnyard burger. Food took little longer than expected but they did have a large table before us Food finally arrives and well, what can I say, had one of those should have would have could have but didn't moment. My 3 fish pieces and tator tots looked like straight out of the frozen box from the grocery store. Now I did not expect them to be fresh catch off the ocean and hand battered but I just could not help the presentation and feeling I got. The sandwich looked OK and cheese was not quite melted. Hamburger looked good though. Fish tasted like it looked, although they were crispy right off the fryer so that was a plus. Tator tots and French fries were alright, at least crispy. Sandwich was another disappointment. The sandwich bread was nice and soft but I could not get over the cheap grocery store deli meat roast beef taste for the beef. I did not try the burger but did see the yoke ooze out as first bite was taken. I was told burger was pretty good. Over all service was pretty good but food just was very disappointing. I wanted to like this place but maybe I just had too much expectation.

Holy cow, this ice cream is amazing!…read more This is the perfect place to stop on a road trip. They have a fun store with all kinds of treats and souvenirs, and the kitchen/restaurant looked nice, too. But the ice cream ... the ice cream! The menu looked amazing, and I wanted to try so many flavors, but I went with the cherry chocolate amaretto option. And wow, as a cherry chocolate chip ice cream connoisseur, this is by far the best version I've ever had! They do close at a time that felt pretty early to me, so make sure you check the time if you plan to stop. But even though we got there right before closing, we were still able to order, and there were tables outside to eat at. I'll be back!

I was the only person in line and unfortunately was not greeted by any one of the 8 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves. It wasn't until an employee who had been cleaning directed me to the group of employees by the cash register for help. That's when the group of employees looked at me and dispersed and walked to the back, leaving only the young man working the register looking at the employees to see who was going to help. No one said a word to me. I simply walked out. Pretty unfortunate since the people behind me were helped immediately. I guess T-shirt and slacks don't portray a need for customer service or service at all.

So she gave us an educational experience on the sandwich, flat bread and what works with what sandwich as a recommendation. Both Chasey and Lexee were so helpful and very welcoming. The place of this business is very clean and very organized! Both friendly employees did a great job making our food and chatting with us and making us feel like the locals! We reached here an hour before closing and we did ask them if they're still taking orders. They mentioned they're still serving food so we sat down thinking we are going to get nice steaks before ending our vacation. We ordered a Newyork Steak - rare done with two sides (mushrooms and mac n cheese) and the butter garlic stir fry plate and an shrimp coconut appetizer. And before we know it, food came in like less than 5 minutes, which was oddly strange, since to cook all this food it should ideally take at 10-15 minutes at least. First thing we wanted to eat was our rare steak that we picked this restaurant for. But instead we got the steak that was more of than well done which was very leathery to eat. We couldn't even finish rest of the food since it felt like microwaved food coming out from the kitchen. On top of that when we mentioned about the steak, they said they will discount the price and we thought since we didn't got what we asked for it won't be charged but we had to pay for the price of steak which was not honest at all. If you don't know how make a proper steak then don't serve it or don't ask ' how would you like your steak'. Calling it a steakhouse is not justified, when you're not serving people what they asked for and still have to pay for it. I would never go back again. Worst service we got. If the place couldn't take us for food they should've told us and we could have gone somewhere else to eat. Very very disappointed.
