We already had another estimate to compare and there was no comparison. Raul is very easy to deal with. The pricing was fair and on Tuesday we committed and on Saturday (same week) we had the installation. Raul's crew is very competent and efficient! Hard workers! Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. Tom does business in a great, old-school fashion where he takes time to explain what is needed, takes pride in his work and goes above-and-beyond what the job requires. After a few days of heavy rain and wind, I had a couple of gutters which needed repair. Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter.
