After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. That company offered me things I didn't need (saying I did), up selling and apparently not honest about leaf guards. HC Gutter seemed to know a lot more about installation and answered many questions I had. Installation went flawless. Cost was much better priced for what seemed to be a much better product and installation. Haven't had a big rain for testing the rain gutter system yet but will update if there is a problem. Raul said that if there is a problem to text him immediately. One note; Raul forgot to text me when he was on his way. I missed his arrival. He apologized and next time I received a text promptly. We had a little hiccup with my front gutter - I didn't realize the holes from our balcony drains would be visible and had some discussion about this on the day of the install. After install I was bummed at the holes making our project look unfinished but Angel offered a solution and sent some guys out to install a shield to block them from view. I had questions/concerns on the shield seams (I am a VERY picky client and this is the front of our house). After a few texts back and forth, Angel called to explain the machine limitations and how this particular product is made which I appreciated. The work itself is quality - it's really nice when you can tell professionals enjoy their job and take pride in it. Once the rain/wind subsided, Tom promptly came out on a Saturday to repair the gutters and, while checking the stability of the other gutters, found/repaired another gutter.
