My overall experience with KB Blind was absolutely positive. I found their flyer placed at the lobby area of a new condo building in Koreatown and decided to visit their office to get a quote. After I was quoted from KB Blind, I called several other places to compare but realized that their prices are very competitive compared to the quality of their products and services. We had an appointment for consult at my new place. We don't live there yet so i had to drive to another city. She is the one who asked us to see there for an estimate. Anyways we got there on time but she never showed up. We called/texted her a several times. She never responded. I even took my kids there and waited over 30minutes for nothing. Do not use!!! First of all, I no longer reside in Seattle, WA and reside in Calabasas, CA, just haven't had a chance to update my location. Next, I have been messaging with Haeyeon from KB Blinds and set an appointment for a consultant to come out to my house in Calabasas for a quote on skylights. They had my address and set the appointment from 9-11a.m., at about 9a.m., Haeyeon messaged me to let me know that the consultant would be arriving close to 11a.m., which was not a problem. But the worst part was that they did not even bother to show up for the consultation and wasted my whole day. I called their office to see if they were even coming and they didn't even pick-up the phone. Guess what? No reply...given its bad service. Would not recommend them to anyone! Do not bother with these guys won't show up and don't even have the decency to reply or call back. read more

Just had my blinds installed and I am a happy camper. As I am a renter, with many large windows to cover, I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. After investigating options, I found K B Blinds on line. Haeyon started with some estimates via email - she was considerate of my budget, so I headed down to their showroom. Never having seen/heard about combi blinds, I was taken by the concept. Haeyon was professional and patient as I pondered the possibilities. We worked through another estimate - again, within my budget. She came by the following week with her able assistant to take precise measurements and finalize the budget. She said the blinds would be finished in two weeks, and so they were. Now, all are hung to perfection. The combi blinds I chose (the options are limitless) let in the light but provide privacy when desired. They compliment my mid-century modern apartment. K B Blinds is a small, family owned business; the blinds are manufactured locally.
