We saw I few items but didn't want to wait so we went to Marshall's nearby. That line was long too but they had much more registers open. Anyhow, back to Ross -- I returned at 7 am on Christmas Eve and was able to purchase the items we saw the night before. The person on the register- Teresa was friendly and kind. So three years ago, I predicted this place wouldn't last much longer. Today I found out it is…read moreclosing for good. The place had gone so downhill in every type of way. For quick background, I've been top tier in their loyalty program for over 20 years. Until five years, I bought pretty much all of my clothing from them. I've regretfully spent a lot of money at. WHBM. I'm don't normally enjoy shopping, I don't have innately good fashion sense. But the staff were so great- they made shopping fun for me, they would pick out curated outfits for me- I would say oh no I don't think that's me and they say please try it on for me - and I would and would discover they were right and it looked great on me. I liked and appreciated the staff so much, I would take them out to lunch on their day off. The last nice experience I had with them was in 2019. Since then with staff turnover ( they use to have long term dedicated employees). But the newish employees are horrible - they have no business being in a customer service role- they aren't helpful, not friendly, and seem pretty judgy. In any case, personnel quality, quality of clothing, quality of styles has declined so much. It's sad. .....but on the positive side they have saved me lots on money!

When, I got downstairs there was one register for the whole floor. There were about 7 people in line and it took forever. But, once I got through the line the process went quickly. The service person was very nice and it wasn't her fault the store was understaffed. After, my return I decided to look around. The prices were high in my humble opinion for what you were getting. I had a couple of maybes, but I left empty handed. There is only one entrance to the store now. Kohl's needs to make some changes to insure the customer experience is more positive. No one reached out to me. I decided to call this company over and over the phone not in service. I sent emails. I went on the chat online. No response ended up getting someone on Instagram so after that, I did end up receiving my order and let me just say I could have waiting longer for the item because it's horrible!!! first of all the material of the dress looks cheap. I normally wear a medium sometimes I would get a small however that dress is not a small no a medium. It's more like a large. It's long. It's big it's just so ugly.
