Tried to order delivery from this place while we were in town staying at a hotel 1.7 miles away (Spring Hill Suites). The man claimed he did not deliver where I was at even though he didn't know where I was. I tried my best to express how close I was to him even though I don't know the area at all. He then took my address and said he would check where I was and call me back to let me know if I was close enough for delivery...he didn't have the courtesy to return my call. We were willing to drive to pick up our order if 1.7 miles was indeed too far to deliver but we never got the chance since he never returned the call. Just went to this place with my friends and we really dug it! The pizza was cheesier than I normally have, but I didn't mind it at all as it was delicious. It's definitely a step above the pizza huts and little caesar's in your neighborhood, so if you want to treat yourself and your family to something different and local give these folks a try. They overcharge for pizza. Make sure you check your receipts. There is a lot of profits made in the pizza business. If they want to blame the pandemic and overcharge for boxes, they should tell you when you pay, not when you call back to ask what the extra charge was for. There are lots of food business that has to deal with higher food costs , but flour , marinara sauce and cheese prices have not gone up much to do the pandemic. Tried to order a pizza for delivery last night. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed at a Single order delivery request. First, she didn't know my location. About a mile away, that happens but her tone was negative. After I ordered a large Rocco's special she responds and asks what else?, Anything else?! I replied that it was my first time ordering and what did she recommend? Again she replied annoyed saying she didn't know me and everyone orders different things. I laughed thinking she was going to sell me a dessert but she had nothing just a rude bothered comment. On top of it all they charge $7 delivery. I opted out on a $30 order and ordered from Pizza Time on Felicita and Center City. If your a business I would consider your phone person the voice of your business. This person didn't care that I cancelled. We enjoyed our Pizza time order equally or even better and less expensive. So much for trying a new pizza place. Update: the owner replied quickly and apologized, I accept that. I'll just plan better to where and when I'm driving by the place to pick up next time. I really want to try the sausage, seems like it's hand made. Anyhow, it's on my list to re-visit as a pick up. All good. read more

Rocco's pizza service is so welcomed! I think it is a small mom and pop shop I think. The mom was so pleasant. I walked in not being very decisive about what I wanted, and she was so patient with me. I ordered the Alfredo dish, and it was so yummy! They brought the food out, and were really pleasant over all. I cant state how nice they were enough. Honestly, the food was okay. I needed something to be delivered and I didn't want a generic pizza spot. I ordered a pepperoni pizza that barely had pepperonis on it. There was barely any sauce and there was barely any cheese. I did like that they gave you a free six pack of soda, but when they delivered it to me-- they got the soda I wanted wrong. I wouldn't eat here again. I could have just got a basic Costco pizza for way less. I even ordered a salad and they gave me the wrong one as well. The idea of this place seems cool but in all actually it's over priced for the quality of what your getting. The leftovers weren't even that good the next day because the pizza was dry and rock solid. So shop around if you're looking for delivery or make sure to ask for extra because they don't even give good amounts of toppings. If I order a pepperoni pizza, have two on each slice isn't enough and that should be common sense. You also shouldn't have to pay more to get what should be expected when you order a pizza. So overall I probably won't ever eat here again. read more

My family knows I heart my pizza. It's like a family ritual for us every weekend. Typically we'd grab cheap pizza from the norm pizza chains...i have a lot of kids....anywhoo! My mother-in-law told me about Rocc's pIzza and I just had to grit my teeth and splurge a bit to try this place out. I called to order for pickup and got a large chicken club (BBQ Sauce Topped with Diced Bacon, Chicken, Cheese) and garlic knots. The pizza was really good, I should've ordered the Giant size.
