OMG, stay away! Terrible customer service. Sat down to order a pizza and was harassed over a can of Diet Coke I was finishing up. At first she said I could put it on the chair, but then proceeded to lecture me about it. I said just let the manager know they were losing business because of her attitude. Of course she wasn't wearing a name badge. Skinny, white, 40-50's dyed dirty blond hair woman if owner is interested in speaking to staff about customer service... don't think I've ever given a one star rating...but here it is. We love this place! My Mom and Uncle order their favorite, spaghetti and meatballs, most of the time. The sauce is to die for, and the portion is awesome. THREE meatballs! I enjoy the calzone, with it's many choices for fillings. Their pizza is great, the fresh bread served with dinner and plentiful salads are delicious too. We've never had bad service. Tonight our server was Dante. He was excellent with his friendly nature, observant of drink refills or boxes needed, and most important, the 3 minute follow-up once the first bites were taken that all is good, and was anything else needed. As a former New Yorker I've had the best pizza in the country. When I tasted the pizza at Rocco's those food memories came flooding back. This is some of the best pizza I've had around here. The crust has the perfect texture and taste - a bit crispy at the edges. The sauce is not sweet but has a tomato and Italian spices combination. Fresh toppings add to the flavor. Did not even want to give it a star. Over priced freezer pizza at best. Feel robbed from and lied to by other yelpers. The gluten free pizza is worse than udis , in fact, i can make a pizza for less with udis at home. 2 bucks extra per topping for the whole pie no matter the size! Stay away from this place. It is almost like they purchase frozen pizzas and charge extra for profit. Nothing will get me to go back or recommend. Long time Customer since we've moved here,and roccos its our go to place for Pizza. Typically order the shrimp,garlic and fresh basil pie. It has always been excellent. Well that's changed, they used to use whole chopped shrimp on the pie. This pie is not cheap but who cares it's great. Today I ordered the pie picked it up only to get home and opened the box. There was salad shrimp extremely small scattered about. They have no flavor whatsoever. Folks you need to return to what you were doing before. If you need to charge more that's understandable but unfortunately with this decision quality has dropped significantly. The rest of their menu items are good and this will not stop us from going, but it's a critique that's necessary.Needless to say we won't be ordering this pie again unless they go back to the original recipe. read more

Well, up until last night, I would have had auch better review of Roccos. Called and ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese and an antipasto As always, the antipasto was very good. However, the pizza was horrid There was hardly amy cheese on the pizza, nevermind extra cheese. The crust was dry and tasteless. I would have done better going to Publix and buying a frozen pizza. This place is awesome! We stumbled upon it when my son was craving pizza. The chef heard us say we had never been before and treated us to knots and a sample of creamy french onion soup. I have never had it before and it was so yummy. All the flavor of french onion but with more bite and richer flavor. The wait staff, Katlyn, was attentive and on point with every need; even the special needs of my picky eating daughter. I had the meatball sub and the rest of my part had different pizzas. After reading the reviews, my husband and I made a special trip to Rocco's. We decided to try a variety of items as well as the pizza to give a fair review. The chicken cutlet pesto sandwich was outstanding, however, the pizza fell a short of that. As a self-proclaimed pizza snob, this is just meh. The crust was ok but even worse there wasn't a decent selection of beer to wash it down. Sadly, it wasn't worth the drive but as full as the restaurant was, obviously I stand alone in my pizza aloofness.
