"Salads" were not fresh, oil was not "olive oil" just horrible. Not acceptable.

My very sweet husband, Sir Hubbers decided to pick up operation "Dinner Out is a go" for us recently as both of our Estimated Time OF Arrival "ETA" rendezvous back at our pirates lair was just not going to happen. We jump to plan B.. This is Florida man, "Florida Man" great food all around.. He knows I love "Chicken Franchisee" he knows everything.. I trust him completely. So he says he is going to pick up 2 chicken franchisee's & sides, meet me home in two shakes of a lambs tail with a surprise, as it's our Anniversary eve. (Night before) What he brought home was not Chicken Franchisee. What has now become the worst dinner we have ever had in our lives, the worst of the worst, the only dinner we never ate bc it was all so bad we just threw it all away, it was all horrendous, except the piece of bread. The italian bread knot/roll was acceptable. The chicken in the chicken & starch goo was cooked properly, however the fake bad lemon flavor starch goo sauce was so horrendous it was not eatable & the spegetti with it was drowned in it, as it was also way way way over cooked spegetti. We threw the whole dinner in the rubbish. The side salads were not fresh & it appeared they were cut up & prepared by a child. The vegetables were all cut different sizes. Very sloppy & unappealing plus it was past its prime. The oil & vinegar dressing was not even olive oil. We don't know what kind of oil it was. We threw the "salads" in the rubbish also. Sir Hubbers also ordered fried calamari. It was completely undercooked calamari from like a bag from Sam's club or some cheap bagged calamari. We both ate a couple of them & threw it in the rubbish also. We both felt terrible the next day, even thou we just had a couple of the calamari. We didn't eat anything the whole next day either. We just drank water. Ruined our Anniversary plans. Anyway, now after many discussions with my hubby about what has now come to be known as, "the worst dinner of our lives" the worst chicken franchisee we have ever had, the only way we can get over this horrendous experience is to have a sense of humor about it. So Congratulations Rocco's. You have now inspired me to start a new list & you top it baby. "Worst dinner of our lives." DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The last time I came here I think I overreacted. Maybe they were retired and just needed to go home and didn't need me coming in late to order something. I came back with my friend Frank to have dinner. We shared a pepperoni pizza and we both got a soda. The pizza was awesome and delicious. It was reasonably priced. This place is laid-back and casual and relaxing. The waitresses were terrific. Their names were Wendy and Rachel. When I'm wrong I admit it. They deserve five stars and I'm giving them five stars and I'll be back.

Service was phenomenal (Rachel). The pizza was great, but you need A LOT of napkins to blot the grease/oil. Spaghetti was a huge portion but I like a thick meat sauce & it was a little runny. The bread that came with it was to die for & they included enough butter for each slice. Would be great if they had full liquor license but no matter what we will be back!!!

Stopped in on a Friday night and the dining room was busy! That's a good sign in my book! Located in the business strip, Rocco's is a no frills location with great service. The large dinner salad is enough for a couple to share. We had the "Super" pizza (meats and veg). Both the salad and pizza were great. The wait was not terrible and based on the number of order tickets hanging, a popular place. Give it a shot!

So friendly when you walk in here, the staff and even the Chef were super friendly...I ordered Chicken Franchese which is served with Soup or salad..I chose the salad and it was Iceberg salad with Cuke, Tomatoes and Olives, good size..hot fresh Bread also served with meal and a side of Pasta...Chicken was delicious and food was served piping hot...

Fresh New York style pizza with great service. The dining room is pretty large for a pizza joint. A slice of Sicilian pizza and water cup was around $3.20. I went on a Thursday at 7pm and the place was pretty busy but I was still able to snag a spot at a 4 top table.

The pizza here isn't that great. Too hard, too crunchy and too much oregano. Not "New York style" at all.

I'm only giving this place two stars because I can respect the fact that I had good experiences…read morehere years ago. It used to be a favorite of my dad's, and whenever I came to visit, we would always stop in. I had heard it had gone downhill, but I decided to give it another shot because I always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, what I experienced this last visit was disheartening and unprofessional. Last week, I ordered a couple of meals with plenty of time to pick them up before a football game. When I arrived, the girl behind the counter asked the cook if the order was ready, and he said no. The two of them then got into an argument in front of customers about when she was supposed to press a button in the system to notify Grubhub that the food was ready. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They apologized and told me they hadn't even started the food yet, so it would be another 15-20 minutes. I waited patiently in my car, went back in, and the food was finally hot, so I rushed home. Once I opened my meal, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Instead of the ziti and eggplant meal I ordered, they gave me plain baked ziti -- and it was very dry. I called immediately, and the girl told me they could remake it, but only if I drove all the way back. After already waiting an extra 20 minutes, I asked if there was another option. She said they could offer a gift certificate, but only when the manager returned. She promised the manager would call me. I never heard from anyone. The next day I called again and was told the manager wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I waited, and Wednesday came and went with no follow-up at all. For a $20 order, the situation could have been handled so easily. Instead, I listened to staff arguing, received the wrong meal, and then got zero accountability or customer service afterward. They even tried to blame the Grubhub system until they finally admitted they could see I did order eggplant and ziti. What happened to simply taking care of the customer? We've been coming here for years, but after this experience, we won't be back. Plenty of other Italian restaurants know how to treat people better.

The service was immediate and one of the big wigs came and asked what we thought. The portions adequate and plated well. Overall a nice place for a classic Italian family style dinner with ambience. Tatiana, our server, gave high end service focusing on our taste. All staff contributed to a soothing experience.

We had dinner at La Bella Napoli this evening with a 5:30 reservation. We arrived around 5:20 and…read morestill waited about 15-20 minutes for a table, which probably speaks to both the restaurant's popularity and its biggest drawback: the dining room is simply too small for the amount of business they do. We both ordered the Veal alla Siciliana, with veal, eggplant, and ham. The dish was well prepared, and the kitchen did a nice job getting everything out promptly. The sauce was good, although I've had comparable or better Italian food at Argento's, and I personally prefer a thicker, richer sauce. Overall, though, the entrée was enjoyable and reasonably priced for what you receive. The extra charges were harder to understand. My fiancée had the house salad with blue cheese, while I ordered a Caesar and was charged extra for the Caesar itself and again for anchovies. By the time the upcharges were added, the salad was around $8. We also paid extra to substitute angel hair pasta. Considering angel hair is hardly a premium pasta compared with spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine, that seems unnecessary. These relatively small charges add up and detract from what otherwise feels like a fair-value restaurant. The fresh-baked rolls were very good--light and fluffy and particularly enjoyable with the seasoned olive oil. I had a Pepsi, although unfortunately it was somewhat flat. The highlight of the evening was the service. Anna was outstanding: friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful, including boxing our leftovers. Our tip reflected how pleased we were with her service. The atmosphere is where La Bella Napoli struggles most. Tables are packed closely together, the chairs aren't especially comfortable, and the restaurant can get extremely noisy. Tonight included a crying baby, and with such a small room there really isn't anywhere for the sound to go. If you enjoy a lively, crowded family restaurant, that may not bother you. If you prefer a quieter, more relaxed Italian dinner, this probably isn't the atmosphere you're looking for. Our total for two, including tip, was roughly $80-$85. I also noticed the suggested tip percentages on the bill now extend as high as 30%. That's certainly becoming a trend, but 30% as a suggested gratuity feels excessive. There are plenty of positives. The restaurant appeared clean, the staff was consistently friendly, the menu offers a tremendous amount of variety, and the kitchen handled a busy dining room efficiently. It's also good to see a local, family-style establishment doing a strong business, including what appeared to be considerable takeout traffic. Overall, La Bella Napoli serves reasonably good Italian food, with a diverse menu at a fair basic price, with excellent service, but the numerous upcharges and especially the cramped, noisy dining room take away from the experience. Perhaps their success has simply outgrown the space. A larger dining room with more comfortable spacing would make a substantial difference and double their business. Overall: Good quality food, excellent service, fair value--but crowded, noisy, and a few too many little upcharges.
