Heard good things but had to try for ourselves. Called in my order, said was leaving work and be there by 6:00. Don't you know, I arrived at 6:05 and my pizza was just coming out of oven! Ordered the large garbage pizza and could have gotten away with the 14". I swear it had to weigh at least 3-4 lbs. Talked with owner who is from NY and he's trying to make sure his food is authentic. While there are tables outside, it's not very large indoors. But whether getting take out, delivery, or eating in, highly recommend Gigi's. read more

I ordered food from this place several years ago. It was good now I'm back and the food is better than ever. I got a chicken palm dinner. It was amazing. The chicken was tender. I haven't seen chicken like that. In a long time at any pizzeria. the food was delicious. I had to call them and tell them how good it was and I will definitely be back there. The service is very good I told the girl I like my ziti Adante cause some places have the ziti made and reheat it so that's why I was so happy they made it the way I like it Thank you . Carmine is amazing! He really wants his customers to be happy and make sure they return! He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with the food. We just tried the food - veal parm sandwich and wife had sausages peppers and onions. Too much great food for either of us to eat at once. Will have to try to finish later tonight. This was the first time for us. We ordered the garbage pizza. The crust was chewy but the taste of the pizza was Phenomenal. The topping Was plenty and tasty. I could only eat 2 pieces. There is a half of the pizza in the Fridge. We also ordered a stromboni which I froze for another time. I can't wait to try that. read more

This food was incredible! I was showing homes to clients and stopped in for lunch. We were disappointed there was no dining room and almost left. Gigi told us to sit at the one table and make ourselves at home. We absolutely felt at home. We ordered so much food because we wanted to try everything. Let me start with the white pie with ricotta cheese and spinach. WOW!! Phenomenal!! The cheesesteak was also extremely good made with quality steak. We also tried the mozzarella sticks and ordered a chefs salad. I'm very picky about my cold cuts, however I definitely could tell the superb quality of the ham and salami. The tomatoes, yes the stupid tomatoes everyone usually doesn't eat in the salad, they were some of the best sweetest best beefsteak tomatoes I've had in a very long time. . .But hold on, yes we ordered more! I ordered 2 orders of lasagna to go for the next day. Y'all, if you have not tried this lasagna you are missing out on quite possibly some of the best food you'll ever have. One serving of a lasagna dinner was enough for 3 people. Comes with 4 garlic knots. The owner mentioned they get fresh food in every 2 days since everything is made to order. Loved the very fresh quality. The only problem is I live an hour away! Boo. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and serving us as we would have felt in a five star restaurant. 1st time here, bottom line horrible. Ordered eggplant parmigiana, white clams over linguine, and fettuccine Alfredo with side order sausage, portions were huge but quality low. Wanted meat ball side but didn't have, also no linguine had to substitute fettuccine, garlic knots appeared baked from frozen as burnt and very chewy. 3 dinners could feed 10 adults, no one could eat 1 plate of this as all the food was poorly made. We found a piece of steel wool in our large pepperoni pizza from Gigi's Pizza and Pasta. I called the and asked for the manager, requesting a refund, he made excuses saying basically that it "happens". I requested a refund and he refused. I told him steel wool can tear up your intestines and hospitalize you. It's absolutely unacceptable and the fact they wouldn't refund the pizza is baffling. The "G" in Gigi's stands for god awful. Having lived in NYC for a decade this is NOT even close to that. We ordered a Margherita pie, a Sausage, Mushroom and Onion Pie; an antipasto salad and a side of sausages. The crusts were doughy, thick and tasteless. Couldn't find the sausage because it was sliced so thin. The mushrooms were jarred mushrooms. The cheese had no taste. The Margherita pizza was inedible. It literally had an INCH of cheese! The cheese was so chewy I could not get through it. The tomato sauce was flavorless. I threw it in the trash The Antipasto Salad was wet, shredded mozzarella, a couple tomatoes, a couple jarred artichoke hearts, wet sliced canned black olives and maybe something that resembles a few slices of salami. My in-laws are from the metro NYC area and after moving to Spring Hill spent months looking for pizza that lived up to what they were looking for. All we had was a carry out Chicken Parm pizza but it was fantastic. TONS of HUGE chunks of freshly breaded and fried chicken pieces. Crust was really good and they included cups of marinara for dipping crust in which was really amazing - had a nice smoky taste that was different but good. Would defintely like to see what else they have on the menu during our future visits to the area. read more
