I spent a great deal of time doing just that. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it was not possible that I had been sent such a link. Wait, what? When I attempted to show the staff my phone that had the link and the subsequent forms, I was emphatically told that it didn't matter what I showed them, they hadn't sent it and they needed me to fill out the paperwork there. OK (deep breath) I said, I realize that they need the information, and that I would fill out the forms but they also needed to understand that this was not my mistake, that I had only followed the instructions I received. I was then questioned about how I had gotten an appointment in the first place, as I had not followed their patient vetting procedures. I said I had called back in April as soon as I found out my old PCP's office was closing. The office manager (who had very early on taken over my check in) looked it up and informed me that the person who had made the appointment shouldn't have done so and the she had subsequently been "let go." OK (really?!) I sat down with my paperwork to fill out and looked at the two women sitting in the waiting area. In the awkward silence, I asked them, "was it me?" They laughed and shook their heads no. I then refilled out all of the forms. While I was doing so, the office manager came out from behind the desk to tell me she'd figured out why I had been mistakenly been sent a link. I listened, then said... "but it wasn't the patient's fault, right?" She didn't respond to my question but continued to explain. Again I listened, and when she paused, again I asked... "but it wasn't the patient's fault, right?" I'm pretty sure we went one more "round" before she realized I was asking for an apology for the way she had tried to bully my into thinking this was my fault, and she finally acknowledged it was not my fault... never apologizing. She then asked me to call my insurance company to make sure their practice was "in network." I told her I'd already done that, but I used my insurance company app to look up the doctors and the practice and showed her that they were listed. In short, I feel as though she did everything to try and prevent me from becoming a patient. Or offend me so that I would walk out. Update: After having accepted all insurance cards at my first visit, I subsequently received a bill. After the rude behavior I endured on my first visit. I decided not to trust a phone call and visited the office to question (and settle) the bill in person. I was simply told they didn't accept my insurance. What? Bottom line - they did want me as a patient, but they didn't want to actually say it. So they did everything possible to alienate me. Done. But why? Is it because I am a POC? Is it because they can't or don't want to care for a woman of a certain age who has chronic, post cancer issues? Or is it because they are just unfeeling? It almost doesn't matter. Clearly they did not want me. And quite frankly, why would I trust them with my health? I paid the bill and left. I made arrangements for my healthcare elsewhere sitting in their parking lot. Done and done.

She can handle any general practitioner issues as well as gynecological screenings. This is a small practice so you must have patience when your ailment isn't an emergency, but I have always found the doctor and staff to be great at taking time to talk to the patient and really get to the root of problems. If you are looking for a FaceTime appointment with an automated script machine-type practice, keep looking.....these are not your people! I am so glad to have found a great personal physician right between work and home! I was worried about the surgery because this could affect my gait. I made the call and received an appointment with Dr. Michael Reuter. I hit the jackpot! From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Of course, I had many, many questions but Dr. Reuter always took the time to answer every one. Dr. Behtash was recommended to me by my doctor at Memorial Hospital, Dr. Susanna Magee - who was my doctor for both of my pregnancies. I enjoyed Dr Magee's style, ease of emailing communication, and asked for her to recommend a local provider to be my regular physician. Dr. Behtash runs a micro office, which allows her to spend a ton more time with her patience -- you set up your appointments, and even email her through an app or online. This helps because she is the one who writes back to you - not a nurse! My first visit with her was about an hour. She took the time to truly understand me and my history, and has been incredibly kind at subsequent visits. She is young, knowledgable, warm, and welcoming - and I 100% recommend her to others! My husband just made the switch, and he said the quality of care was unlike anything he had ever experienced. And the best part - barely any waiting for my appointment!

She calls me for blood work results and responds quickly within the patient portal. She listens and seems to value the patient preferences. The patient portal is very user-friendly and intuitive. There are clear directions in the office and people are friendly if you get lost. The lab itself is also walk in after you get the doctors order. Quick and efficient. My 100th First to Review!…read more I always find it somewhat awkward reviewing medical professionals... from doctors to dentists, therapists and the like, the unique relationship formed between specialists and their patients seem a strange thing to attach a review to. In any case, the scenario is easier when you have only good things to report. Over the years I have had to switch primary physicians a number of times. Since having left my pediatrician for obvious reasons, insurance changes have forced these necessary adjustments. Fortunately, these exchanges have led me to Dr. Michael Campbell's care. Dr. Campbell is an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable physician practicing Family and Internal Medicine in Fall River, MA. A 2001 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, this physician works out of Millview Medical Associates and is affiliated with several surrounding medical establishments. As a healthcare professional myself, it is sometimes difficult to find a physician who will treat you like a patient. What I mean by that is many physicians expect and assume that you know everything there is to know about certain conditions, lab work findings, and medications. This is not the case with Dr. Campbell. He takes the time to willingly review and explain concepts that though familiar to me, are a nice reminder, refresher, or lesson when it comes to my own life. I can only imagine this service is enhanced for those lacking a medical background. He never appears to be in a rush with appointments and don't let this statement fool you... I usually only have to wait about 15 minutes to be called into an examine room. I always feel as though my statements and concerns are heard thoroughly and options in care carefully weighed between the benefits, risks, and what would work best for me individually. It's nice to feel as though you have a working and collaborative relationship with your physician. If you are looking for a primary care physician and he is available to accept new patients, I highly recommend Dr. Campbell for your overall health needs.
