Hi I'm a 37 Mother of 2, I've been going to boot Camp for about 2 months now and I love my results! I've been going to the gym for years and until now I can finally see the results I've always worked so hard to achieve. It's amazing! The one thing that I love most is the schedule, there is a variety of hours you can choose from to fit a busy mom's schedule and you are in and out feeling accomplished every time! They have day care services for those who need it. There is a trained certified personal trainer every hour who at the beginning of class runs through the working out course and will be there every step of the way to guide you during and after each session. This place is intense! But you may also modify the works depending on your availability which is great! There is no better trainer than the other they are all super awesome! All of them have history in fitness they love what they do, and you can see how passionate they are because of the motivation they give you on a daily. You won't regret it!!!! I guess the old adage "better late than never" applies to me. As an expert procrastinator Monday was always my starting point, followed closely by Tuesday as my quitting point. I am among the fortunate few of my age (78) who enjoy really good health without any intention from myself. But, I did notice that my strength, balance and endurance was waning. Living alone and pretty much doing everything myself I realized that if I didn't finally do something to reverse this I would start to become dependent on others...not an idea I liked...at all! Fortunately a post appeared on my Facebook page about a 28 Day Challenge at Murrieta Fit Body Boot Camp. It appealed to me in some way other ads had not and I decided to give it a try. Best decision I've ever made, bar none! The class has a different feel than any other gym I've been to. The other ladies are wonderful and have good senses of humor. Our trainer, Juan, is great, very attentive and motivating and I am making progress. I am achieving my first goal to get stronger. Now I plan to work on getting rid of my excess weight. I may never look like Christy Brinkley, but I'm pretty sure I won't be calling my son or grandsons to get the ladder off the wall for me. (You're welcome boys). read more

I started coming to Rock Body with a friend during a free week trial. She had spoken so highly of the owners, staff, and facility that I decided to give it a try. I've primarily gone to big box gyms (Golds, EOS, Crunch, etc) but always felt lost there and unmotivated. I just didn't know exactly to do and was overwhelmed by all the equipment. I used to go to a boot camp run session locally and really enjoyed the way it worked. When I started at Rock Body, I met Juan and his attitude and love for what he does just immediately puts you at ease and motivates you. He sets up a great workout daily, and for 30 minutes he will have you sweating & sometimes swearing - but all with a smile on your face. He & his crew are great at helping you modify if you're recovering from an injury, as well as pushing you to do your best. Karina handles the office and keeps everything in line and running. She always has a smile on her face. This is a family run business and it's quite evident in the atmosphere and quality of the business. I have come up with every excuse in the book to not workout! In an effort to finally get healthy and in shape I did a trial run at Fit Body Bootcamp and three months later I'm still here! The trainers are all super motivating and help you feel comfortable with all the exercises. I've never workout so much in my life and I actually enjoy it! The classes are fun, fast pace, and you definitely get your sweat on! I never leave bootcamp feeling like I didn't get a good workout in! The trainers and Jon all give the right amount of motivation along with challenging you to push yourself to do a little more each time. Jon takes a lot of time and helped me with a meal plan, setting goals, and tips to help get me to a healthy happy weight. Rock Body Bootcamp is as good as gets! This fitness facility really takes it to the next level. The trainers and members are very encouraging. The sessions are thirty minutes long and kick butt! It's always challenging, fun and keeps you coming back for more. Since training at Rock Body I have lost a total of thirty pounds and a total of 14 percent body fat. Not only has my experience given me physical strength but the positive environment and mindset at Rock Body Bootcamp build you strong inside out. I started with Murrieta Fit Body Boot Camp in January. Looking for a group with motivation and was a little hesitant to start with a 55+ group. Feeling I wouldn't get the workout I was hoping for. I was wrong. Although we work in a class setting, Coaches Juan and Cynthia pay attention to us as individuals and help each one of us at our own level. If they feel you can push a bit hard, use a heavier weight, do one more push up, they are their to support you with positive motivation. I have personal goals that I feel I will reach as long as I attend classes. Each class is different so I'm never bored. The equipment is maintained and clean. I would recommend this gym for for those working out at any level. Even if you have never been to a gym before, this is a great place to start. read more

I'm writing a review about my 6 week challenge at Murrieta Fit Body Boot Camp. This place was really good for me. I needed a push to start working out again and these guys did that for me. The challenge was very effective for me. I had to change my diet and workout at least 3 times a week. The trainers were great. The workouts were 30 minuets long. I didn't think you can get a good workout in 30 minutes but man was I wrong. I lost 30lbs in 6 weeks here. So If you need to lose weight for health reasons or just to lose weight. This is the place to go. The people here are very friendly and the workouts are awesome and short. If you work hard during your workouts it goes by so fast. I can find any excuse in the book to avoid working out ...this place has me motivated because I can see positive changes! My clothes fit better and I feel good. The workouts are different each day and the trainers take out you having to think about what to do. you can tell they are educated trainers with experience and knowledge. I started on a groupon and went somewhere else when this groupon ran out! I could see the difference as the other place had chubby trainers that told me opposite of what this place had told me, as it related to weights.. So I did go back to this place. It's hard work and sometimes I wonder what I got myself into...you can expect individual coaching and trainers that want you to be where you want to be...just as badly as you do. Thx guys! read more

I can't express how much I love Valley Fit Body Bootcamp. I originally thought I would just give it 4 weeks, but 8 weeks later I can't imagine starting my day off without it. I went straight from the couch to the bootcamp, so needless to say I was really out of shape. I never felt intimidated or embarrassed because Adam and Daryl do nothing but encourage you and help motivate you to do your best. All they want is 100% of what YOU can do, not what anyone else can do. The variety of exercises really keeps your body guessing and gives you a new workout everyday. With classes from 5:30 am to 7 pm, there is really no excuse to not be able to make it in. Give it 4 weeks and you will see such improvements in your body and mind, you won't want to stop! read more

I sadly have to say goodbye to my Murrieta fbbc workout partners so that I can workout closer to my home in Temecula. When I first started 6 months ago I went to Haileys class and I thought that I was going to get sick. And then I went to one of Juan's classes and that was even more challenging . As I get older I'm always looking for a new way to challenge myself but I wasn't sure if I could do it . So I kept with it but took my time and worked up to the harder versions of each exercise. 6 months later I can say that I'm in way better shape, I can do 3 sets of push ups , burpees ( which I still hate) and complete a workout and not feel like I'm going to get sick. 4 weeks ago I signed up for a 28 day challenge with fit body boot camp. I am so happy I decided to take this leap. I was eating terrible, not working out at all and at the heaviest weight of my life. I made a commitment to follow the meal plan provided and take 4-5 classes a week. The classes aren't easy and they don't ever really become easy but I've come to enjoy them... I look forward to this 30 minutes a day. It's upbeat and no workout is the same. Every muscle group in your body is worked hard... Muscles I didn't even know I had!!! I would highly recommend at least trying the 3 free trial classes they offer because I'm certain after the 3rd class, you'll realize what an impact this can make in your life! read more

I have been going to this boot camp for about a month. I love the fact that it is close to home and they have classes as early as 5:30am. The sessions are 30 minutes, which is also great. I can get a great work out without taking time away from my family. The instructors are positive and energetic and keep things fun. The owner is very friendly and easy to talk to. The best part about Fit Body Bootcamp is that when you join, it's not like joining a big gym and blending in with everyone else. They really make an effort to reach out to their members individually to help them stay on track. I'm in the 55 plus group, which is called, "Fit Body Forever." I started with that because I didn't want to be intimidated by more experienced people, and I am in fact, 55 plus! At the workout time that was best for me, there weren't that many other people in that class, but Juan was always there for us, even if we had a small group, he wouldn't cancel the class. He is a genuine motivator and an encouraging coach. I have also gone to a regular workout here (not 55+) and have had wonderfully receptive "more experienced people" be completely supportive as I was helped to modify some of the workout to fit my level. I must say my experience thus far at FIT BODY BOOT CAMP has been great and I know it's going to get better. I hesitated to join because of certain injuries that I am still healing from. I am so glad I decided to join. The experience of having awesome coaches who are eager to help you and will take the time to teach you how to vigorously workout without injury is invaluable. SPECTACULAR!! Valley Fit Body Bootcamp has transformed my lethargic pulse for fitness into a new passion for getting and staying healthy. The workouts are fun and energizing. Fit Body Bootcamp Murrieta is awesome! Great energy, always a killer workout and every class is different. The instructors keep me motivated and everyone there is really nice. I love the 7 days a week classes and the various evening classes that are perfect when you hit traffic and can't make it any earlier. I've been a member for 5 months now and have lost weight, inches and toned up. Couldn't be happier. Oh and I also love the sitting room for older kids, it's a fast 30 minutes and my 7 and 9 year old girls don't mind waiting while watching a movie. read more

I sort of stumbled into this gym by accident and I am so thankful I did. At first I was intimidated by these types of gyms but everyone here is so friendly and helpful I decided to stay to check it out. Well I did my 3 day free trial and was instantly addicted. The trainers are the absolute best they are motivating and energetic and they really do care if you succeed or not. I love that they go around and help you fix your posture if needed and show you the right way to do the exercise. If I could give more then 5 stars I would! read more
