She is truly gifted, not only as a Reiki Master but as a gentle counselor and true healer. I was actually turned on to Anita by way of the monthly Sound Healing she offers in a small group setting. I was definitely a skeptic, so was EXtra-pleasantly surprised to find such good medicine in this meditative ritual. She plays an amazing collection of Tibetan and quartz singing bowls, and her place is impeccably clean and beautifully set up. And turns out it was Extra-good that I attended the group first (prior to going for private sessions)... because, for whatever reason, I don't necessarily like going to someone's home for a private service. This place, however, is definitely an exception - now I can't imagine going anywhere else. Yes there is a sense of being welcomed in a warm, hospitable, "homey" way, but you don't feel like you're walking into someone's living space - it's definitely a Healing space. The sunporch which is set up for the private sessions is very clearly a dedicated, sacred space with soooo much healing energy. Enter a dedicated, true Reiki Master and well..... Suzanne explained that was her 3:30/4 appointment that ran over but my goodness over by 2 HOURS?! I even offered to come back but she insisted it would only be 5 minutes. I continued to sit there until I noticed a dead rat on the floor by a pile of books to add to the after math of heavy cigarette smoking with proof of 20 cigarettes butts in an ashtray, 5 minutes later the other person finally arrives out of the room. The person sounded like a regular or someone that they know because they spoke about other acquaintances as if they hang out together which made me feel even more annoyed by the time. The reading was vague, no timeframe, no answers as to what exactly I should do just a try & see, maybe, maybe not responses. She assumed I was younger than I looked & responded to me in ways for someone who has the type of time when it came to procreation then she changed her mind on responses. She set a timer for my reading & was done once stopped which is why I couldn't understand why I had to wait an hour. All in all would not return.
