I thought the medium sauce was well balanced and had a very good medium sauce taste to it. My only other thought is I wish the wings would have cooked for maybe a couple more minutes. I don't care for well done extra crispy almost crunchy wings and I also don't care for rubbery wings. My order was not rubbery thank goodness but a couple more minutes and I'd say they would have been 5 star wings. Imho
