She took one look at me and said, that's gotta hurt. She looked at my current set up, and caught something I had never thought of in my entire life. Having a stem that is very short, so you have a very short reach, raised at a severe angle, which gives you much better rise, so you can sit almost riding up or leaning back backwards, which is virtually impossible on a road bike. She somehow figured out a way to do it. The items she had in stock blew me away. I was so amazed; I've never seen anyone so good at fitting. The system she uses is excellent and it's not just the system, because most guys that I know who have done fittings have been done by another guy. She just had a special touch, above and beyond using the electronics in the dots. It was so amazing. I can't even begin to tell you.

They have fixed my families bikes, including my son's custom Ti bike adding a Rohloff bike shifting system, which carries a lifetime warranty. My favorite purchase has been the Cervelo Aspero gravel bike, which I rode with my son from Seattle to Chicago two summers ago. I picked up my new bike last Friday. I was rushed through the process and out the door. They never…read morehad me get in the bike to make sure it was adjusted properly. There's paint damage to the front of the bike, and the gear switch. My lines were left a mess at the front of the bike. There was grease left all over the bike. None of this was ever brought to my attention, and in my excitement I didn't notice until I arrived home late Friday night. When I was handed my envelope I had to fold it to get it into my pocket. So I asked is there anything breakable in here? "No' you can go ahead and fold that." I heard the disc break as I folded the envelope. I tool pictures outside the shop, so after I noticed the damaged paint I zoomed in later that night, and you can clearly see what I'm talking about before I had even left the store. I'm very disappointed with my experience, and all future cycling purchases will be made elsewhere.
