I didn't quite understand why the employees would want me to pull my car into the car wash without paying for the job first. I tell the employee "hold on, hold on", yet he is vigorously waving his arms for me to pull up. I just shook my head. Nonetheless, I paid my $5 and proceeded to enjoy the soap suds cascading down my window from the machine. And plus, both employees scrubbed the bugs from my bumper. Other than the weird employee waving me through prior to my paying first, I felt that this is an okay place to stop at when in Kilgore.

Terrible customer service Squeaky Clean Express…read moreWash I've been to this car wash before and never had a problem however, today I was being directed to different ways by two staff members and my front left tire got busted open. One of the younger staff members was very sweet, I don't know his name but he was a young white male and he called the owner right away. They agreed that they were gonna get my tire fixed. The staff jacked up my car, took off the bad tire and everything was going smoothly. I asked him if I was the first customer this ever happened to? He told me "No" it's happened a few times and that the machine is a little messed up and it used to have a cover on a specific part but it came off . Overall I'm not the first customer who's had their tire popped. which is why I could understand that they fix my tire and did not charge me for it . After about 45 minutes of standing around and sitting in my car, I went back up to the car wash and Peeped my head in to get the staff members attention. There was a young black male staff who looked at me, then looked to his other coworker and said " Your little homegirl wants you" I felt that that was very rude. I first talked to the other staff member and he said that the owner would be there shortly so I said OK. Then I addressed the other staff member and let him know that I'm not his "coworkers homegirl" I'm just one of your customers and I should be treated like one. He began to over talk me and say yeah .. yeah clearly he did not hear what I had to say . so I walked away. When the owner got there he got out of his car, took the tire set it by my car and never said anything to me. He never asked if I was the car owner NOTHING. so I walked up to him introduce myself and I thanked him for replacing my tire and I began to tell him about his staff members ... the good and the bad and he just went off on me in this rant talking about it was my fault, I should be grateful that he fixed it and paid for it and I was probably on my phone which is why my tire popped.

More times than not, no towels are available and the vacuum hoses don't work properly. My most recent experience has me canceling my membership with them. I arrived at 7:10pm (closing time is 8pm). I drove through the wash, pulled around to the vacuums. THREE different vacuum hoses were not working. I move on to the towels to wipe down my car. I walked to EVERY towel station and there was not one towel located at any of the stations. I walked over to the tunnel to find an employee and knocked on the door to the office. A young lady came to the door and I told her there were no towels available. She stated that they had already picked up all the towel boxes but that she could provide me with a "couple of towels". I asked her what time they closed and she stated, "8pm". By this time is was 7:15pm and 45 mins prior to closing there are no towels available. I understand that people want to get off work at closing time, but 45 mins prior to closing.... This isn't the first time I've run into this issue. No towels available is a recurring issue with them. I can think of 3 different times I've had to ask an employee for towels. Call me petty, but when I pay for a car wash that includes vacuums and towels, I kinda expect for those amenities to be available....

My truck was actually clean and looked better than it has from any other car wash I've been to. To top it off, it's cheaper than the place's I frequently go to.
