I always stop at Rocky n Roll sushi prior to my hair appointments. Usually I have 20 minutes or so to get an appetizer and a glass of vino before hair at Fringe a few doors down. The bartender/server was attentive, friendly and kind. My TNT shrimp appetizer I ordered with all sauces on the side came out quickly with all sauces on the shrimp. Had I had the time, I would have sent it back, but I didn't. The shrimp were cooked well and the sauces weren't a deal breaker. The music videos are always fun and remind me of hours spend watching MTV videos back in the day. The restrooms were clean with a changing table avilable to Mothers who needs it in the ladies room. Great friendly fast service! Jennifer was attentive and nice the entire time. I sat at the bar and ordered the veggie hibachi and the thriller roll. The veggie hibachi was served with miso soup and fried rice. I wish I knew it was cooked in some type of sauce because I wasn't fan of the sauce. The miso soup tasted like any miso I've had before. I took the Jennifer's suggestion and got the thriller roll made with krab meat instead of crawfish. The roll was larger than I expected and full of flavor. Easily, the worst sushi experience EVER. I ordered sushi to go. The rice/fish ratio was overwhelmed by rice. The fish itself was bland, and almost tasteless. I got tuna and salmon sushi. I picked two items "Punk Rock and Roll" and "Crowd Surfer" and asked server if they were good. She pointed out that they are fan favorites and I should enjoy them. She was very kind and great to work with. I missed her name but she wears glasses and has dark hair. I included the menu pics but the food looked wonderful and had a great taste. Worst food I have ever had. I've been to this place at least a couple times including dining in and getting it to go and never really had too many issues. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. We got a online to go order and got 5 of the chicken fried rice... we all opened our boxes and we each all got at least 6 to 7 little pieces EXACTLY in the picture and the rice don't even get me started. My wife ordered a very simple and small order of California rolls and fried rice. I stopped by the Kroger to gets some drinks and pulled up to the curb side pickup. about 20 minutes after she put the order in. I called the number 4 times with no answer so I proceeded into the store where there was no clear spot to stand for to go orders, no signs or indicators. I saw a table with to go bags that had no names on them just sitting there while me and 3 other people are waiting on them to check on those orders to see if they're ours. Nobody in the store was asking if we had been helped. Only one lady was actually working hard while everybody else looked like a bunch of lazy college students who didn't want to be at work. Shout out to the girl with the black curly hair. You would think the management would have better infrastructure to get to go orders out the door on time but they don't and it didn't even seem like they had a system. I waited for 45 more minutes before I could get the attention of a worker and then they handed my order to the wrong person and thank goodness he noticed and handed them the order back as they had to re cook his. They handed me back the order that had already been opened by somebody else and I went on my way. I went to 5 guys and they were busy but guess what? They got me my food in about 5 minutes hot and ready! Maybe the rock n roll sushi guys should go take some notes from them since they're so close. If you want to go to rock n roll sushi I highly recommend avoiding this terrible restaurant unless you want to be hungry, pissed off, and dealing with a bunch of lazy people who don't know how to do their job. So we have visited Rock N Roll from the very first week that it's opened. And it was fantastic! We love it! We continued to visit every few weeks and, especially the past few months, have noticed a decline in the restaurant as a whole. The service has been spotty and slow. At one point, we actually waited just over an hour as others were seated before us. They had just forgotten about us, even after reminding the hostess several times. On another occasion, I paid with a card, and received someone elses card card in return. I suppose it's a good thing I'm honest and brought it to attention of our server immediately. Most recently, my wife ordered take out and waited the 15-20 minutes for prep. When she arrived, she ended up waiting another 15 minutes and when she got home, the ginger was all over the sushi. The food has always been good and we love the atmosphere, but their never seems to be the same servers and it's just gone downhill. I won't say we'll never return, but it will be awhile for sure. read more

I had to flag her down to order a second drink and even then, she was too busy talking to her friends at the bar, to go make it when I ordered it. When our food came out it was mixed up. I had to ask her what was what, and reshuffle the plates myself. Every drink and every meal she served us was literally slapped on the bar. The presentation of the food was sloppy and not at correct temperature. Had to ASK for wasabi. Never again. It was terrible!
