The order was prepared quickly and I was happy to have my car smell like the rolls but made sure they stayed warm in my hot/cold bag and I gently placed them in my passenger seat to keep them warm with the heated seats. It was a bit of a challenge to find the place but I called and staff became my personal gps and I was grateful. Got home and the Little Rock and roll adventure was well worth it. I was craving cheesesteak eggrolls and Rock N' Rolls popped up in my search results for cheesesteak eggrolls near me. I was happy to discover a place specializing in eggrolls. I couldn't resist ordering a selection of eggrolls to try. I started with the cheesesteak eggroll I was craving, then added a chicken cheesesteak eggroll, a veggie eggroll, and an apple pie eggroll for dessert. This place knows how to cook an eggroll! Each one was perfectly cooked and crispy with just the right amount of filling. The cheesesteak eggroll was delicious and satisfied my craving. My only minor gripe is that it could have used more cheese. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chicken cheesesteak eggroll I ordered. It was replaced with the Buffalo chicken eggroll. While it was tasty, it needed a dipping sauce to cut through the heat of the Buffalo sauce. You can order a dipping sauce with each eggroll, but since I didn't order this I had to drink water to deal with the heat. I did get a refund for the missing item. The veggie eggroll was as good as an eggroll gets without meat. I'm a big fan of apple desserts in general and the apple pie eggroll did not disappoint. A delectable dessert that provided a sweet ending to my meal. I do plan to order from Rock N' Rolls again when I want a cheesesteak eggroll. And maybe next time I will actually get the chicken cheesesteak eggroll to go with it. read more

I placed an order on DoorDash at 10:30 before the store opened, after the dasher having to wait too long they cancelled my order. I immediately placed another order and after waiting 2 1/2 hours my Dasher said it wasn't ready and had to cancel my order for a 2nd time. This is HORRIBLE service. To top it off, I have to wait for my refund totaling $130. An employee actually told my Dasher to cancel the order because it wasn't going to be ready anytime soon! read more

This place was okay but I have mixed emotions--Not worth the expense overall but they have potential. I was a bit disappointed that the gallon of juice I ordered was hot, and nothing but some tropical kool-aid advertised as a mango peach juice... I don't know what made me think I was buying a homemade beverage but that's what I get for always getting a large portion before trying stuff out to see if I like it or not. The salmon rolls were yummy but the dessert could use some help. The peach cobbler tasted like it had an ingredient in it that wasn't supposed to be in it that pretty much blew my flavor profile... no ma'am. The apple pie was a step up but still both rolls had this weird gummy texture in the inside as if the inside of the roll wasn't fried long enough idk. The rolls were really good and fun to eat and try different varieties. It's not a traditional store front as there are many other restaurants at the location. It's a cool concept. There's an app called Too Good To Go which lets you reserve "surprise bags|meals" from restaurants in the Philly area (which prevents Food Waste). I ordered a surprise bag from this restaurant. I was supposed to pickup the bag between 9:45pm-10:15pm. I arrived at 10pm. No bag left for me to pickup. The person working states, "The store is closed and I'm not making the order." Why give Too Good To Go a pick up time when your store is closed? Make it make sense. If I had known that, I wouldn't have even reserved the bag. read more

Soooooo these egg rolls are special, they are the most succulent rolls I have ever had in my life. I had the jerk chicken, crab, and Philly steak rolls and OMG. I highly recommend you stop by or order in advance or request for a delivery of these ridiculously yummy rolls. Check out the pics. We had the bacon ranch fries and they were okay. I personally like my loaded fries to be crunchy initially, I understand that they may get soggy through time but not at the onset. The rolls were delicious. My wife and I eat each roll and we were presently surprised and very content with a meal of appetizers. The jerk chicken was the most surprising, it had some spice, sweet, and savory flavors. We are planning another round very soon. It was a bit expensive at about $4 per roll. The owner was tentative and gave me a call when she was preparing my order and let me know how long it would take from that point. I ordered the sampler since this was my first time trying them and I was sharing with one other person. The samplers consisted of (Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Crab Cake, Buffalo Chicken, Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak,& General Tsos Chicken. I forgot the last type). I like them all . It also comes with tater tots or fries and a drink. I also got dessert which was the strawberry cheesecake and the peach cobbler. I didn't get to eat those 2 fresh because it was late & I was full. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman was so nice. Cute interior. We traveled almost two hours to try their rolls. Even though they were out of some ingredients for some of their rolls it was ok. That just gave me the opportunity to try something different. My daughter had the general Tso chicken, she loved it. We ordered tots, but got fries despite choosing tots, paying extra, and adding a comment. Bummed. We ordered honey mustard and bbq, but got 2 bbq (no big deal.) The vegan beef taco roll was good but was missing the side of salsa. The vegan pizza roll was good, solid choice. The fries aren't bad, but the seasoned variation added absolutely nothing (or maybe it was missing completely.) The vegan chick'n fingers are small and a bit chewier than I would have liked. I've seen Chow Bell's Rock and Roll before but it was always empty, usually a red flag during peak lunch hours. I couldn't comprehend what kind of egg rolls would cost 4 dollars. I went with it anyways and got one seafood roll and one cheesesteak roll. I wasn't expecting much and I immediately thought I have made a mistake. Not long after I ordered I realized how wrong I was. I thought the egg rolls were frozen and refried. I was pleasantly surprised to see the chef pulled out wonton wraps and started rolling them fresh in front of me. When everything was done with, he packed them in a big box, they were huge! They were more like mini burritos, definitely worth the money. My first bite went to the seafood roll. I was completely caught off guard with how good it was. There was lump crab meat in the roll. There was no filler whatsoever. Imagine an entire crab cake filled in your egg roll. It was sweet and delicate. I went in for the cheesesteak roll and was blown away again. It was packed with juicy slices of steaks that had more flavor than any Philly cheesesteaks joints I've visited. I could not believe myself, this was top notch restaurant quality food! I came back to the truck right away to ask for the chef's name. Steve was very happy to see how satisfied I was with his food. I will never judge a book by its cover again. I have already been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks since discovering this gem of a food cart! It is super dangerous(to my diet and my wallet) that they are located across the street from my office, offer breakfast, lunch, and dessert, and are so darn delicious!!
