A huge thank you to Zktlko (I hope I'm spelling that right) who went out of his way to make sure I got it back. That level of care is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. I ended up getting the Cheesesteak Hoagie both nights, but tried different cheeses out. The first night I had the cheese whiz and the second evening I had the Cooper American cheese. But if you don't want to drive out for that Michelin Bib Gourmand version, which is possibly the best cheesesteak on the planet, this is a great option. You can do MYO or a variety of packages, in both beef and chicken. I built a basic with sharp provolone and sautéed peppers. It was very good. Service was good, we waited upstairs and then came back down to get the food. They also have a neat "help yourself" beer dispensing system but we didn't try it that evening. There's a few spots to sit. We were generally fine, until a non-customer came in and wanted to use the restroom by where we were seated, then threw up in the trash can, having all the signs and symptoms of suffering from cannabis hyperemesis syndrome.
