We have a very high energy hound who always came home exhausted. We used the doggy day care, the pet taxi, and the boarding services. Everyday our dog would start looking out the window and wagging his tail waiting to get picked up. The boarding services were also great. Because of our jobs, we had to do lots of last minute boarding and were always accommodated. Sometimes we had to ask for boarding services the day of, or leave town and not know what our exact return date was, but we were still always taken care of. We had nothing but positive experiences with Pack Leader Plus. Good prices, trustworthy people, and 100% reliable. We had a pet…read moresitter back out of watching our foster dog (through the foster agency) and I called Heidi in tears at 9 pm at night. She was already watching our other dogs for our vacation and we were leaving the next morning. Heidi came over to meet the foster at 10 pm and was amazing with her. She is not an easy dog and Heidi was fantastic. The foster broke out of her kennel later in the trip and Heidi cooked her sausage and bacon and gave her peanut butter Kong's. Not to mention, Heidi is our go to person for our dogs every vacation we take. She sends daily updates with photos. This is the third time we've used her and I was completely at ease the entire trip as I knew all of my dogs were in the best of hands. She made sure she did the best job possible when grooming our cat and dog. She made them as comfortable as possible and seriously groomed our cat so fast she didn't even have time to get antsy. The staff at Stargate took it upon themselves to get a rotisserie chicken so that she would start to eat again and feel better. Now I know to bring pouches of cooked chicken which the staff graciously mixes with her food for each meal.
