If I could give this 20 stars I would! I've had quite a few facials in my day and this by far was the best. Jen is SO responsive, kind, and helpful! As soon as you walk in the ambiance of her area is just divine and relaxing. There's a massage bed that makes everything even more blissful. The extractions, while never pleasant haha, were meticulously done. All of the products smelled so good and felt amazing. The neck and shoulder massage were heavenly!!! I would have been fast asleep if I wasn't paranoid I'd snore lol after the facial my skin felt like silk and brand new. I will definitely only be using Jen for my facial needs. I loved my facial at the Rock the Glow Spa with Jennifer. The interior is super comfy and relaxing. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during my visit. The facial itself was really enjoyable. She customized treatment to my needs, her extractions are not painful, but effective.. First, I have to say Jen is amazing!! My skin was crying out for some TLC and she came to the rescue. My pores were clogged with blackheads and milia and needed a deep cleaning. I reached out to Jen and she was able to squeeze me in within a couple of days. Her space is beautifully designed and she makes you feel so comfortable. She examined my skin and new exactly what to do. While she got to work, I dozed off. My own snoring actually woke me up. That's how comfortable I was. So we had an appointment with Jen and I really didn't want to go but I had to. So Jen was awesome and I was curious about how this all worked she said that it would help with my black heads and grease and just smaller pores that I didn't even realize I had so she did this treatment to me and holy crap my face really looked so much clearer and smoother I couldn't believe it I got a few compliments and I will probably keep making bets with my girlfriend knowing I will lose just to keep going back to see Jen with her to get a facial. The best facial I have ever had! I've had my fair share of facials and this is hands down beats them all. Even from the moment she made contact, she was pleasant and courteous. When I showed up for my appointment, she greeted me with the friendliest hello which set the mood for the rest of the appointment. I did a combo facial and it was nothing less than amazing. Her extractions are so satisfying and she has magical fingers! She massaged not only my face, but my neck and chest. She was did extractions around my chest area that were needed.
