I can't do similar. I need exact LOL but the customer service was so nice and helpful. Today, I went in for tile for my shower floor. I have no existing shower floor so I could literally go with anything as long as it complimented the rest of the bathroom. The tile selections are endless. And pricey! But get this, they have a discontinued room. Shhhh. Go in there and maybe show them a picture of what you want and ask if they have anything similar that is discontinued. I was able to get a porcelain tile that retails at $20 a piece for $8 a piece. Score! And the manager is so friendly. He supplied my mom her tile when she built her house years ago and still remembers. He gave me a bag of their grout which doesn't stain or grow mildew. Would definitely recommend Chesapeake Tile & Marble for anyone doing some renovations or new build. You'll find one of a kind tiles that your regular home improvement store won't carry.

I brought in my tile sample and Shane did a search with his distributors and found the exact same tile for half the cost of the other tile store! He accurately estimated the quantity I needed and expedited my order!! I experienced excelllent customer service with Shane and his staff and I so appreciated his integrity knowing I was getting the fine quality tile I wanted at a fair price 2 qualities that are unfortunately hard to find these days!! I requested a call back--nothing. Silence. I can't wait for his reply to this review! 3 - The experience: Susan quoted me $125/hour and $200 for a site visit to measure for a deck and patio plan. She arrived late, spent roughly an hour measuring, and then demanded $600. The neighborhood must've given her the impression that she could pull that off. When I politely questioned this by email, she never responded. She charged my card anyway and then ignored four weeks of emails and calls--except for the one time I called from a different number. 4 - The core issues: * Deceptive pricing - quoting one rate, charging another. * Zero communication - after taking payment, there was no progress, no updates, nothing. This is not just poor service; it's a pattern of unethical business practices. In my opinion, Susan had no intention of completing the project. 5 - I am filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland State Attorney's Consumer Protection Division. I strongly encourage others with similar experiences to do the same. Companies like this only change when they are forced to.

Found a leak coming through the basement ceiling, opened the ceiling to find they jerry rigged the bathtub drain with flexible pvc pipe and it was leaking. Called my plumber who came an installed a proper waste and overflow fitting. Now the roof leaks in multiple places. I went to replace the soffit mounted flood lights as Crown had reinstalled the original 60 year old lights on their new vinyl soffit. The fixture was screwed to the vinyl soffit with a single wood screw. When I started to take it down I saw there is NO junction box, they just cut a small hole in the vinyl and pushed the wires up inside. Please don't use this company, they do not do quality work.
