We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

We met with Alan who carefully explained the process and helped us select a serger edge finish that he would have his team apply. When he gave us the first quote I decided to only trim the one rug since it's not inexpensive to do. Alan worked with the idea of just trimming one edge of the second rug in order to keep our cost down but still have a useable pair. When he called about ten days later to say that the rugs were ready, he told me that they had mistakenly bound the second rug on all four edges but would not charge me for their labor or materials. I am impressed with the quality, the terrific service and their integrity. Good companies should be recognized for their good work and I'm glad Yelp gives us such an opportunity.
