The seats are very heavily stained, have food crumbs all over them, crayon melted into the seat fabric, black stains, all throughout. Instead of giving this car, a quick vacuum and wipe down, they opted to cover the seats with seat covers, and leave the change and trash in the backs of the front seats. They came down on the price $500, which is honestly a little pathetic. The value of this car I got impressing condition with no body damage, all the splash guards, and clean seats is $10,580.. I paid $10,500. I took it back in to get detailed at Buckeye superstore trying to give them one last shot, and the seats came out a little better, sure. But there is still melted into the seat, black and grime all in the arm trim. The have black stains all over them. It looks like all they may have done is vacuum up some of the debris.

Ford seems to have lost the magic lubricant that is needed for my door locks to start working again and this has dragged on for a month now. Think about that, a month for something not working, at all, on your car. This happens to be the keyless entry so it's not life-or-death but it is certainly an annoyance especially since this tech was one of the reasons I bought this vehicle. And, I don't feel its all Shelby Ford's fault on not having the part, but Ford and Donley need to get together on this TSB and get this deal fixed. I would have given Ford hell myself if I knew how to get ahold of them, but either way, I would have given better marks if Donely Ford was pushing more on my behalf to get this done and dusted for, now both, sides of the car. Again, they are improving but not as good as they were back in 2010-2012 timeframe, in my opinion anyhow. I give them a bonus star as I liked my salesman, Dan Reese, enough to purchase three cars in four years off him. He did a great job getting my car and taking care of me. To make matters worse, my other child purchased a vehicle here shortly after, and it has been in their service bay for repairs more days than she has actually driven it. MMG was the only dealership that had the XC60 hybrid there and they had mentioned that the XC40 electric was at the dealership. I scheduled my test drive and made it up from Columbus to MMG. When I arrived I was told to see Matt L, who was super nice and welcoming. He did deliver the not so nice news that the XC40 electric had not arrived (-1 star... I would have probably postponed my test drive appointment with some heads up notice), but Matt truthfully answered all of my questions about the XC40 electric and unfortunately the technology and range wasn't suitable for my needs (but would have been a great commuter car). However since I was already up there, I decided why not give the XC60 hybrid a test drive. Matt took me around as he explained the different features on the car, and then it was my turn to take it for a spin and I was hooked! Although he gave me the initial numbers, I couldn't stay to negotiate things, as I had an appointment to get to, but Matt gave me his card and the rest of the negotiation was handled over the phone and text. We went back and forth a few times, and I will say Matt was patient with me in running through different options until we settled on the final price of the vehicle and what my lease terms would be (the offered better lease incentives). Pickup the car was a seamless process as I had all of my paperwork overnighted to me ahead of time. I can't wait to enjoy my new car for the next 3 years and definitely would return to MMG for other car needs even if it's a different car maker!

Just a very poor experience with a Nissan approved dealership which I thought could have been handled with much more professionalism.
