I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient.

They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. I have had so many bad experiences with cleaners, let me tell you. Some show up one time the first time and then they seem to never be on time again. Some companies' websites are so hard to use, no quotes and no idea what I'm paying for. With these guys the booking process is super simple, just go to the website. Prices and services are all there including all the add-ons. I especially like the owner Irene, she is so sweet. Lorena cleaned my house but she didn't just clean. She organized and put things where they belonged and created little systems like putting dishwashing stuff in a big Tupperware container rather than all around the sink. My house was a disaster when she got here and when I came home I was overcome with gratefulness. I will have her here again for sure and record her to friends. She cleaned overhead fans, all the baseboards, terrible messy fridge, two dirty bathrooms, laundry room and a very big old 1940s place with a lot of old wainscoting.
