It is possible she was the only person working since we did not see anyone else. 3 of us ordered the low country shrimp and deviled egg salad but all the hot food came out first. Our server apologized for the missing salads and said she'd be right back. It was a good amount of time before she came back and we had the impression she was making them herself. The operator was even out chopping a bit of wood getting ready to prepare it to the smoker for next days meat prep.
