I had been wanting to go platinum for some years now and my last hairstylist would always give me blonde or orange blonde which I disliked. I messaged various people and Maysaa was not only fast to respond, but inviting. Her kind and fast response are what made me make the appointment with her. She did not only get my hair down to the lightest color possible, but gave me advice and made a plan with me how to keep my hair healthy and get to the color I want. I will for sure be going back to her for touch ups and hair treatments. The salon was clean , spacious and all the girls there seemed very nice which was a plus top the experience

But I'm supposed to go to a concert tomorrow night, and I really didn't want to show up feeling like a complete geriatrics patient! So today, I literally just "walked in" to this incredible salon, The Hot Seat, without an appointment--and I'm SO glad I did! I was greeted by a very nice lady who, at 5pm, assured me that there was enough room for me. I was then taken care of by two beautiful women, Mariam and Tiffany, and not just one but BOTH of them went to work on my hair. I walked in basically asking for a "Farrah Fawcett," and they absolutely delivered, only better! I've had plenty of haircuts over the years, and while a fresh haircut always feels good, my hair has never felt this good when I've walked out of a salon. It feels bouncy, balanced, light, and somehow just...RIGHT! When I caught my reflection in my car window, I literally thought, "OMG! No way!" I have never been this delighted with a haircut before in my life! When I got home, my family was happily impressed, and my husband not only noticed but was pleasantly surprised-which actually says a lot! And the best part? I was a walk-in! They took me right in, washed my hair with a shampoo made for the Gods, then cut and dried it, and all for an extremely competitive price. They totally made me feel like a rock star! Maybe I will actually get dressed up for the concert after all. Thank you so much, ladies! Mariam and Tiffany, you made my day--and gave me a haircut I absolutely LOVE!

These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it. It is a hurdle/challenge to just get an appointment. I am sure these people are nice and are probably good at what they do.

This can be devastating for a haircut that is already extremely short. Now I have to wear a scarf or a hat until my hair gets longer. Probably around six months. The worst experience of my life. If you look hard enough and deep enough you will find all of the terrible reviews. For some reason people are able to hide these which is a bad thing for people like myself that look for reviews before going to a new salon. I dont understand how he could have so many 5 stars reviews after what he did to my hair. Are they really all real reviews? Seriously, this is so deceiving and it's unfair to people that rely on honest reviews to decide where to go for hair needs. I had a lengthy consultation where we reviewed multiple inspiration photos and discussed adding…read moredepth and dimension while maintaining a dimensional bronde look with lighter ends. My hair had become brassy and I just wanted to add low lights and some dimension. I showed many, many photos to make it clear what I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result was drastically different from what I requested. Much of the interior and underside of my hair was colored a very dark brunette tone, creating a flat, heavy appearance rather than the dimensional look shown in the photos we reviewed. The ends of my hair look completely black, nothing like the photos I showed. The issue wasn't that my hair became darker overall. I expected more depth and lowlights. The issue was that much of the brightness and dimension was lost, particularly underneath, leaving large sections of the hair looking like one solid dark color. To Cynthia's credit, she did offer to adjust the color by adding highlights and ultimately provided a full refund when I explained that I was no longer comfortable proceeding with additional processing since my first request was so misunderstood and poorly executed. While I appreciate her efforts to make things right afterward, the final result did not reflect the look we spent significant time discussing beforehand. I'm honestly still devastated.

I needed something different, my birthday is coming up and i wanted a new Birthday Look, i seen Richelle ad on Facebook contacted her and she was very nice and squeeze me in on a Friday night after i got off from work very Nice of her to do that for me, She did answer my questions and explain what i wanted might take more then 1 visit which i was OK with it ,but she first had to star working on my hair to find out. Well after 2+ hours we where done!! and it came out nice but not the color i wanted. But Before i left she did make herself clear on how she guarantees her work 100% which i LOVE that she said that and how i wouldn't have to pay anything to get the color i want!! i will go back hopefully before my birthday to get a color correction! I have brown hair and have always wanted to go blonde...well I decided to go for it and made the mistake of going somewhere other then Rockin blondes. I paid a lot of money for barely any highlights at all.my head was still 98% brown :( and the ones I had were weird colored. so I called rockin blondes and the owner was so sweet and helpful and she also offered to do my hair for a great price even though they had to fix the mess someone else made. Nicole Philp did my hair and she was so awesome and did a beyond great job on my hair. and the blonde color she put on my hair is the perfect color, not fake looking like the pale color the last salon put in. they also knew just how to get my roots to the same color as the colored ends I have. then she cut my hair and didn't charge me extra for it!! Kimber was recommended by a mutual friend and I came to her as a first time client, mostly due to her shop's close proximity to home and her accommodation of an appointment time needed with short notice for a special event I was attending that night. Am I ever so glad I took a leap of faith and put my transformation in her hands! I have known kimber the owner of rockin blonds for many many years. She has been doing my hair and my teen daughters hair for years!!! We have followed her until she opened her own salon. I am very busy and she will take time from being at home to fit me in. She is a magic worker and always does my hair soooooo great!!! She even does my teens hair and leaves her loving the styles and color. My mother who is extremelly picky and hard to satisfy went to kimber for the first time. Went to Rockin Blondes shortly after they opened. Had a wonderful experience. The hair color I had done before going to Rockin Blondes was not successful. I had swore never to have my hair colored again because someone always fried it. When I went in to see Kimber I felt very comfortable with her assessment of my boring hair and let her do as she pleased. She did a wonderful job. She did highlights, cut, and style. Treat yourself to a color and cut by Breanna. She does great work and is a total sweetheart. I have seen her 3 times already and every time the color and cut are on point. When she does a full head of highlights for me she uses 30-45 foils, Breanna goes all out and doesn't rush, she is very thorough. My hair is long with a side part and layers throughout. I am a guy who is in the Army. I went into the 1st time for my son who looked like a mophead. The stylist made sure he was rocking a great haircut. So I went in today for myself. I went in and they were upfront friendly. I sat down and started talking to them and told them I was deploying back to Afghanistan. Horrible experience. I spent the last year in and out of hospitals due to spine surgeries, and Groupon reactivated my voucher for this salon. Once there, the stylist, Danielle, forced me to pay an extra $80 out of pocket. I specifically requested a straight, above-the-shoulder haircut and showed her a photo. Danielle completely ignored my request and left my hair long, with a bad V-shape (pointed) in the back, below my shoulders. She intentionally left it poorly done and longer just to justify overcharging me the extra $80. To make things worse, she left the bleach on my head for an extra 20 minutes because she left to talk to a friend (can see in the cameras) . My hair turned bright orange/carrot color and is severely damaged. It has been a week and my scalp is still burning due to chemical burns from her negligence. Do not go to this place or see Danielle. It is a scam and a health hazard. I was so sad and honestly I not liked saying anything in the moment, I was in shock, the salon was full and I use walker...I just got home and trying to healing my hair scalp with my primary doctor.

I found Kimberlys IG page and quickly fell in love with her work!…read more I messaged her on IG that I naturally have dark, thin, and dry hair and explained to her that a few months ago, I got a "Balayage" that certainly did not look like a balayage and that my hair ended up being dry and the roots were dark and not blended enough for my liking. She suggested I book a full blonding session. I booked my appointment with skepticism but high hopes after seeing her IG account filled with stunning hair posts that were not "photoshopped". The booking process on her site was easy, you select the service and chose the date and time of your convenience. A few days before the appointment, she texted me to make sure I have her direct contact information in case it may be needed. I was super nervous walking in because you never know what you're going to get when you go to a new hair salon. She asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of what I wanted (blonding and blended roots), and I put my hair into her hands. She knew exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly on every strand of hair. To brighten up my dull hair and make it healthier, she did a deep conditioning and put a bit of toner in, and it brought it to life! The roots look well blended now, too! The Salon: I loved the way this salon was decorated, and it was very spacious. The salon's vibe was trendy, well-maintained, and clean! Ther is also PLENTY of parking in the lot! All in all, my hair turned out beautifully, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. and I am in LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, with my hair again! Kimberly was super friendly, very warm, and checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with everything. She is a GREAT stylist who knows what she's doing, I will for sure be coming back to see her!! I 100% recommend Kimberly to all my friends for their hair needs. You will not be disappointed!
