Me and my family came in yesterday at 11:30, not knowing that they opened at 12, we were politely told by the hostess that they opened at 12 and that we could sit in the waiting area if we wanted to. Me and my family decided to just wait in our car until then. As we were walking out the door the owner came running after us yelling and telling us to come back, which quite frankly scared me and my family and made us uncomfortable. Then she began ridiculing the staff about how they are open and to seat the guests and that the kitchen had been open since 11 yet our food took a long time to come out still. The food was very basic definitely no competition to the other "Crab" spots. I was given the wrong thing and was expected to keep it. My waiter Von was very inexperienced he took the order and brought it back saying the manager told him to give it back to me. I've never seen this before and I was very upset..I will never go back there and won't recommend it to anyone! No one ever came to the table to sew what was wrong. This is my first ever review of a restaurant. The experience was so awkward that I decided I needed to share. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon (7/31/22). It was quite busy in the restaurant. The 3 of us sat at the bar. My father stepped away to the restroom when we got there. The only interaction we had with any members of the staff there were letting the hostess know we would sit at the bar, then letting the bartender know we had a 3rd person with us when she handed us the two menus as my mother and I sat down. After that, both bartenders seemed to blatantly ignore us for the next 20-30mins we sat there patiently waiting to even put a drink order in. A couple came in after us and were served almost immediately as the bartenders and other employees continued to walk right past us saying nothing. After they caught up the whole bar (besides us) with everything they needed, one bartender just stood in the corner looking around, still never acknowledging us. We finally decided we should leave, as it was clear they were just not going to serve us. I was really looking forward to the food as it smelled wonderful. I urge the management to please do a better job of selecting employees and making sure your customers are taken care of. read more

We arrived at Rockin Crab in 4/16/23 around 4:30 pm. Ten minute wait to be seated, perfect. We got seated at table A7. No servers stopped by for 15 minutes, then one stopped be and said it wasn't her table but she would take our drink order. We later learned that we were seated at a table that was not being serviced. So we place our appetizer order along with our entree order. We received our entree order before the appetizer order and did not get our drink order till we were half done eating. My friend is allergic to fresh garlic and we had to send her bag back 2 times because they still put garlic in it. We asked the manager how we would be accommodated for the wait and the fact that an allergy attack could've happened and were informed there was nothing they could do. They also fired Gina after giving her a party of 10 on her second day of work but told her she has to work the party of 10 first then she needed to go home.
