Safe to say, I won't be returning. The customer service was absolutely trash. We weren't even greeted by the hostess and when I greeted them first it was still no response. The server we got was like casper and kept disappearing when he was needed. This is coming from someone who doesn't hassle their server at all. It took 40 minutes just to get our check. The flavor of the food was nasty as well. The fried fish and shrimp wasn't seasoned and my boil was barely seasoned as well. This is my second time coming here and it has been unsatisfying both times.

I went for happy hour with some friends. There wasn't a wait due to it being during the week so we were sat promptly. I ordered wings with Rockin Crab seasoning (all of their seasons) and my friend ordered crab legs, shrimp, and mussels. To me, the wings stole the show! They were fresh out of the grease hit and well seasoned. I've been back a few times just for the wings.

Overall, nice spot to grab some seafood. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a bucket of beer and a bowl of seafood. For starters, the restaurant fairly large. Decent amount of people there when we dined, however, did not feel overly crowded. Surprisingly, the restaurant also is not too loud. Service was quick and attentive. For food, they have all sorts of pre-selected low country. Boil options. You can also build your own. They also have plenty of other items. The sauce/seasoning was excellent. Really paired well with the seafood. Of course, they have plenty of beer selections and they have the option for a bucket of beer. Something about getting a bucket full of beer. That makes it so much better!

We were unsure because it had slightly less than 4 stars. We took a chance.. so glad we did. Really great food and service. We decided to sit at the bar- our bartendress, Bri is fantastic, professional and attentive. The rest of the staff were as well. We ordered king crab and clams. We did the clams in a garlic butter sauce... I will say it probably needed a little more garlic. But still absolutely delicious. The crabs were outstanding. It came with one red potato, and a 1/2 corn on the cob. Secret- mix lemon pepper, garlic butter and mild spice- super flavorful! I will tell you if you're ever here in Augusta this is a place you need to try. Pricing is decent. The place is very clean. The bathrooms are beautiful.. not what you would expect from a place that looks like a bar. I was impressed and so were my friends

The food was great, it's always fresh. We went on a Saturday at around 7. There was a wait of about 20 minutes which was expected. Destiny was our server, she was great & prompt with bringing drinks & food. As always, rockin crab is casual & family friendly. The music isn't too loud but they play food 90s & early 00s jams.

Great service and great food! The hostess was very attentive to our needs and took our order to help our waitress as as she was just coming on shift. Between the hostess and the waitress we were spoiled. Dinner was hot and delicious. The snow crab was cooked to perfection. This was a first time trying Dungeness crab and the lobster was very succulent. We got the medium spiced boil and it was seasoned perfectly. My daughter said she could have just ordered an entire bucket of corn, it was so good. I'm eager to take the boiled eggs home and make a Cajun egg salad. I have never been keen on trying this type of crab shack when not at the beach but I would love to come back again especially with more friends that can help finish off our boil pot! We ordered the Crab boil - this was the $89.00 pot that included snow crab legs, Dungeness crab , mussels, shrimp , corn , potatoes , sausage, 2 lobster tails and 3 boiled eggs . We also added an additional 1 lb of snow crab legs ($32.99). The bar drinks were served fast and very refreshing. We got to sample a pink lemon drop martini, and I ordered an old fashioned and my daughter had a virgin mango daiquiri. All in all it was a delicious dinner and something completely out of our comfort zone but so much fun! Til next time friends!

First timer! I enjoyed my experience. My husband and I sat outside. It wasn't too crowded or loud which was good. Our server was super chill and cool. We both had combo A. This combo included 2 snow crab clusters, 1/2 lb of shrimp (head off), two pieces of corn, two potatoes and two eggs. My husband had medium heat and I had non spicy. There was a small hiccup. My husband ordered sausage with his meal and it wasn't added. We informed the server who took care of it but he had to wait over 10mins for them to bring it out. Also, my non spicy had a little heat. It was tolerable but I wish it wasn't there. I don't like spicy food. Honestly, this is very similar to the spot across the street. I can't say one is better than the other right now (they are basically the same). However, the outdoor seating will make me come back here.

Crab boil with sausage; medium heat (fresh and spicy! Just how I love it)

This place is really nice! I love the decor and the cool swanky vibe. The music was great as well as the service. Quick service and our server KiKi was great with explaining the options we had for our crab boil bags. This was our first time at Rockin' Crab. Came here at the recommendation of a friend for our sons birthday weekend. We have dined at two other similar crab themed restaurants in Augusta. I have to say this one is at the top of our list now. The crab boil was perfectly seasoned and not overly salted as has been our experience at the other two similar restaurants. I mean it was spot on flavorful--seasoned to perfection--just right! I had the medium heat hubby had Dungeness crab boil no heat. For appetizers we had the fried oysters--man were they good! They were the best! Rockin' Crab knows how to cook them just right! They were delicious--just like we enjoy them! Oh, and the whitening fish was perfectly fried too. Loved that it wasn't overcooked, a light golden color with the perfect crunch outside--Yum! Everything was great and you definitely will have leftovers as the crab boil bag will fill you up and then some. This will be our go to crab boil place for sure.

My first time coming here. I spilled my drink before drinking it and was forced to pay it. Overall bad service

The food is the real star, though. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a must (crispy, perfectly sauced, and addicting), and their fish dishes are always cooked just right--flaky, flavorful, and not overdone. You can tell they care about quality, not just presentation. Even the sides and sauces feel intentional, not like afterthoughts. It's the kind of place that works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for a date night or special occasion. Reliable, delicious, and worth coming back to--Bonefish Grill earns its reputation every time. The only complaint would be that it took about 35 minutes to get our drinks when appetizers came out first.

Current economic conditions are impacting us all. First Course: Fresh Ceviche paired with a Blazing Britches - The ceviche was a star, filled with bright citrus, buttery avocado and cilantro. The cocktail was seductive with pineapple, mango but the bite of the jalapeño slices was what sealed the deal for me. Second Course: Kickin' Blue Cheese Salad and Fancy Pants. The salad was a fresh and tasty reset with its fried jalapeños. The Fancy Pants was pretty with rosy hibiscus. This is a sweet cocktail. Third Course: Shrimp Stack paired with Coconut Cutoffs. The warm spiced refried beans were a welcome surprise in the shrimp stack. I enjoyed the coconut cutoff cocktail but it ranked second (for me) after Blazin' Britches. Fourth Course: Cilantro Lime Chilean Sea Bass paired with Blue Jeans. This was a lighter and refreshing cocktail and I just loved the fresh blueberries! I felt as if the sea bass was a touch overdone, but the flavor was good. Fifth Course: Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée paired with Espresso-Chino. The tequila based espresso martini was a huge hit with our table. Unfortunately the crème brûlée arrived cold and unappetizing. An unfortunate ending to a pleasant dining experience.

Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! Everyone from other diners enjoying their brunch to servers, sous chefs to the top man himself-not one person wasn't smiling from ear to ear. It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Best of all, a percentage of all their sales goes back directly into Helms College (located in the same shopping center.)
