Love this shop and it's location! Ashleigh did my piece 10/10 experience. So sweet and amazing artist. Can't say enough about my experience at rockin ink!

Justina was amazing! She did my first tattoo and I absolutely loved it. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was okay the entire time. The music taste is perfect. Enjoyed the playlist while getting my tattoo. Justina was very funny and very chill. Highly recommend her if you're coming to get a tattoo. Amazing experience Perfect tattoo. I gave her a reference photo and she executed perfectly. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and more.

This shop is awesome! Odi did my piece and one on my wife, and she was able to put together exactly what we wanted super quickly. Super friendly staff, very good vibes, conveniently placed, AND extremely reasonable prices. In case you're wondering, the shop is located just inside the Westgate's northern entrance, and there's a parking garage right next to the entrance.

Absolutely trash! Tattoo 10 out of 10 management 0 and disgusting! I had an appointment to get a tattoo for my birthday while I was staying at the westgate. I got there at 9am for my appointment, Marla my artist was amazing! We started around 9:30 am. I asked Marla if I could put my Ray Ban sunglasses down by her station and she said ok. It was a 6 hour tattoo so I was there for a while. It was myself, Marla, Leo the manager and a sweet 19 year old intern but I forgot her name. During that time I was there Marla and myself took a few bathroom breaks. By the end of my session I went to get my sunglasses but they weren't there. I was very surprised and so was Marla. We started looking for them and searched the entire shop even emptied garbage pails to see if they maybe fell in. They were gone, no where to be found. I was shocked, my first thought was that during a bathroom break maybe Leo the manager and the intern possibly went in the back and left the shop open. Was it possible that a customer came in seen nobody there walked into the shop, went into Marla's tattoo area and took my glasses? Maybe.. But highly unlikely. I asked if they went into the back while Marla and I were in the bathroom, Leo the manager got very defensive saying nobody here stole your sunglasses and told me to check everywhere for them. Marla and I searched everywhere but nothing. There was a time during the session that Leo left and even the intern and Marla said where did he go? Maybe putting the glasses in his car? He got very weird with me when I said I'm not leaving without my glasses. If they were $10 gas station sunglasses I wouldn't care. But these ray bans were $225. And mine! Leo told me to go up and check my room, I told him I was here the whole time and never went back to my room so that's impossible. He then said to me if you don't listen to me and check my room then he can't help me. In my life I have never seen such a guilty conscience. The whole energy in the room was dark. I actually felt bad for him and embarrassed for him because I knew he took them. What an asshole! Management stealing from customers? Wow what a piece of trash!! I called security and filled out a report, I asked Leo if the cameras were working to see if someone came in while they were in the back and took them. But of course the cameras weren't working. I was so frustrated that I just couldn't be there anymore. If I wasn't a guest at the westgate and security wasn't there things would have gotten physical. I knew deep down that jerkoff manager Leo had them. So I left not thinking I'd be getting a phone call the day after. After the beautiful Tattoo did on my forearm when I left I was so pissed that I didn't tip her and I'm sorry for that Marla. You were professional, honest and truly a great artist. A few hours later I text Marla and thanked her for the tattoo and told her I was going to write bad reviews all over the place from that experience that should have never happened. The next day while I was at the Grand Canyon I get a voice message from Leo the loser that my glasses popped up and they will be left white security. Like are you kidding me? To the owners of the shop, Marla is a dream, great person, great artist and a great soul. Leo is a trash bag and should be fired immediately. He's lucky I didn't break his jaw..

Get a great and professional tattoo by Kevin Thiele the artist in Vegas. He was Funny, keep you entertain and makes you feel comfortable getting your tat rather it's your first time or not. Best experience! Was visiting family.at the westgate and walked by Rockin ink. I had wanted this tattoo for a long time but couldn't find the right art work. Then I met Steven! He was super chill and cool. I love how it came out. Will definitely return. I have had bad experiences in the past with tattoo artists so I was worried at first but he did amazing, was very nice and I will be back. YOU DA BOMB STEVEN! YOU DA BOMB! Me and my husband both got bad ass tattoos! My husband was tattooed by Kevin, who took the time to go over, draw, and layout my husband's first tattoo. Craftsmanship and detail are above par. My husband is over happy about his tattoo and will be traveling back to Vegas for more work done by Kevin. THANK YOU KEVIN FOR AN AMAZING TATTOO!

I came here for my first tattoo! my bf and I did a walk-in, there was no wait time and the staff are friendly with good banter. Kevin did my tattoo and Brody did my bfs, mine was super quick felt like 5-10 mins max. My bf got two tattoos so his was a little longer but still quick, both artists are talented and not heavy handed at all! We are both happy with the results and would definitely recommend anyone to come to this shop if you're looking for a quality tattoo in Las Vegas read more

I am not brave enough to get a tattoo. But if I was, I would come here. The staff are friendly and put people at ease. You can have a loved one's name placed on your wrist or get an elaborate creation on your back ( or anywhere else). I spoke to the staff at 3am when my jet lag wasn't letting me sleep. I don't think they close. read more

My boyfriend and I walked in to get a pricing on a tattoo that I wanted, and 3 people were sitting there drawing. Not one looked up, and greeted us,or asked if they could help us. I went over, and made my myself known, and I was told to talk to another artist. WTF?! Aren't y'all artist too? Then they " artist " that I talked to was very condescending, and what Ms. Thing didn't know was that I've been getting tattoos before she was born, so I know the process. They didn't even have the artists portfolios out, so you could see whose style you liked, and I've never been in a shop that didn't have their artists portfolios out, more than one artist in the shop, and where someone greeted you when you walked through the door, and were glad that you were considering them. I definitely won't be going here for anything that's for sure. read more

I have heard wonderful things about this tattoo shop. Two friends have tattoos from here. I was already in the Westgate so I decided to call and asked if I could come in for a quick piercing. Whoever I was on the phone with said yes. I told them what time I'd come in and they said they would be there.. I came about 45 mins after our phone call. When I arrived, it was closed. I was standing outside for a couple of minutes and suddenly a woman comes in with a bag of McDonald's and proceeds to open the shop back up again. She walked in and closed the shop back down. She saw me, walked passed me and didn't even acknowledge me. No "hello", no "can I help you with anything?" So disgusting and very rude. Not only are they liars, they are condescending as well. My friends tattoos aren't even that nice by the way. read more

I have this shop a poor review and the owner posted that he can't be responsible for my disease??! Just what disease he thinks I have I'm not sure of. I have 5 other tattoos and have NEVER had an issue. I also was not counseled about any possible "diseases" I might have that may cause a problem with my tattoo. Nice try on the deflection Rockin Ink but that dig won't hunt. read more

Kevin and Steven are fucking awesome and down to earth. Vibe was laid back and felt like hanging out at a bar with a couple of good friends. Tattoo was super fast and exactly what we wanted and the best part ... they didn't over price the work like most other vegas tattoo shops. If you want a great tat at a decent price this is the fucking 1st stop you should hit!! read more

My Sister, Uncle and I stopped in to get the same tattoo. We were quicky greeted by Ray who drew up the design we wanted. Ray took me back for my first tattoo. He made me extremely comfortable, like I was hanging out with an old friend. Super gentle, fast and I am over the moon with his work. My uncle and sisters work was equally amazing. Clean shop, chill vibe, funny and sweet guys. We WILL be back when we're in Vegas. Thank you, Ray! read more

Came in tonight to get myself a new tattoo for my glass convention. Didn't have an appointment but I was quickly helped out. Ryan was very professional and did an amazing job! All in all I was there for maybe an hour and a half from walking in with my idea to walking out with new ink. Glad I came here and super stoked on my new tattoo. read more

After calling around to a few 24 hour tattoo shops I found myself here at 1a ready to get tattoo #12. And am I SO glad that I found this gem. I had the pleasure of meeting Ray. I explained to him exactly what it was I wanted. Well more like what it looked like in my head. And after a few moments he successfully brought it to life. And I must say after having an idea in my head for over a year I was thrilled to finally see it on my skin! The process was almost painless. Ray definitely has a softer touch than any of the artist I've gotten work from. And before I knew it I was done! The detail in my tattoo is AMAZING! Especially since it's so small & on my hand. I am very please & I will for sure be back to have him bring to life another idea in my head. read more

Best tattoo I have gotten yet. Drove down to Las Vegas just to see Ruben. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and his artistry speaks for itself. I came with an idea of what I want and he made it freaking amazing. Plus it's affordable for the quality of work I got. I will definitely come back for all my tattoos. This is seriously the BEST TATTOO shop I've ever visited! I have tattoos everywhere on me from different artists and personalities, but I've never been tattooed by someone so gentle and professional as Ray Soto from this beautiful AND CLEAN shop! I requested A LOT of work to be done on my leg, and gave him full reign to design however he seemed fit with my concept in mind and Ray pushed through like a boss and gave me an incredible version that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!! This artist rocks and his patience and talent is second to none. He is also super sweet and VERY EASY on the eyes! My Friend was with me and I bought her a tattoo as well, and her artist, Kevin, gave her a gorgeous, realistic rendition of exactly what she wanted. She will leave her own 5 star review, I am sure! My husband got a large piece by Armond and his work is also OFF-THE-HOOK gorgeous! He, too, powered thru and gave my husband exactly what he wanted. He will be leaving his own review. We are so super stoked! One more thing...although I don't recommend or encourage bringing kids along for a tattoo session, we did bring kids along for the weekend to visit Vegas, and they happen to be with us during the sessions, and I wanted to thank the staff for being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely be driving back to Rockin' Ink Tattoo to sleeve my other leg and get my back piece as well by Ray. It was so worth the drive! OH! And the price for the work was surprisingly affordable, especially for a Casino! This is no cheesy casino tattoo joint...it is truly legit! I was very comfortable, impressed and pleased! Caitlyn was awesome. We came in with a group of four, at midnight, and was super happy that she was able to accommodate us. Three of us ended up getting piercings from her, and we all had really positive experiences. She was very precise, very clean, we watched her sterilize everything, and felt very comfortable with her. She was really sweet, answered all of our questions, and put up with our indecisiveness when it came to picking jewelry. The shop was really clean, really well organized, and we felt really comfortable there. They had a decent selection of jewelry, and it was evident by the art on the walls that everyone there was a super talented artist. It was also great that they were open until 1:30 am, one of the only shops we could find that had a piercer after 10pm. read more

My first tat ever! Ray did a horrible job. Lines bare messy and not even. Then when I complained to the higher ups they said it wasn't that bad. If the customer isn't satisfied then no one should be. Do not go here!!! Not recommended and the punk ass supervisor Cindy said it wasn't that bad. Fuck this place. read more

My fiancee got an impulse tattoo here...when he sees a tattoo shop and has had a few beers and some free time and some empty skin visible...he has been known to get a tattoo randomly. They're not very busy, it's a weird location, and the hotel demographic, when we were there, is not the tattoo crowd so much. But the tattoo turned out well, he did it quickly but cleanly. read more

This was a GREAT find for a beautiful and inexpensive tattoo. We walked in and the vibe was super laid back and chill! Made an appointment for a few days later after giving a sketch and forked over the $100 deposit for 2 tattoos. Fast forward. Got to the shop about 5 min before our artist and upon entering he greeted us with a big smile and said oh hey my poker chips!!! He was as excited as we were!!!! Kevin did my tat and Steven did my boyfriends and they are not exactly identical but pretty damn close!!!!!!!! We are planning on making this as frequented stop every time we are in town!!!! read more

I got a tattoo done by Ulises, he was GREAT! As a first timer, I knew what I wanted, but didn't know the font I wanted. Also, I had the first timer jitters, the staff all calmed me down and were upfront about what it would possibly feel like. And warned me about possibly not being able to handle it, not going to lie, it added on to my nervousness, but appreciated the honesty. Ulises was very patient with me, even offered to give me breaks during my session, it took less than 30 minutes, or less. Point is, it was quick! I still love my tattoo! Only concern was, that he had asked me to wait in the waiting area while he got his area ready, I would've been more comfortable going and seeing him set up, personally. You know, for health issues. But I'm sure they don't do anything shady, I work in the medical field, so I'm always paranoid. Anyway, great place! Very professional people. read more

I went in and he was VERY nice and professional. Kala told me my jewelry was "costume" and that I should replace them with professional titanium versions. I didn't mind paying for new jewelry, I was tired of how hard it was to remove and reinstall the old ones. He fixed me up in no time, for a very low price, for jewelry and service. I cannot recommend a better shop in Las Vegas.

He sterilizes jewelry right in front of you using an autoclave. Also, he is very upfront when it comes to his professional opinion if the piercing is possible and/or if it would look nice with your anatomy. After Kala left Hawaii, I made the mistake of getting an Ashley piercing by another piercer in Hilo & just wow, worst experience ever. My bruising was sooooooo bad, Never again! I was in Vegas for a brief timeframe for friends wedding. I have been searching for the past 4 years for an artist and location that I can get a detailed forearm tattoo. I have tried San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, Portland, and other shops in Las Vegas. I have not found an artist that I would trust with this type of artwork. I checked Rockin Ink Tattoo after finding them on Yelp and noticed they were near where I was staying, as well as being open 24 hours. I took a shot and inquired if they had an artist that could do the specific tattoo I have been wanting, and if they did, did they have an opening that day or the next day. I received a text back from Leo, in a timely manner, stating that he did have an artist that specializes in what I was looking for. The tattoo artist, Valerie (Val), reached out to me in a quick manner. I sent her a pic of my wishes, and she sent back a question with a black and white template. It was exactly what I was looking for. Val stated that she had time the following day and would do the tattoo. She sent me some pics of her work, and it was exactly the style I wanted. I paid my deposit, showed up the next day for my appointment, and spent the rest of the evening in the chair. The result is absolutely amazing. She did a great job with the detail, and the overall experience was the best I have experienced with any of my previous tattoos. No need to look anywhere else, go to Rockin Ink Tattoo. If you are staying on the strip, you can take the mono-rail to the Westgate Casino Hotel instead of driving and finding expensive parking. read more

I've been going to Austin Walshington since he did my pinky promise tattoo during his apprenticeship in 2016 at Rockin Ink Tattoo.. He also did my memorial tattoo to my aunt who was murdered back in 2017. I wanted my favorite tattoo of her's in the same spot she had it. I cried so hard once I got to see it after he finished, because of how PERFECT he got it to look!!! His ablity to recreate it surpassed my expectations and thanks to him I now have a piece of her as a part of me !!! Everytime someone asks me if I know a reliable & talented artist when they're looking to get ink, I ALWAYS recommend Austin!!!! Currently, he's doing a gorgeous mandala style back piece for me to cover up some really bad scars I have that I'm insecure about. We are 2 sessions deep into it & I am absolutely in love with it so far !!! Need some ink? Come here!. I swear the artists, the owners, and even the apprentice are great people!. A friend and I wanted some souvenir tats for rollercon and we set up appointments on Friday and texted Leo our ideas later that day, Saturday he drew up exactly what we wanted and Sunday they delivered!. Marla was my artist (Leo did my friends and she too was very happy with hers), my friend and I ran a little late getting there to start with but they were understanding and fantastic even moving the placement of mine multiple times when asked. Marlas work is amaze balls!!!. The color is vibrant and beautiful. As for other staff, I witnessed the apprentice hold another clients hand because she was in pain with her foot tattoo AND he totally took nerdy tourist pics for us in front of their sign. I was referred to this shop and artist by a mutual friend. First let's start with the shop which was very welcoming everyone talked to everyone, they even showed their apprentices things they do for the tattoos. Now for the artist review! Austin is a cool cat he did an awesome job with the tattoo I wanted even better than I could of ever imagined in my head. And his singing is great! All in all for my first tattoo ever and it being a half sleeve memorial for my mother it was a much much better experience than I ever expected and I highly recommend anyone who is new to tattoo to Austin he has a light touch and is easy to talk to and very informative as well. So, three middle-aged +, Midwestern sisters walk into a tattoo shop in Vegas. Yeah, it happened. We all wanted a small flower tattoo, same design but different colors. The manager immediately drew up the design - perfect. As we were talking as a group, I immediately knew that I had to ask Ray to be my artist. I did, and he agreed. We scheduled for the next day. This was my first tattoo and I went to see Austin. Duh, my tattoo was something totally basic, but halfway through the process, I was already thinking about something original for the next one. As someone who went in thinking she would only ever have one tattoo in her life, his skill had me thinking about an original. This place is amazing. I walked by on my way to breakfast and couldn't resist checking it out. The shop is neat, clean and has a cool atmosphere. Went back the next day and Ray started sketching out my tattoo immediately. He put his own twist on it and I couldn't be happier. Usually I am one to overthink and be unsure but this time I was confident. The staff and artists make you feel like you are at home. So so so glad I decided on this shop and not any other. Would definitely get another tattoo here if I ever come back to Vegas!! Might even make a special trip out here just for my next one!!!!! read more

Armando is by far the best artist I've ever been to. This guy does it all- from black and grey to polka trash and portraits, whatever you ask for, he'll deliver. He's been tattooing me for going on 5 years now and is the only person I will ever let touch my skin with a tattoo machine. He puts his all into every piece he does. If you want flash, he can do it (better than most anyone else, I swear!) but his specialty is creating custom pieces that no one else will ever have. His free-hand game is on point. If you ever stop by Rockin' Ink, ask for Armando Flores. You won't be disappointed! read more

I'd been wanting a tattoo forever and after my friend's daughter posted hers on Facebook I knew I had to just suck it up and do it. Her tattoo looked so playful and vibrant that I wanted to go to the same person. That is when I had the great pleasure of being introduced to MARLA FAY. I sent her my ideas and she put them together and when I arrived for my session everyone was genuinely nice and welcoming. I was vacationing in Vegas at the West gate resort when I stubbled by Rockin ink tattoo and decided that it was time for some new ink. It's a very clean and welcoming environment. I got my tattoo done by Demi. Super super dope artist! Great conversation, very friendly and professional. Used new needles fresh out the pack. Got in and out in a timely manner. Rockin ink was a nice surprise on my Vegas weekend. Located conveniently in my hotel and open 24 hours! I walked in on Saturday night and got a quote for the piece I wanted. I paid my deposit and came back the next day. RAY did my tattoo and I cannot say enough good things about him!! He was super nice, professional, and quick yet accurate with what he was doing... he made my vision come to life for a very reasonable price ... after leaving the shop my only regret was not tipping him more . read more

In my past experience Rockin Ink Tattoo has been a clean, professional and very accommodating studio. In august I received my second tattoo from Ray, and I couldn't be happier!! He is a very talented artist and did an excellent job at helping to calm my nerves. Their prices are reasonable, artists are trustworthy and both my experiences there have been excellent, I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone looking for a new tattoo! read more

From the moment I walked in Scott was amazing! Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, even changed to adapt his work from another artist's sketch that I wanted. His work exceed my expectation. Such a fantastic artist and I'm honoured to have his work on my body for the rest of my life! He worked outside of his comfort zone and still killed it! My friends and I were vacationing in Vegas and randomly selected this shop for our tattoos. We walked in and basically got our tattoos done right away! The 3 guys working that shift were super friendly and completely down to earth. Ray took care of me and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo! I'm sure all the artists are great but I'm a bit biased toward Ray! I'd go back to Vegas just to get another from him! read more

I had my tattoo done by their apprentice, Austin! He worked on my design for two weeks and completely made it more than what I even knew I wanted. What I pulled off of google and what he came up with was amazing. He was very detailed and made sure I was okay during the whole session (4 hours). The detail and care he took in the whole process was incredible. Definitely going back again for my back piece!! read more

Marla is awesome, she has done 2 tattoos for me. One was a koi and the other was a dragon, on both of them the colors pop and they both look excellent .I trust her skill and artistic abilities. Marla is also very friendly and has a great personality. If you are lookin to get some ink , I highly recommend her at Rockin Ink Tattoo. Next time I'm out in Vegas I will be getting more tattoos done by her . read more

Leo is absolutely amazing! A recent tragedy took away my sister and I wanted a tattoo in remembrance of her. I had a bunch of jumbled ideas but I had a hard time pulling them out of my head. Kevin was amazing from start to finish. Came to town visiting family and wanted a best friend tattoo and we came in without an appointment, he sat down with us and seen what we wanted. I let him be creative and do what he wanted and I was absolutely pleased. He will be my tattoo artist every time I come to Vegas!!! And prices were great compared to other places. read more
