I just had a party here for my 9 year old daughter and everything was perfect! I expected there to be a crowd (and there was) but as far as how smooth the party was, how organized things were in the party room, and the young girl who ran our party - it was wonderful! The only thing was the cart of gifts was left out unattended where random people could get to it after the party. My kids went to Rock and Job with my friend in concord. My son was jumping in the stunt bag arena when another kid accidently jumped in and hit my son in the face causing a large laceration. My friend noticed my son was laying in the stunt arena holding his head, and she ran to rescue. My friend is a Registered Nurse and responded quickly to this large laceration which caused a lot of blood lose and required many stiches. She Immediately screamed for help. Another father also came to the rescue to help move my son and the ambulance was called. My friend was alone with additional kids, the young lady that was monitoring the stunt arena went to get the owner "VINCE". Vince and his staff lacked any knowledge of a first aid kit. Vince prolonged times, and instead of a first aid kit, he came to help with kitchen gloves and a Sani wipe. I am thankful to the parent that helped my friend intervene and informed the owner this was not acceptable. Vince then got upset and threatened this father that he would call the police. Once the ambulance arrived, my son was taken to the nearest hospital. Vince not once offered any support to my friend, my son had to go on an ambulance at the age of 8 alone, and no assistance was provided in helping my friend who not only felt horrible for what happened, but having to send a young child alone in an ambulance while she managed the other kids. The poor kid who hit my son accidently, also felt horrible and waited around wanting to help. Vince never reached out to see if my son was ok. I went back to the attraction and was able to watch the footage of the accident. I tried to speak with the young staff. I went in on a Monday evening and not one staff member was present at the attractions. When I asked why? They stated there were only a few kids at each attraction and they were supervised by their parents. I tried to educate them, on the importance of still being present rather than sitting and being on their phones. Each staff member was hanging out in the back office on their phones. I called Vince, and I left him a detailed message to call me back. I never received a call back. I wanted to at least speak with him and help this from happening to anyone else. I was hoping the staff could have some sort of education on first aid , where they should be located and how to respond or help. Unfortunately, how can we expect this from youth workers when the owner himself was useless. I am so disappointed on his lack of compassion, and not even checking to see if my son was ok. I do not recommend this location, the young staff is not present and have no knowledge of basic first aid, not even knowing how to get a bandage. Vince if you are a parent, I know you would not be ok with this! He is lucky I came to try to educate and help this from being prevented with any other child, rather than an outraged parent who may have striked him for his rude and unacceptable behavior. Forget helping, he clearly lacks sympathy. The only one worry Vince had was, if the waiver was signed. Everyone please be advised to be careful at Concord rock and jump, I don't recommend this attraction, my family and I have had many birthday celebrations at this location, but never again moving forward. I understand accidents are bound to happen at a place like this, but the owner and his staff are careless!!! read more

Socks are 3$ but you can always reuse your old Rockin Jump socks if you already have. Waivers are to be filled out first before buying any tickets or processing any groupon vouchers. Paid for 4ppl. This place is smaller compared to the Vacaville one. No basketball hoops. Only one main trampoline, Dodgeball area, tots area which is for 6yo and under, and a place with like a rope where kids can sit and swing around. Vending machines are available for 2$ per water bottle. Massage chairs are just there where parents just sit without paying as a massage chair. Saturdays can be packed and crowded as they celebrate some Birthdays there. Small arcade which is like 1$ a swipe, so beware and get ready to spend dollars! Their cafe, I have not tried. Staff are attentive and okay. They also have a small rock climbing area. Overall experience was just okay. Nothing special, but can burn out energy and calories! read more

It's pretty much an average place to let your kids let out energy. All these (probably) teens at the front desk look like they're busy when they just walk away from the desk to talk to each other. I asked a lady informally for adult socks, "Do you have adult socks?" and she responded, "Yes, we have adult socks," then walked off. It was like trying to flag down a waiter at a restaurant. Instead of paying attention to the customer, they pay more attention to themselves. I'm not sure why so many were at the front desk, maybe 7 or 8. I have a feeling they just get away with it. They gave wristbands, but I bet we could just stroll in for free next time without worrying if we wanted to. The arcade games are much more expensive than I remember, but it has been a while. One cool thing is that they had a golden egg crane machine that you play until you win! I have never seen that before. You got cubbies to put your stuff in. Some lockers. Super crowded on a Saturday, of course. Workers walking around to keep an eye on people. Some parents are watching, and some parents are not. Some workers are working, and some are not. An overall good time for the general set up, but with the help of a few good workers. Silly that they request social distancing when it's obviously impossible. No climbing, but kids do it anyway. Dodge balls are really light & not actual air filled, so it's hard to get much speed or impact, which is nice for kids. Bunch of street parking. You can fill out waivers online, which is convenient. This place is great for active kids/toddlers. They pay per hour it's $17 per person and then you have to get the socks which is an additional charge. So yes it's pricey. If you keep coming back it's worth it. Also an hour is a long time at a trampoline place there is only so much energy a person has for jumping around. All the trampolines appear to be in good condition. There was one where a gap was forming and was a bit questionable but that was the only one. They have a water fountain near the bathrooms which is great and if public water isn't your thing you can bring cash and buy some too. They have a good number of chairs for adults , especially massage chairs! Just a heads up that is an additional fee. I tested the bathrooms and they are clean! Also many rooms for parties. The arcade looks decent but what intrigues me is the cool rock climbing walls. One day I will try those. Here are some golden nuggets of information: they have toddler hours on the weekends! The fee includes you and toddler and the socks! I bought my ticket online if you know your going for sure I suggest that. Also, on Groupon I saw they had a deal for the arcade if your interested. Also last bit of knowledge of you know you are coming multiple times get the frequent jump card! You pre pay a certain amount of jumps and it will equal to $13 an hr instead of $17! The staff is very friendly and can help you if needed. Only issue is there is no changing table for the toddlers! I think this really needs to be fixed. Especially with events for toddlers. This place is so much fun for the whole family! The prices are good. One thing to note that you are required to purchase their brand of socks to be able to jump. So in my opinion, it should just be included with an initial entry fee, rather than marketed as a separate optional item as it is. The place is chaotic, there are lots of people. However, that chaos is managed well, at least when I was there. My son always has a great time when he comes here, so we come back. If you've never been here before, make sure you always keep an eye on your children because the staff (all teenagers) won't. Be especially careful when your kids go into the jump pit. Kids are supposed to line up and take their turns but it turns into a "free for all" and the "team members" don't do anything to prevent accidents, they just stand there! Little kids run around and bigger kids doing flips all round, there's no order. Signs clearly say "No Running", but that is clearly ignored and never enforced. The kids, ages 7-11 loved it. Booked the Platinum Party Package for 20 kids with the private room and host on a Saturday at 11:30 am. They had a sign at the check-in counter with the birthday kid's names so our guests knew where to check-in at. I did hang out up there just to direct folks since it's quite busy inside the jumping area and might be hard for kids to find each other. Definitely do the waiver in advance to save time. There are 2 all ages open jump areas, 1 dodgeball jump area,1 little kid jump area, video games in the front and back and a climbing wall area up front (that was really fun for the kids). It's definitely chaotic and loud since there are are numerous birthday party groups there all at the same time - there's no private jump areas. Therefore, I spent a lot of time letting kids know which areas their friends were in. Safety in the climbing zone was really good. Safety in the trampoline areas - so so. I mean there's not all that much you can do with 50+ kids running, jumping, flipping and swinging. I selected our private dodgeball time (about 10 minutes of just our group) and had no problem hearing the announcements for that or our party room time/location (which they clearly communicated in advance). That being said, it's helpful if you keep track of the times yourself and let other parents know so that you can herd the kids over to the areas a little in advance. Our host, Zoe, was great! She held all the gifts, served the food and the cake and handled all the cleanup and setup. There was hand sanitizer in the party room. I did bring my own knife for the cake and lighter for the candles. They don't really seem to have a way to make people leave after the private party room time so as the day goes on it seems to get more crowded since kids kinda linger around afterwards. We played some arcade games afterwards so they wouldn't be distracted by that during the 90 minutes of jump time. Given how little I had to do and how much fun all 3 of my kids and their friends had, - it seemed worth it. read more

I waited for a long time just for someone to come take my order, once I yelled "hello" several times she finally came out and didn't even say hi hello or anything and she gave attitude and still gave me the wrong order. A lot of parents had the same idea as us which was to find somewhere for our kids to burn off energy during this rainy weekend. It was packed! We checked in around 5pm for a 120 minute jump. Unfortunately my kids were given the wrong colored bracelets so they were being kicked out of the dodgeball and rock climbing area within 20 minutes of getting there, but luckily the front desk was quick to remedy the situation. The kids had a blast in the different trampoline areas. My husband and I treated ourselves to a couple slices of pizza (food service employees were very friendly!) and played some arcade games. The air hockey table worried me because the puck didn't "stick" to the table and ended up flying everywhere around the crowded arcade space. Otherwise, great experience! read more

I came tonight with my family towards the end of the evening around 5ish. We haven't been in a long time and sadly will probably be the last. When we got to the rock climbing area, there was a young man working the area and seemed like a very nice man, was helping a little girl who got scared come back down. Unfortunately for us he switched with another employee ( I wanna say her name was Tyler? Tyla something like that) to say I was beside myself with how rude she was is keeping it polite. She was VERY aggressive with my child when putting on her harness. She didn't smile was very rude to her and was so aggressive with the harness the strap almost hit my kid in the eye. She did this to about 3 other kids until one parent finally asked her if she was okay and what her problem was because she was so clearly huffing and puffing about being at work. It took everything in me not to go off on this girl because she's clearly a teenager working but don't ever feel like it's ok to man handle a child in that way when they're there to play in your facility. Not a single smile, all of the kids were done after one climb because she clearly was not there to help or make it enjoyable. I am appalled! Something to add: my kid woke up with pink eye!! This horror show deserves a negative star review. Night jumping ( 8 pm) includes aggressive 6' + tall grown people. I had a 12 yr old injured by an adult doing flips. The attendants are all teenagers who cannot be expected to control large groups of ill behaved people who don't respect smaller children or any covid protocols. The place had zero organization, disgustingly dirty and was beyond chaotic. Your children are at serious risk here. I will not be back EVER and I had been twice when they were known as SkyHigh. It's the same set up with less staff, lower standards and downright dangerous. read more

We booked a party for 27 kids, and we show up they send us to party room one and we set everything out then all of a sudden a bunch of kids we don't know run in, and I'm super confused. Another parent is looking at us like weirdos. Go figure on the same day it's two Ryders birthdays. I was pretty upset at first cause all the kids where grabbing our goodie bags, but Aiden really helped a lot with the recovery process on everything. Future reference for party parents... Family had a horrible experience recently. The sad part is we were returning customers because we had such a great experience last year for one of our children's birthday. Fast forward to now, the new staff is rude and the owner isn't helpful and his de-escalation skills are non existent. You would think when you have people spending nearly $1000 in your business you'd at least want to address a few concerns. I see quite a few complaints about the attitude of the current staff so it's not just us feeling this way. Really fun place, but incredibly disorganized. We did my son's 5th birthday party here and I would not come back. Encore in Walnut Creek is better organized and doesn't cost much more. Things that went wrong while at Rockin Jump Concord was they lost our cupcakes for the birthday party, and they ran out of the juice we ordered for the party and substituted soda instead. Also, one of the kids climbed the rock-wall and was never strapped in. Luckily that kid wasn't in our party. I told the employees that there was a kid stuck at the top of the Rock wall unstrapped, and the response I was given was that they could hook a harness to me so I could climb up and get the kid. I am giving them three stars because it is a fun place. If they can find enough competent people to run the show I would reconsider going back. Until then I am headed to Encore. read more

I threw a birthday party here for my daughter. The customer service was terrible. It was complaining packed. Nobody was supervising the 6 and up jumper. Our party room was filthy. There was gum on our seats and water all over the floor and hot cheetos for my guests to potentially slip and fall especially my grandma and grandpa who are older and need assistance walking. The list goes on and on. But 0/10 i would not recommend or return. The labor board and health department need to be notified of this issue. read more
