Fun arcade! Very nice selection of games for all ages. I was very pleased with the amount of tickets the games gave up. We went for our sons third birthday and he had a blast. We won lots of tickets and prizes out of the games. My wife had to pry me away from the games towards the end because I was having too much fun. If you want to go ride go-karts or play arcades, this is the place! Great people running the place: friendly, helpful, polite - the perfect group. We paid for 3 rides and $10 in arcades for $25. Only rode the karts twice because the rides were so long. Great track. Some karts are faster than others, but name a place where they're all tuned the same way. Lots of arcades for kids to play with rewarding ticket to money ratio. Setup like a Dave and Busters where everything is tracked on a card for you. Clean facilities for the gaming area. The only downside I found was the place next door - a total tourist trap of junk piled upon junk. Save your time and don't go for ice cream because it's just plain awful. But this business is not a reflection of its neighbor. read more

Great arcade for the kids. Lots of cool "ticket winning" games and as another poster noted, the mirrored entrance is pretty cool. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The whole place operates on a credit card type arcade card. You load $$ on the card (very easy to do) and any tickets won automatically go onto the same card. No buckets of tokens to lug around and no wads of tickets to count. All the games seemed pretty new and the ticket rewards were all 3x what showed on the game. That added a little excitement to the games. And, when you went to redeem your points, your point total, points left, and items purchased displayed on a screen so it was very easy for kids to keep track of their "purchases". Overall, a well run arcade that made my kids very happy. read more

The staff here was wonderful! They wanted to ensure you had a good experience. When my nephew noticed that one of the games had an open door, exposing all the tickets, he notified an attendant. She gave him 500 tickets just for being honest!! My hats off to this arcade! We will be back. read more

Colossal waste of money!!! Lots of claw machines that will take your money. Watch before you play, they won't hold up anything. Prizes are slim and they cost more than you'll get in tickets. Expect to pay a lot for little to no return, especially if you have little ones who are eager to play games. read more

Me and my friend always hit this arcade up every night that were in pigeon forge my favorite part (kinda cheesy) is walking in through the disco doors it's a pretty cool way to let you know your walking into a hours on end fun time! They have replaced the tokens with a reloadable card which is easier to keep up with then a pocket full of coins check it out if your in the area read more

Rockin Raceway Arcade attempted to cheat us by not giving us 5000 tickets worth of candy because they were too lazy to count the candy! We were at first skeptical because we knew that we should have received 112 pieces of candy but things didn't seem to add up. After counting on our own, it turned out we only got 62 pieces. Until they can learn to count we won't be back. Visitors beware! read more

This arcade is fantastic and super family friendly! I bought a groupon for the go-karts and during our visit there were unexpected extreme temperatures and snow. The employees were very apologetic and comped us with 1 hour of unlimited video game play for each child and 2-$20 game play card per child as well. The place was clean, even the bathrooms. This has always been our families favorite arcade in Pigeon Forge. On our latest trip we discovered they switched to the card swipe way of paying for your games. Not a big deal but we are old school and liked the coins. We only discovered one game that we wanted to play that was out of order. The place smelled funny, can't quite figure out why or what it is but it was clean and orderly. There are a couple of benches for part of your group to sit back and just watch.
