I Bought 5 Groupons that was good for either 3 go karts or 3 VR sessions. I bought 5 for each person in my party. When we arrived around 3:40pm on a Monday afternoon. While at the counter, I was told that neither the VR or go carts were open which sucks really. This is a tourist town... Why only have that available on the weekend?? This wasn't listed as a stipulation or even mentioned on Groupon or their website. Not to mention that their website has the bare minimum as it gives their address, hours of operation, and phone number. It doesn't discuss their amenities. You can, however, buy play cards at a cheaper rate than in person. This was a disappointment. Inside looked like it would've been enjoyable. Playing for activities for 5 people can be costly. I thought this would be a nice fun thing for us (2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 teenager) but we were sadly unable to do so. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund as it had been less than 3 days since I purchased it.

Vibe is great! The arcade is clean and smells clean! The games are a lot newer! Lots of games! And at a LOW COST to play and you get MORE tickets than other arcades! Easy to win these games too! Maybe because I'm a little competitive. LOL! I've been to many arcades around Pigeon Forge but this one's the best I've seen. I had lots of fun with my husband! 100/10! Love it!

Groupon FTW! Even at full price, this place is a great deal, but their Groupon deal is phenomenal. They have go karts and they are in great working order. They have singles or two seaters if you have a kiddo in tow. They really speed along and the track is well maintained. Staff was fun but took safety very seriously. They check your safety harness and make sure everything is strapped down tight. The arcade is very nice. I didn't see any games that were out of order. Everything was clean and there was a great mix of games for big and little kids.

This was so fun! We all had a blast on the go kart track. Two adults and three kids (3,8 &13) all had huge smiles. The track is not a simple flat track like most others. The "towers" were a lot of fun and there's a fun hill at the top. I boring parts to this track at all! It also felt like a decent amount of time to drive. We went around the track multiple times. It's $7.50 for a single and $15 for a double. I do wish the double had a slight discount, like maybe $10 or $12 for the double. 2 of our kids did the water bumper boats and also loved those. They got soaked and were laughing a ton. You could do this without getting really wet, but I'd you're going with other kids, expect to be splashed a lot. There's also a big fountain that sprays Into the bumper boat areas, adding more chances for wetness. So funny to watch the kids drive into it! Would go back again- but would definitely go back if the prices were adjusted slightly.

This is one of many go-kart tracks in Pigeon Forge. We went to this one because they were offering a Groupon which was a good deal (included game cards for the arcade). There is rock music blaring over the PA system (hence the Rockin' name). The course itself isn't very exciting and is completely flat. They have 2-person karts if you have a little one who is not tall enough to drive (they have single karts too). The karts are underpowered so you can flat foot it the whole time and pull off some short power slides. Passing is nigh impossible because the course is too easy.

Guess who? Ha ha-ha HA ha! NOTE: do not use this photo outside Yelp without written permission.

Nice selection of games. Seemed pretty clean. You'd have to get a LOT of tickets to get any decent prizes.

Downtown Flavortown -- Pigeon Forge, TN…read more Great Concept, Horrible Execution I really wanted to love this place. I met Guy Fieri once at a food festival in Atlantic City, and let's just say he didn't leave me with the greatest personal impression. That being said, I'll always give credit where it's due. I take a Carnival cruise about once a year, and Guy's Burger Joint makes an absolutely phenomenal burger. So when I found out Downtown Flavortown was in Pigeon Forge, it immediately became one of the places I was most excited to visit on this trip. Deep down, I'm a big kid, and I LOVE a good adult arcade. We headed straight for the arcade, but before buying a game card, I wanted to see what kind of prizes they had. The games looked pretty good--mostly the same type of stuff you'd find at Dave & Buster's--but then we walked into the prize redemption room. That completely killed it for me. There was literally not one prize I wanted to win. Everything seemed geared toward little kids, and I think they're completely missing what makes an adult arcade work. At Dave & Buster's, I've won a really nice poker chip set in a metal briefcase and a crystal whiskey decanter set with matching whiskey glasses. These aren't generic prizes either. They're covered in Dave & Buster's logos and insignia. They WANT me taking that stuff home, displaying it, and showing it off to my friends. When somebody asks where I got it, I get to say, "I won it at Dave & Buster's." That's brilliant marketing because now another adult wants to go there and win something cool too. Same thing at Gateway 26 on the Wildwood Boardwalk. I've won signed NFL helmets and other legitimate collectibles there. Those are prizes that make a grown adult look at the ticket requirement and think, "I want that. Let's play." At Flavortown? Nothing. We were standing inside this massive adult entertainment complex looking for one cool prize that would make us want to drop $50 or $100 playing games, and there wasn't one. So we didn't even buy a game card. They literally lost our arcade business because there was nothing worth winning. And that's crazy because the possibilities with the Flavortown brand are endless. Give adults Flavortown poker sets, branded barware, automotive memorabilia, quality glassware, signed sports merchandise--something cool enough that I'll put it in my house and tell my friends, "I won this at Flavortown." Feeling disappointed, we headed over to the tiki bar, which I will admit is a really cool setup. Since I can get a beer anywhere and it was Sunday morning, I ordered their BBQ Bloody Mary. Now, if you're going to call something a BBQ Bloody Mary at a Guy Fieri restaurant, I'm expecting you to go completely over the top. Give me a rib hanging out of it. Brisket. A thick piece of bacon. Something! Instead, I got a Bloody Mary garnished with vegetables. It tasted fine, but come on. Don't advertise a BBQ Bloody Mary if the garnish looks like it came from a salad bar. There was one big bright spot: the pretzels were phenomenal. Bacon-wrapped pretzels sitting in a skillet of cheese sauce, and they were easily the highlight of our visit. I would absolutely order those again. That's what makes Downtown Flavortown so frustrating. The building is impressive, the concept is fantastic, the tiki bar looks great, and there's enormous potential here. But a place bearing Guy Fieri's name should be anything but boring. It should be excessive, ridiculous, memorable and completely over the top. Instead, I left thinking the best way to describe Downtown Flavortown is: Great concept. Horrible execution.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

You say to your disappointed children. "We have to go! They are making us leave. No, we can't stay longer because otherwise, we'd be breaking the rules." And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
