Celebrated my friend birthday party with Driver Kenny. This was so much fun. We went to 3 wineries. First stop Lorimar where we did a tasting and had a charcuterie board with meant n cheese n crackers. Second stop Maurice Char'rie vineyard where we had lunch and more tastings, they had a mango Chamoy type drink here absolutely loved. Third stop Calloway. Recently went on a tour for my sisters bachelorette party (10/13/24) and WOW what a kick ass us wild group of girls had! The bus was clean and comfortable, champagne was amazing and our driver Eddie was TOP NOTCH! He made us feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable. Also very informative of the wineries he took us too. Even when we started getting a little too rowdy, he still treated us with respect, no judgment, helped us all off the bus, and kept light, fun, conversations throughout the tour. There is no wine tour in existence that could have done a better job than Rockin' Wine Tours did for my wife's birthday. From start to finish they were responsive, professional, informative, and courteous. Their rates were reasonable, and the wineries on the tour were fantastic. Our driver James is what really made our trip so special though. I don't know what their process is for hiring their drivers, but every company should use a similar format. The tour was absolutely amazing and such a good deal for all that is included with the price (decorated party bus, pick up/drop off transportation, wine tastings, and charcuterie board). They arrived on time and they decorated the party bus so beautifully for the bride. Eddie was our tour guide and he was so personable, friendly, and very accommodating as he switched out the bus between stops for us because the air conditioning was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable of the wineries that we visited and made sure to take a lot of group photos for us. We have memories that will last a lifetime! We went on the sunset wine tour to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was AMAZING! The vehicle was comfortable and spacious, the wineries were amazing, and our tour guide/driver, James, was incredible. Matron of Honor here. Take my job seriously. Spent hours researching companies for my sisters bachelorette wine tour. The 5 star reviews of this company are SPOT ON. Our driver Van was so wonderful. He really took excellent care of our group of 11 women. He was kind and thoughtful and checked in with my sister, the Bride, often. He really wanted to make sure she was having a good time. I can't say enough about this man. Our bus was clean and beautifully decorated. Each of us received a necklace and champagne glass. We were served champagne on the drive over to the first winery. We connected our music playlist to the speakers and toasted and danced all the way to winery 1. The first winery we had a tabletop reserved for us as well as our cheese, cracker and salami board. We received tasking cards for 6 tastings. gorgeous views and excellent wine, along with Van's kind care, made this first stop perfect. Loaded back on the bus after about an hour and Van reminded us to drink water, which he provided. Stop 2, lunch set up for our arrival, wine tasting done at the table. We had our own rep from the winery who explained the story behind the wine and offered us our pours of white or red. We were seated at lovely tables in the wine club member area. Private and lovely. After an hour we set back to the bus. Again reminded to drink water. Danced and buzzzzzed to the next and final winery. Music, live band, wine tasting, and dancing greeted us at the third spot. We stayed an hour and headed back to the bus. More water....more dancing in the bus. We completed the tour and were dropped back at our hotel. Happy, joyful, laughing, buzzed, and grateful. Kenny!!!! Kenny do it? YES HE CAN!!!! Our tour guide Kenny was the best, hands down was the best. Gave us laughs, and drove us to our 3 winery sites safely. He was with us the whole way, sharing our experiences during our friends 30th bday. The tour itself was bomb. We visited 3 places, the only one i can remember atm is the first one, Calloway. The other 2 were great too but i forgot the names! The 2nd place they fed us while filling our glasses as we ate. The 3rd place had a live band outdoors, and instead of a "tasting" we had a choice of a full glass. Then we just kicked it outside enjoying the band. Paying was quick and easy; we just paid kenny at the end of the trip. We each paid for ourselves directly to him, no need to hassle about splitting the bill and whatnot. Would definitely recommend to ANYONE interested in wine tours, and to definitely ask for kenny if he's available. read more
