You know the aisle. You know the feeling of opening those little drawers. That's Ace. You're not getting that feeling from anywhere else. However that trip came and went. Next I was on the search for some button style batteries. I was not surprised when Ace came though, again. I was especially pleasantly surprised when they had a cheat sheet of some battery sizes and what numbers to look for on the name brand packaging as some of the numbers had to be referenced against the numbers on the battery. Ace made it easy, again. They come though time and time again. Next time you're looking for a screw or battery, there's only one stop, Ace Hardware.

They offer curbside pickup, delivery, in-store pick up and you can even shop off the app. Social distancing is practiced here and masks are required to enter. For my most recent visit, my husband and I stopped in here to get some wood stain for a desk. We actually didn't know which stain color we wanted yet or brand and as we were peeking around someone came over to help us. They walked us to all the different brands and explained a few differences. The gentleman helping us have us some suggestions on the best way to apply to stain, prepping and drying tips. They were helpful! We ended up buying Minwax Wood Finish Semi-Transparent Dark Walnut Oil-Based Stain, 1 qt. for $9! We were appreciative of the associate's help and the stain worked out perfect for what we needed. Overall, this is a great handy store and the associates here are friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of topics/ different projects you may be working on. Keep it up!

The restrooms were a bit strange because none of the bathroom stalls closed you have to pick up the door to lock it. plenty of parking in the parking lot and there's easy access to the street as plenty of parking in the parking lot and there's easy access to Weber Road as well. I ordered a stove, and while the installers delivered it, they failed to properly level the grates -- making the stove completely unusable. I can't place a single pot or pan on it without it tipping. I called immediately to have this corrected and was scheduled for follow-up service not once, but twice -- and both times were no-shows with zero communication. Today, after yet another call, I was told the visits were cancelled because the installers "aren't service techs" and "aren't responsible" for making sure the appliance actually works. This level of disregard for a paying customer is appalling. I am shocked by how little accountability or concern Home Depot has shown. If this is the standard of service, I will never purchase a major appliance from them again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
