I think I just found my new cleaners for 2026. I came across this location when in the area and noticed the warmth of the location and its open doors, as I passed on a cold day. I had a couple dress shirts and a pair of pleated Dries pants I needed dry cleaned. So, I decided to give them a try. I was welcomed upon entry, and a lady quickly asked me for my number, like she had always known me. I said, "I am not in your system". She said, "that's okay, I can add you". I provided my name, number and email. Then I gave her my two shirts and pair of pants and asked for the items to be ready by Monday, having brought them in on a Friday. She quickly said, "I'll put a rush on them, so they are ready on Saturday, but you can pick them up on Monday, no problem." It was so easy. She said, "we'll see you on Monday, sweetheart, thank you for coming in to see us." As I left, I got a text message tracking my order that I just dropped off and an email. In the text, I had a link to track progress of my order and the email gave me the option to add a credit card on file for future cleanings. On Saturday, like clockwork, I got a text notifying me of my order being completed- yes, in less than 24hrs after drop off. I did mention that I needed the garments cleaned for a funeral, which could have prompted the rush order. The two shirts and on pant came out just under $20. Pick up was super easy and very quick. I kept my pick-up tag and with one scan it was done. I am hoping to go back to try their alterations services. Great service, value and speed. They also have excellent hours, and are open 6 days a week, closed on Sundays. Try them out, if you need something dry cleaned. My pieces were perfect when I got them back. read more

I was waiting to do this review. But it's been over almost 2 months since I've taken my clothes here. They did a good job, one of the buttons were broken, which is ok because I know stuff happens. We could thread tht on our own, but the issue I have is with money. I was supposed to get a welcome discount. I paid full price for the items and has the receipt it shows I paid 45.33, I paid with a hundred dollar bill, I got my dollars back but not the change which said would be credited to my account, ok, fine it was only like 67cents. When I went to go check my invoice it said I paid less than what I did in the store. I also paid full price for two other shirts that didn't get the discount. I ended up paying 54.65 in that range. My items wasn't fully discounted and it showed I paid a lesser amount so my change should have been a higher amount but I'm missing about $20 in change. I called and emailed and texted. I've sent three emails and called about 10 times since then. They did a cool job just the discrepancy in money. And they didn't even credit my account the 67 cents. I would've loved to keep going here but that alone made it not worth it. It's hard to get up there since my hours don't match with theirs. read more

Were able to do overnight cleaning on a few items with a Friday dropoff. Any other places I called don't operate the machines on Saturdays so next day only works on weekdays. My husband and I regularly take clothes to be cleaned and the quality of the cleaning is excellent. Moreover, the charming woman at the counter will speak Spanish to me when I speak to her in Spanish which is my family's heritage. I have taken many things to be sewn or altered and I am totally impressed with the work of the seamstress Angela who is very kind and very skilled. I needed to find a new dry cleaning place, so I decided to check this place out with my significant other. This place consists of both dry cleaning and alterations, which is convenient. We have brought a 2-piece suit (jacket and pants) and a white dress shirt to be dry cleaned multiple times, two dresses for dry cleaning once, and two sweaters with moth holes that needed mending. One of the things I especially like about this place is the ability to have your dry cleaning stored in reusable garment bags rather than single-use clear plastic bags. That, plus the great quality work, will make this my new go-to place in the future. Eco Notes - You can request that they dry clean your clothes in a reusable garment bag instead of a clear plastic bag. I dry clean my luxury clothes and when they returned them today, I identified these damages to the buttons (see pics) shortly after I picked them up. I understand accidents happen, so I was not mad, but just annoyed. I simply wanted a refund. When I called, the lady clerk asked me to arrive so the person "in the back" can inspect it. When I arrived she inspected and stated they can fix the buttons. She didn't ask whether or not I wanted to do. Yes, maybe fixing the buttons for regular clothes is fine, but in this case, I didn't want them to fix or touch my clothes further. I stopped her and asked her for a refund nicely. She responded, "I am not sure if we could do this" and asked the owner to speak with me. They gave pushback and finally gave me my refund. Notably, the lady (wears glasses, old, maybe in her late 50s) was rude and provided poor customer service. This is customer service 101. If one accidentally messes up, then simply ask the customer how he or she wants to proceed. She didn't do this and was very defensive. No apology from the owner or her either. I wouldn't have given a 1 star review, but given the poor customer service in addition to quality of work, I decided to give 1 star. If you are particular about your luxury clothes, then I would be weary of going to this place. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. They will ruin it! I can attest to the other reviews that warn customers against bringing their luxury articles of clothing to this cleaner. I brought my wide leg brunello cucinelli cashmere pants and they came back as peddle pushers, completely cropped and shrunken. I called the cleaners and told them what happened and the front lady was polite and proactive. She took the pants back and told me the owner would fix the problem. When the pants came back, it was clear that they had attempted to stretch out the pants, but they had put the pants backwards on the mannequin and they had stretched out the front. The pants fit like they had two butts, and the front sagged terribly. Also, bc of the high heat aggressively applied to the pants, the delicate cashmere fibers were completely ruined. I reached out to the lady and sent her pictures of the pants, and asked to speak to the owner. She then accused me of washing my pants or asking if I had skied in the pants, got them wet and shrunk them myself because I had sent in my ski suit to be laundered at the same time. (?!) It's been almost a week and the owner has dodged my requests for compensation, because he is in a meeting, or away from the cleaners, or on vacation or in space etc. I regularly take my delicate items to the cleaners and I have never encountered issues with quality control or customer service. We try to support local businesses but we will not be coming back to this establishment. I recommend you don't as well. read more

I usually do my own mending but the two specific things I needed (a new zipper in wax coated jeans and a new button in another pair) are time consuming and I don't have the proper machine for waxed jeans. Add to that the hassle of gathering supplies and finding time makes this well worth the cost (which is very reasonable)! I was recommended here by a collegue and I am so pleased with their work! You can't even tell any repair work was done, they both look like they came that way! The service was also very polite and efficient and the speed of the work was good. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to try to get some pants hemmed. I couldn't find any safety pins at home, so I hoped that I would be able to try on the pants there and pin them to my desired length. The person working there told me that "the lady" who does alterations is only there Monday through Friday from 1 through 5. I asked if I could just drop off the pants, and she said that I could only do it if I had already pinned the pants at home. I asked her if I could try the pants on in the store and pin them there. There was a space just to my left with a curtain that was clearly a changing area, and a box of safety pins right on the counter in my view. She said "I'm not allowed to". Like many people, I have a job, and I work on weekdays. If I go to a business that advertises its opening hours as including Saturdays, I expect that all the services they offer will be available on Saturdays. It's like going to the grocery store on a Saturday and being told, "We only sell cheese on Mondays. No, I'm not allowed to sell you any." I don't understand why I couldn't have just tried on the pants in the store and pinned them myself; I wasn't asking for any help fitting the pants. They charge $18 per pair, so they lost $108 because they didn't want to let me borrow 12 safety pins. read more

Friendly, prompt, and effective! I dropped off some dry-clean only sweaters (cashmere, wool) that I have never washed...they all came back clean, neatly folded, super soft, and in perfect condition. I was anxious about dry cleaning them because they are really nice, irreplaceable sweaters, but it was a great experience! And maybe I'll be inclined to clean them more often in the future. I found street parking right in front, which should be pretty easy if it's not a busy time. UPDATE: I brought back one sweater to see if they could try again to get out a stain. The stain has been set for many months so I knew it was unlikely, but I was willing to pay for them to try again. Terrible customer service. Dropped off my wedding dress and groom's suit for cleaning a week ago. They were unable to give a quote at the time of dropoff but gave a wide price range; they said they would contact me within an hour to confirm the exact price. I did not hear back, tried texting and calling the next day with no response from them. Today I went to pick up and was shocked to see that they charged me 33% more than the high end of the range quoted. When I told the woman at pickup about the lack of communication and supposed high end of the range, she just told me it wasn't her problem and then was rude when I asked for a receipt. I love this dry cleaners! I used to live nearby but now she's a bit far from where I live, so I'd save my dry cleaning that I don't need immediately that are expensive and requires attention. She is a bit pricey but she's very detailed and catches buttons that are off, or fixes holes and stains that I didn't even know were there! She's super friendly. I go to a local dry cleaners near where I live for all my other stuff, but they're not as good - they don't fix holes or buttons unless I tell them there's a hole or button missing, and if I forget to tell them then it doesn't get fixed until next time. read more
