After pulling my car into the bay, Rob noticed a couple noises and offered to check them out at no extra charge. That extra attention uncovered several issues I never would have known to ask about. Since he knew I was preparing for a long road trip, he took the time to clearly explain what actually needed immediate attention for safety and what could realistically wait until I got home and have my brother, who is a mechanic, take a look. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or scared into unnecessary repairs.
