We have never had a CA Vendor try to charge us after a few days, the law even says right to cancel for 7 days. We would have been happy to pay for an inspection, but $1100 to cancel a job is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND We will not use them for any projects since this is how they want to run their business.

They did extensive…read moredrainage work for us in 2014: lowering back garden soil level 4 inches, digging and installing several french drains and installing a sump pump. We've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. Nato and crew also helped install our beautiful pergola. The back garden is now more than a garden, it's an outdoor living space for entertaining family and friends. In 2017 and 2020, Nato's crew repaired and stained our back garden fence, resurfaced the decomposed granite paths, installed a new mail box, replaced a garden gate and built a wood shelter for our recology bins. 2023 Nato and crew replaced our gas grill line with a fabulous flexible hose that should last forever. Most recently, 2025, Nato and crew replaced and stained most of our back garden fencing and replaced a wooden post providing structural support for our front porch roof. I needed all the overgrowth cleared out, wanted to replace the patch of lawn with pavers, and add 4 sturdy posts for hanging hammocks. I didn't want to commit to building a full blown shade structure, and I'm still considering options for my perimeter flower beds. Juan was very accommodating and suggested a phased approach, which worked out great. I'll be able to use my yard now, while I ponder how far I want to go in the future. Importantly, his crew busted out the whole job in 3 and a half days! Other quotes I got indicated it would be at least a week, maybe longer. I have an in-person role at work so time off was limited and the speed he offered was key. They crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and cleaned up each night. Juan personally came by multiple times each day to check progress and insure the job was moving well.
