I don't even know where to begin. So I'll just start from the beginning…read more What I thought was going to be a partial deck repair turned into a full reconstruction. And look -- that could have gone sideways real fast. Like, real fast. It didn't. Thank God. Here's the thing about this crew -- and I mean every single person who showed up -- they were just genuinely friendly. Not "we want your money" friendly. Actually friendly. The kind where you don't mind them being at your house for weeks. And on top of being friendly, they actually knew what they were talking about. I asked a lot of questions. Probably too many. Nobody fumbled. Nobody gave me the blank stare. Nobody redirected me to someone else. Just straight, confident answers from people who clearly know their craft. That goes for the construction crew, the painters, and the membrane repair team. All of them. Damn consistent across the board. Now -- I'll be real with you. Their quote came in a little higher than some of the other estimates we were getting. And yeah, I side-eyed it a little at first. But here's the thing -- the other quotes were coming from general contractors. And with something like this, I didn't want a generalist. I wanted a team that actually specializes in this kind of work. And that's exactly what I got. So honestly, the higher quote made complete sense once I thought about it. You're not paying more for the same thing -- you're paying for people who actually know what the hell they're doing at a deeper level than your average contractor. And as the project grew from a partial repair into a full deck reconstruction -- which, by the way, nobody saw coming -- the cost didn't blow up the way you'd expect it to. It stayed fair. It stayed honest. Nobody tried to squeeze extra money out of a situation that was growing by the week. When you zoom out and look at the whole picture, it's a no-brainer. You get what you pay for. And I couldn't be happier. Sammy and John were on it the whole time. Responsive, communicative, never left me hanging. And even after the project wrapped up and I came back with follow-up questions -- because I definitely did -- they were still right there. Patient, thorough, zero attitude. I had a lot of anxiety going into something this big, and somehow between Sammy's leadership and John keeping everything moving in the right direction, that anxiety just kind of... dissolved. Which, if you know me, is not easy to do. These guys just get it. Oh, and they cleaned up after themselves. Every single damn day. No nails. No debris. No "that's not my problem" energy. They treated my home like it was their own. Like, genuinely. I didn't have to ask once. Special shoutout to Sammy for always being reachable, to John for keeping the whole operation from going off the rails, and to Fernando, Armando, and Salvadore for their hard work and dedication on the ground -- these guys showed up every day and just handled their business. And honestly, the entire construction crew, the painters, and the membrane repair team deserve a shoutout too. Every single one of them showed up like it mattered. Because it did. These are good people doing great work and it shows. Most importantly -- I finally feel safe enjoying the outside of my home again. And honestly? That's everything.

Very happy with all the work they did in the back of the house so we hired them to do additional work to the front of our house and replaced all wood with PVC product and all handrails and banisters with metal. They look absolutely gorgeous. I found their communication software very user friendly. Payment process was disclaimed at front based on milestones. Of course there's always glitches in the process and it wouldn't be fair to leave a review without mentioning them. 1- working to get architecture and engineering completed took a few months. 2- a significant surprising unsightly design change was not disclosed. There were additional costs to cover it up. 3- designer renderings showed all wood posts and joist in black paint but this was not included in the original cost, this was another significant cost increase. 4- all decks were to have lights on all railings, that was on the original contract. However, we were told later that the cost of an electrician was not included in our contract. This was yet another cost surprise. Overall, I am very pleased with everything as they addressed every single item that needed to be addressed and it looks beautiful. I will definitely hire them again, but just make sure to ask all posible questions no matter how silly to ensure that everything is included in that upfront quote and there are no surprises.

I called and also submitted a request through their website, and someone quickly followed up to schedule an estimate. Stephen arrived right on time -- actually a little earlier than the scheduled window -- and the quoting process was straightforward. I received the estimate later that same day, and their pricing was very fair and significantly better than several other quotes I had received. I approved everything online, and shortly afterward they called to schedule the work within the next couple of weeks. What impressed me just as much as the pricing was their communication and attention to detail. We had literally finished painting the exterior of our house only 4 days before the fence work, so I reached out ahead of time and asked them to take extra care around the freshly painted stucco. They responded immediately, noted it on the job, and when the crew arrived, they already knew about my concern. That kind of communication between the office and field crew gave me a lot of confidence! The crew replaced 3 gates, repaired the top of another gate, and repaired a section of fencing, all in about 4 hours. The difference is incredible. The new gates feel heavy, sturdy, and very well built, and the hinges and latches are a huge upgrade from what we had before. One detail especially impressed me: they even adjusted the bottom of our front gate -- something that wasn't part of the original scope -- to give it better clearance from the ground. Now the gate opens much wider and makes it so much easier for us to move our recycling bins in and out. It was a small detail, but exactly the kind of thing that shows they weren't just checking boxes on a work order. They paid attention to how we actually use the gate and made it better. And yes -- my freshly painted wall came through completely intact. No scratches, chips, or damage whatsoever. From the initial estimate to scheduling, communication, workmanship, and those thoughtful finishing touches, I had a great experience with Marsh Fence & Deck. But again this is no fault of Ben, Ben did an amazing job on my wheels I even had some curb rash damage and it seems like he went above and beyond to correct it because I can't feel the damage anymore on the wheel not sure if he uses some sort of filler before coating but man the wheels look AMAZING!!! However, when I was a kid, my dad would take me with him to the hardware store, and I would get a lollypop while he and whomever from behind the counter would wander around looking for an eyebolt or the right shade of caulk. Giulio- who I assume is the owner, is easily 10 years older than my mom, who lives in the assisted living up the street. My mom can't be bothered to go to the chair yoga we're paying for, but Giulio went to work. He's not totally mobile, but he knows his s#!t. Whenever I come in, he or whoever else is behind the counter is happy to chat through my issue and suggest something. It's not a Home Depot- so they may not have what you're looking for every time- but they have a lot of things, and it makes me happy to know my money is staying local. Also, side story: One day during the summer, it's like 90, and I am behind a contractor who's getting a bunch of stuff - lumber, rocks...I don't know- but he's paying for it, and he grabs some water bottles for him and his crew and puts them on the counter. Giulio totals him up and says a number; the guy says, "Oh, don't forget these waters". Giulio says, "The town where I come from in Italy has the best water in the world, and it flows right off the mountain. If my father knew I was charging people for water, he'd come back from the dead and strike me down. Those are free." C'mon. How can you not go here first?

The entire glass fence along our backyard collapsed during the last wind storm and the whole wooden retaining wall underneath the glass panes peeled off spectacularly. Eventually, we awarded the restoration job to Crystal Spring Landscape. Throughout the project, we were impressed by Nato's knowledge, practical recommendation and the customers service manner who was also extremely responsive and communicative. The crew was always on time, courteous, hardworking, and appeared to be enjoying their work. We now have a much stronger retaining wall with a French drain behind it, and the beautiful glass fence again. We are happy with Crystal Spring Landscape's performance and deliverables and will hire them back again with no hesitation. read more

During the work, to allow for improved fence construction, a large tree branch needed to be removed. Being a landscaper as well, Nato was able to address this without causing delay to the project. Nato was also able to update a small side fence to align with the look of the back fence and build a sturdier gate. The end result is amazing and we couldn't be happier! Not to mention Juan is just a really nice guy and was open to the small changes we had to make as we were doing installation. In total it took three weeks to complete the entire project. His crew was great and Juan also works with them, he doesn't just only project manage. He was here all day nearly every day with the crew. It's a small company but they do great work, pay attention to detail like grading, and clean up after themselves every day. They did such a good job, after he finished we asked him to help redo a fence later as well and also continue to come biweekly to maintain the yard.

They took the designs that my architect and I created and executed it perfectly. Carlos' team was always on time, friendly, and always gave me a heads up on critical designs that needed to be made. They also had great suggestions to improve the design and durability of the install.

His team helped me assemble the pergola I purchased and put in the footings, and they were able to accommodate my requests on low voltage lighting and hexagon deco tiles. Eric himself was professional, incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. It's clear he cares about the quality of the work, and he's not there to just "do a job" that you paid him to do. He'll make sure to ask questions and clarify things if he's unsure, and he'll look out for things that you won't have thought of, or suggest improvements. All of this was also done at a very fair price, and it was clear the team were doing things properly from getting a level foundation, laying down base rock, and cutting and laying pavers. Once we decided, Eric and his team got us scheduled in and he kept in touch with updates for me the whole time. He was always available if my parents had questions or wanted to tweak anything. Mid-project, my parents decided to change the color of the pavers (definitely a big ask), but Eric was really accommodating and made it happen before the rain started. I know it caused some inconvenience and even delayed another project, but he was understanding and didn't make it feel like an issue at all for them. My parents have been really happy with their yard and everything has held up great. I've even reached out for an estimate for my own yard this time! Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend Paverscaping.
