When the diamond was finally paid off and set, the jeweler moved the CZ into a simple white-gold pendant I wore every day for more than 20 years -- a small but meaningful reminder of our commitment to start our marriage debt-free. After decades of wear, the clasp broke, and I lost the necklace before I could repair it. I searched for months before accepting it was gone. We came to Goldworks hoping to recreate it, and they exceeded every expectation. Still intimidated I venture maybe once , twice a year for I think 4 years to see if they still have them. They do and I did try some designs with them. Yet not feeling it. Fast forward to this year, a Wonderful Valentine's Day . We purchased the stones. They are very sentimental to me as I chose to use my wedding ring to create a "mothers ring" Using these stones as they are mine and my daughter birthstone. We added my other daughter's birthstone which-is a peridot. So have to give the store feedback- this purchase was so important to me- yet the process was very disappointing- the stones were put into two plastic bags and then put into a small green bag. The receipt was folded up and put into that bag . Really? We did discuss how to add the stones to my ring and she brought out a big catalog of jewelry supplies- not custom or sentimental about how important it is to create a dream ring that killed the deal for them to design a ring for me- However I am very appreciative that they helped me authenticate family stones that I had . I own a $610 SEIKO radio sync solar world choreograph watch that is out of warranty. I received a quote about 5 to 7 days later it would cost just under $300 to repair the watch. I elected to have the Watch sent back to me and I took it to King Brothers this morning. About mid afternoon I received a call that the watch was ready and the repair charge was $5!! I asked them to repeat the amount to confirm what I thought I had heard. Felix and his apprentice are the absolute best!! They are very fair, very honest and are truly professionals craftsmen in their field. We have jewelry that needs repaired, also. GREAT SERVICE!!

I was finally contacted for pickup and they handed me the ring and found they had coated the rings multiple stones with some kind of poly substance that totally distorted the appearance of the gems. Went back an hour later to ask what they had done to my ring and was told that it was there to protect the stones. I asked to have it removed and they complied. The whole epoxy to protect the stone was a scam to attempt to cover up the fact that the opal they replaced has a noticeable chunk missing from its face. I won't even go back there to wage my complain, no telling what I might get back in another month. If you care about your stuff, take it somewhere else.
