Still intimidated I venture maybe once , twice a year for I think 4 years to see if they still have them. They do and I did try some designs with them. Yet not feeling it. Fast forward to this year, a Wonderful Valentine's Day . We purchased the stones. They are very sentimental to me as I chose to use my wedding ring to create a "mothers ring" Using these stones as they are mine and my daughter birthstone. We added my other daughter's birthstone which-is a peridot. So have to give the store feedback- this purchase was so important to me- yet the process was very disappointing- the stones were put into two plastic bags and then put into a small green bag. The receipt was folded up and put into that bag . Really? We did discuss how to add the stones to my ring and she brought out a big catalog of jewelry supplies- not custom or sentimental about how important it is to create a dream ring that killed the deal for them to design a ring for me- However I am very appreciative that they helped me authenticate family stones that I had . That was very nice of them.

I own a $610 SEIKO radio sync solar world choreograph watch that is out of warranty. I received a quote about 5 to 7 days later it would cost just under $300 to repair the watch. I elected to have the Watch sent back to me and I took it to King Brothers this morning. About mid afternoon I received a call that the watch was ready and the repair charge was $5!! I asked them to repeat the amount to confirm what I thought I had heard. Felix and his apprentice are the absolute best!! They are very fair, very honest and are truly professionals craftsmen in their field. We have jewelry that needs repaired, also. GREAT SERVICE!!

I didn't see the difference until I took them out of the jewelry pouch I put them in when I picked them up. When I went back to the store I was told that they only put one pair of earrings in at a time. So why did I get two different earrings back?
