Always trust Yelp reviews... first off, the reviews are right that customer service here is terrible. It was like talking to a robot with attitude. No personality. Second- the pricing here is ALL an upset. You can only get two flavors if you get TWO five piece. So basically only one flavor per meal. You can't get a ten piece with two flavors. I hardly ever do bad reviews but after my experience here I have to. This rating is for the service. I love the food but the idiot that works there is the biggest ignorant. He is the owner or the father of the owner (has a goatee). It makes me mad when you see people don't appreciate your business. Came in during lunch today and from the beginning it was just a low energy poor attitude type of service... We got 4 separate meals to go, we waited a good 20 minutes for the food and politely asked for extra fry source and ranch because we had 4 meals... The front desk girl must of had a bad day because I asked for ranch and fry sauce, she snapped and said "it will be 70 cents each one." This is a ridiculous type of service and now they have lost my business and any future business. I HIGHLY recommend you eat out of the dumpster across the street... I think they're wings are friggin' delicious. There are two reasons I'm giving them three stars; they are WAY too expensive, and they're boneless wings are a joke. I went there with my wife and got some wings, mine were great, my wife's boneless teriyaki wings were pretty gross. It was a giant chicken tender(a full filet I guess) swimming in a solid half inch of runny teriyaki sauce. What a shame. These wings are the best! We come here every Friday to get our weekly dose of delicious wings. I order the lunch special, mild - dry. I don't like the pools of sauce in the bottom of tray and they have the perfect amount of flavor! You can also add cheese to your tots or fries and that is completely delightful! read more

The man I assume to be the owner was pretty rude and inattentive when we ordered, and then didn't get our order correct, which happens every now and then but this felt like he didn't care to listen when we ordered. But I don't go as frequently as I use to or would like to because it is too expensive for such simple cuisine. Their tots and fry sauce are really good! Unfortunately that's as good as my review will get. I got a takeout order for work. I work on my computer so I got the boneless wings to avoid a mess, but they were salty...really salty. I don't know if it was the chicken breast (which on its own the chicken was good) or the sauce they baked it in, but it was overwhelmingly salty. I tried dipping it heavily in ranch but it was just too much. I didn't finish it. Their bone in wings may be 1000x better, but at this point it was the first and last time I go here. read more

This was my first time and it was some great food. I called in my order of Hot Parmesan and tater tots. I was told to order them extra crispy, but I forgot to do that. Nonetheless the sauce and crispy combo was much better than your average places like Buffalo Wild Wings. I will say it was annoying to wait in like for 10 minutes for a pickup order (I was the 3rd person in line). I ordered them at 11:15 and showed up at 11:35. There were 4-5 people behind the counter between cooks, runners but there was only one register. If I did it again, I would wait in line and call my wings in while I was in the store. Then I could know they would be fresh and hot by the time I got to the register. I'm not going to rate it some 2 or 3 star because of that, but it is something to consider to make it a better experience for the customer. I probably wouldn't take a group of friends or co-workers there simply because if the line is long - you are probably waiting 20-30 minutes. Ain't nobody got time for that. read more

Their tots are good. I got some boneless wings with buffalo sauce - they had a good flavor but were skinny and kind of tough and their was a weird pasty texture to the breading + sauce? I was so glad when this place opened, I mentioned it to anyone with a hint of interest because I wanted it to succeed. I've been back East a lot and these are the only wings in Utah that recreate the experience. Genuinely enjoyable. This is where I take my family for special occasions--like my birthday! My flavor is medium hot, but the rest of the family goes for the pineapple bbq or the teriyaki. If you ask, they let you split the flavors into two baskets. I am very much a regular, I eat there at least a couple of times a month if not weekly (and sometimes almost daily). I LOVE good wings/chicken fingers and the flavors they have are the best around. The food is awesome, so why only 3 stars? One horrible employee. Three of the four that I normally deal with are awesome (the man, younger guy with red hair and the blonde lady - who is super super nice). However, the dark haired girl who is normally working the register during lunch is awful to deal with. Today I forgot to say that I wanted it to go, she acted put out by it and then I swear she shorted me boneless wings because of it. I got to my office to eat and there were only 4 when I ordered a large. Normally there are about 6. She seriously ruins the experience often enough that I am done going there for now. I should mention, she seems to dislike girls and seems to be fine with guys. Normally I'm either the only girl there or one of a very few so the owners probably don't realize how rude she is to their female customers. I have sent my receptionist to get wings for me a couple of times and she has had the same horrible experience with the dark haired girl. read more

I liked the wings and if I'm ever craving some again and happen to be nearby then I think I would stop in, but I don't think I would go out of my way for these. The main deterrent for me with wings in the area is they usually cost more than what I'm used to paying for them. Coming from Central NY (and having family in Buffalo) its not easy for me to pay $1 or more per wing. I'm used to paying a maximum of $.50/wing. That note aside, I enjoyed the wings, but I might just have to get my wing fix every time I go back east. read more

Though the reviews posted here all says this is the place for wings, I found it it's just ok (at least for the wings I ordered). I got the hot garlic pepper ones (with bones), I didn't find it as awesome as the others described. Maybe because of the reviews here, I had higher expectation. Oddly, I find myself rather happy going to buffalo wild wings than here. I love the garlic Parmesan at Buffalo Wild Wings and they got many TVs playing different sports compare to the one and only tv here. however, all I ordered was the 5 pieces of hot garlic pepper wings, so I can imagine other things on the menu maybe phenomenal. On the plus side, the wings here is more meaty than Buffalo Wild Wings! read more
