Nonetheless, it was a fun time and a good short trip to let the kids get out in the ATV. It is still VERY new so go understanding there aren't restrooms and food vendors, it is strictly a place to ride. The owner, James, was out there when we went and took us out to show us where to ride. You'll need to sign a release when you get there so there'll be a short pause when you arrive. Ultimately, we are very thankful for the option to ride out here. We plan to return often.

They sent me a go kart that was stuck in reverse. They eventually offered to refund the $250…read moreassembly fee or to let me return the go kart for a 75% refund (in order to cover the shipping cost to return it). Their customer support personnel did try to address my concerns, although they were hard to contact sometimes, and did all they could to satisfy me within the limits of their company policy. A mechanic told me that fixing the go kart's gear shift would take about 20 minutes, but that it was fixable. The go kart was very nice, except for the gear shift stuck in reverse. My advice is that if you by a go kart from these folks, do not pay to have it pre-assembled. Just have the ship it and then pay a local small-engine mechanic to assembly it for you.

When initially booking, submitted a form to the website and never got a response until calling. When trying to cancel and see if the credit could be applied to another time, called multiple times without response and then received an e-mail finally saying that our stay was cancelled and the 50% deposit would not be refunded. Then, asked if we could apply to another day, and received another terse email back. So- don't book here if you're looking for flexibility and responsiveness. I'm disappointed that a place that bills itself as small and friendly was so terse and uncooperative. But I'm sure the stay itself could have been nice.

A plus for the ambience. We did clay moving shooting and archery . They were good . Got to see lots of longhorns cows and other cows along with lamas. Didn't have time for other activities but they have more couple. Resturant is not available through out the day , I think that is only drawback I found . But few mins away their are eating places , R&K cafe was good and nearby .
