I hired Eliane's for a move-in cleaning and had a mixed experience. Due to all the 5-star reviews, I only did a very brief walkthrough after the cleaning, but I caught a lot more things later on that I was surprised by, considering I paid $450. Pros: -Very responsive -The windows and doors were sparkling! Just like in the commercials, my Internet installation guy accidentally walked into the patio door because it was so transparent -Light colored cabinets were cleaned well -Innovated to help me get some cobwebs in the garage using their duster -Probably some others I'm forgetting right now Cons: -Left green & black gunk on the washing machine even though my husband specifically asked them to clean the top of the machine (pic attached of what I cleaned afterwards) -Left some black gunk in the freezer. Clearly was sprayed, but they must have forgotten to wipe the spots after -Left 5 spiders and more cobwebs in the lower kitchen cabinets -Left many cobwebs on the fireplace Perhaps they are better for general cleanings compared to cleaning a house that hasn't been lived in for months? read more

In my call and text message with Eliane explaining what I wanted, I was very specific about what my priorities were. I specifically asked for wet mopping of tile floors. She did not come prepared with a wet mop, and instead damp mopped. We wiped the floor with a damp paper towel to show that it was still dirty. They damp mopped again, then said that was the best they could do. Other areas like the refrigerator, microwave, and stove top were cleaned adequately. The top of the range hood and cabinet faces were missed. I would not hire her again for a "deep clean". read more
