I had a great experience with Attic XPerts. Doug came out to inspect my garage after my car had wiring damage that turned out to be caused by a rodent. He was professional, thorough, and honest. After a complete inspection, he told me I didn't have a serious issue and that the garage was very well sealed. He was very friendly and helpful. From the point I met Noah during the bidding process, I knew this was the company for me to address the infestation of rats into my home. He walked me around the property and we examined the interior of the house, including the attic At each step of the way, he highlighted the severity of the problem, my home's vulnerabilities (primarily entry points) and his company's proposal for remediation. This was far beyond the other bidders. I was especially pleased that the price was the lowest and that the company provided a 10 year guarantee on its work, including return on future infestations. His staff were equally professional, communicative and efficient. When it was realized that a significant problem was the crawl space entry, they installed a screen door for ventilation and to serve as a barrier. Of course, I will best be able to evaluate their work over time but I'm optimistic that I hired the right company. Their ratings are all 5s with 2 at the lowest level of evaluation, I encourage you to ignore them because these comments do not reflect my experience. He will not sell you on work you do not need. He gave great recommendations. He said our home looked secure and despite capturing rats on camera on our roof they were not in our attic. We have used companies in the past that do not solve the problem or try to charge you to renew your contract. I had made a review and then I took it down because I felt bad but it's been eating me away. All I'm going to say is this company in my opinion is extremely dishonest. I feel extremely ripped off. I wouldn't hire them if I were you to do extermination. I would look elsewhere. they cleaned my attic well and did a good job but that's not what I hired them to do. I made my needs very clear. Noah came out quickly to examine the attic, provided us with a clear detailed plan of what needed to be done and estimated cost before the job. He was thorough in clarifying all of my questions and concerns. The 3-day scheduled project of removal of old insulation, cleaning and disinfection (1st day), installation of new air ducts (2nd day) and installation of new insulation (3rd day) took place on time and with high quality of service. We had a major rodent issue at our 100 year old house. The type of problem that requires more expertise than a regular pest control company can provide. I got in touch with Noah and he was able to come out to inspect the property right away. Even before he came out, he was explaining what we might expect and the level of detail he was going to do to pinpoint our problem over the phone. Really made me feel like we had finally found the right company to solve our problems! When he got here he was very kind and professional. Within minutes of the foundation and attic inspection he had a good idea of what we were dealing with. Throughout the process he was explaining everything with photos and showing evidence of his thought process. He knew we were dealing with a sewer rat problem and an attic infestation. Instead of trying to tackle the sewer problem himself, he offered the services of another company he works closely with that are experts in specifically sewer rodent infestation. I know many companies that would try to do it themselves even if they knew they weren't specialized in it! We booked Noah to do the attic and roof work and he came out within a couple days with a 4 or 5 man crew to knock this big job out in one day. They showed up when they said they would and set up numerous precautions to keep the inside of the house clean. I can tell you, this was not an easy job because we have a flat roof with maybe 2 feet of clearance in the attic and a tiny entry point. When they were finished they left the house as clean as when they got there. Maybe even more so because I didn't need to vacuum up where they worked, they did it themselves! As I write this review the sewer experts he set me up with are working under the house. This company is equally professional. We had rats in our attic and I definitely panicked. I called after regular business hours and was able to have Skyler walk me through everything. The next day Noah came out and spent almost two hours at my house for consult! Giving me a break down of every entry point, for free. AtticXperts did an amazing job at fixing our problem! After our landlord had tried doing the cheap pest control remedies for months, she finally decided to have a real company to handle our very serious rat problem. Their approach was completely different from any of the pest companies my landlord had come in before. Their team spent 2 days vacuuming and cleaning the entire attic as well as sealing up the entire home so those little stinkers don't ever come back. After several trap visits to ensure the job was done correctly, their team came back for one last big day to replace all the insulation they cleaned out. The team was accommodating throughout the whole project and they were able to manage the work around my teaching schedule.
