I have requested a quote from multiple businesses and with all the businesses that came and gave me a quote for my rodent problems at my house, they are the only one who can perform the job for a reasonable price without subcontracting the job. I found out that not only do we need rat proofing, we also need our attic cleaned/disinfected, insulation removed and replaced and our air ducts have asbestos so we need this removed and replaced as well. Spoke with Jackie who scheduled an appointment for Isaias to come to the house and do a walk through. After the walk through, Jackie explained it to me in details what the job entails and also emailed me what we discussed on the phone. Before the work started, Isaias and crew covered the hallway with plastic enclosure and covered the floor. He came back every week for the next 3 weeks to check on the traps they left in the attic to make sure that there are no more rodents after they rat proofed the house. They were very accommodating with scheduling the appointments and they completed the job. The rat proofing has a 5 year warranty so I'm at ease that I can call them back in the event I have rodent problems but I'm hoping that they actually did their job so no rodents will come back. This is a great company. We had an inspector come over. He went into the attic, the basement & all around the outside, gave us a quote. I had three other quotes and there were problems with the other two. When it was time to do the work, the crew came, placed on all their shoe booties, did all the work upstairs. They covered everything then went into the attic and sealed everything & set traps. Others went into the basement & sealed from the inside & outside. The company was finished sealing in one day. They have come back twice to recheck. These young guys are clean, prompt, efficient & know their product. Their prices are good, & they even do roof insulation if needed. Ricky and Isaias, along with their crew, are as good as it gets. We noticed some rodent activity even though the normal pest control company put bait boxes around the house. Ricky and Isaias were able to get to my house within a day of contacting them. They showed me that the boxes were not working and that the rodents were coming and going through any hole they could find. The guys took pictures of the mess the rodents were making and took pictures of the entry and exit points for the rodents. After getting a very detailed estimate, I checked a few other companies. I believed Rodent Exterminator would do the best job and would provide the best value. After the crew got the work done a few days after being out to provide the estimate, my beliefs were confirmed. The guys showed me pictures of every hole that had been covered up, and they even installed two new crawlspace access doors since my old ones were not holding up well. When Ricky and Isaias returned two days later to check the traps, we had caught 5 rats. It's a good thing the guys came back so quickly, because the next few days were quite hot for L.A., and those things were going to begin to smell. The guys re-set the traps and bait, and they returned another 5 days later. On that visit, no more rats were found. They made a third return visit to check traps about a week after the second, and the traps remained clear. It seems we had caught all the intruders on the first setting of traps, and the clean traps on the second and third visits are proof that the crew made sure to seal up any possible access point for the rodents. Through it all, Ricky and Isaias were top professionals. They were courteous, responsive and always in a good mood. We had this issue pop up during the COVID-19 quarantine, and these guys were always gloved and masked and making sure to maintain proper distance at all times. My kids got to enjoy Ricky and Isaias's visits, and they have been asking when the guys are coming back! I had to let my kids know that we hope the guys won't ever have to come back. However, if any rodent issue were to come up, I'd call these guys in a heartbeat. Today they came to clear a rodent problem on the insolation in the ceiling. As we are cleaning and preparing the house for my family that is coming to celebrate the holidays in our home, this happens. My boyfriend on the sofa watching some football and me near by. The roof breaks and parts of the insolation that is contaminated with rats falls down on our new barely cleaned sofa. I am devastated as i hear the guys working in the roof laughing saying "ups sorry" sticking their head through the opened roof. I am 5 months pregnant. What kind of caution and work ethics does this company have for the safety of the people in the house they are doing the work!!!!!. Imagine i was there sitting down and all that toxic trash comes falling down on me on my pregnant self. Imagine i had my newborn baby on the sofa and someone falls down on my baby.
