They completed a full attic restoration and rodent-proofing on our single story, 2,000 sq ft home. We had a great experience with Natural Rodent Control! Our crawlspace was dirty and full of junk, and mice were finding a way in. During the initial inspection (which was free), it was discovered that some water had been pooling up from a leak! We might never had known. Incredibly impressed! I sincerely recommend this company for rodent control and home insulation. Honest, transparent and good at what they do. Today we have a rodent free, clean, organized home. I brought Natural Rodent Control out for a free estimate. I explained we had planned to pull everything out of our garage and attic as part of our organization project. Luis was straight forward, professional and knowledgeable. He appeared to sincerely care about evicting those pesky critters. On top of his expertise, he explained the company helps take EVERYTHING out of the infested location, then return it. Again, removing our crap was far more complicated than any pest control service. And they did it as part of their regular service. As far as I'm concern, they helped us out for free. So, I hired them. The team showed up and got to work lifting boxes and moving everything into the backyard. The team worked on pulling out dated, rat contaminated insulation while my husband and sorted through our sh*t. Oh wow! My high school Powderpuff jersey, awe, that was fun, but no. Does not bring me joy. Junk!! They offered to haul our trash away too!! It was A LOT so we hired a dumpster. Families that are not pack rats - no pun intended- would not require this additional expense. However, it made everything easier so if you have the means or a lot of junk, I recommend doing that. After demo, the team cleaned the area, and installed R-30 Batt insulation. Luis pointed out where rats had damaged our cooling ducts. We agreed to have them replace it. Finally the team covered ever single hole and possible entrance a rat could use. They explained rat behavior and how those mini monsters get into the home then corrected every problem. When the job was done, they set traps. The team will come out every week to remove the dead animal from the trap. Today I have clean and organized space free of rats! I feel SO MUCH JOY. Luis at Natural Rodent Control is professional, hard-working, and honest. We called because we heard something in the crawl space above our bedroom. He walked us through our house, showed us all of the openings where animals could come in, and gave a fair price for sealing the openings. The inspection was free, which not all companies offer. Luis showed up when he said he would, and worked on the house for an entire day - he showed great attention to detail, and the work was impeccably done. He built new screens for our crawl space entry points, which were in bad shape. When we heard the scratching again, we called Luis, and he came back the next day to check it out. He found that a family of pigeons had made a nest in a space that he couldn't see or reach from the outside. He ended up cutting through our bathroom ceiling to retrieve the pigeons and the nest - two babies and seven eggs. Again, Luis was extremely professional and detailed - he covered the bathroom fixtures and put down plastic drop cloths wherever he worked, and after he was done, he repaired and painted the ceiling. Luis is very professional, as the others say. I solicited from other pest companies for appraisal on my attic problem. Luis has the most thorough inspection and proposed solution compared to another company. The day he and his crew came in to do the work was a understandably inconvenient, because of the machine noise, and limited access to some of the rooms. But this is a small price to pay for having them seal any entry points, remove the old blown-in insulation with vacuum, lay-in new roll-in insulation, and sanitize. Things I could have never done by myself, let alone reach into the tight spaces along the attic's perimeter. I was impressed with their strategy on how to go about their work (where to hook their vacuum machine hose, etc). This clearly shows good experience. Luis is amazing! He's very efficient, hard working and professional. I called MANY exterminating companies to get rid of the rats and not one of them fixed the rat issue except for Luis. He walked around the house and found a dead rat in the attic of the garage along with rat poop and pee in the insulation, so he cleaned it up and replaced the insulation. He also put a hole in our bedroom wall to find an area where they were coming into the walls, so he sealed that area so they couldn't get through. He also did a very clean job of sealing and painting the wall. You would never know there was a hole there. He also added new trap doors and even sealed up any holes where the rats could get into the attic or underneath the house. He was very thorough. When we heard another rat in the crawl space a few days later, he immediately came back and sealed some more holes and believe it or not, no more rats! No more scratching! We know that if we hear anything again, that he is the guy to call and that he will make sure to fix the issue.
