Even when I arrived at the closed dealership, they sent me a reply to my voicemail and text message when I asked where are they for my 10 apt. Response via text = "Car sold" nothing else. That is horrible communication and customer service. I know it is a small shop, but this is basic stuff. Be cautious of this dealership... does not seem to be customer focused... the only good thing was there Ai responses when checking availability.

Since I bought my car, I had to take it back to San Diego Easy Credit for a transmission issue 3 months after I bought it and paid them $75 for transmission oil. I had to put new tires on it; I had to replace the driver side CV drive axle, and now I had to replace the throttle body and pedal. I have put about $2,500 into this car in the 11 months I have had it and paid $6,000 for it. The KBB value is half of that! Although everyone that works there is very kind, the cars they sell are not! Fool me once, shame on me (I am living with it every day), fool me twice (the kid who had to return his first vehicle he ever purchased) shame on you!!
