The Kleenex dispenser is also falling out of the wall
    David W.

The bed was nice. That is it. My recommendation spend more on your hotel instead of cutting corners with places like this. Here is the list of problems. : - recliner is broken, and they claimed to not have known. - toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall. Manager blamed it on maintenance. - shower curtain rod falling out of the wall - Kleenex dispenser falling out of the wall - Attempts to fix things with painting, they used the wrong color now it looks like graffiti on the wall - shower curtain mount is actually falling out of the wall and look at the picture they didn't even bother to paint - Lastly, when I used the shampoo dispenser, as seen in the photo, it fell off the wall. And for all of this, they agreed to give me eight dollars off. Use your $40 and enjoy your night somewhere else.

    Nasty mysterious booty stain.

08/14/2023 BED BUGS!!!! They have BED BUGS!! Eeek!! Even saw the rusty blood mark from where i rolled over on one after it was done feeding off of me. This i only know of after researching what bed bugs even are... Probably walked straight in!!! (See picture of door seal) If i would've known it was a bug before i started itching the next day, i would've taken a picture of the blood. MY blood. So gross. Before that, there was this other guest who said a lady just died five days ago in room 129 and they showed no sympathy. They even disposed of all the deceased lady's property before her son could come pick it up. The lights outside are hella bright at night and there's no curtains. Then the mysterious booty stain on the recliner. So gross. The very rude and unprofessional manager said no visitors past eight o'clock. Then she changed it and said no one can have a visitor for over an hour, then she changed it again and said no visitors at all. Usually when you PAY MONEY for a room, you can have visitors no matter what as long as you register them. The manger woman yells at everything and has people crying. I've seen it. This is the Riverside Ave. location in Medford, Oregon. DO NOT BOOK. Spend the extra twenty bucks. You'll be glad you did.

Motel parking lot day before memorial weekend.

I like that I can park in front of my room. The room is always exceptionally clean and comfortable. I stayed over memorial weekend And was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was at night, even though the complex was completely full. I will be back again.

    Hole around vent.

Clean. Freshly painted. New furnature. Staff weren't wearing masks when I arrived. One went away. The other put her mask on haphazardly and below her nose, despite masking signs. Breakfast starts at 7 am-tough for a road trip. Signs say no food out of tiny breakfast room with no one else masked. Limited selection : eggs, few yogurts...Our room had coffeemaker but no coffee. Worse though: the room was freezing!!!!!!! Never warmed up. Heater was loud but we kept it on. It turned off in middle of night and I turned it back on. Bathroom especially cold. Cold air seemed to be coming thru hole around vent. We usually stay here on way to/from CA. Maybe not in future. Given late breakfast, Covid concerns, sign in breakfast room and cold room????! But room was real clean and fresh. And I know staffing challenges are real. Ugh!

    Hole in curtain...

There were multiple small holes in the curtains that I didn't notice until the following morning when my room was dark and it was light outside. The privacy of the room felt questionable. The people who work here (especially the guy at the front desk) have terrible attitudes. A couple hours after I checked in, they felt the need to come bother me and nit-pick where I was parked. Apparently they have some sort of weird policy that you have to park directly in front of your room. There were like 7 cars in the entire parking lot and like 20 empty parking spaces. Apparently, I was parked a whole 2 spaces too far to the right... They don't have any signs in their parking lot stating this policy and I wasn't told when I checked in. Seems like an awfully petty and silly reason to annoy your guests over something so trivial. The wifi was so bad, that I ended up just using my phone's data to connect to the internet. When I told the guy at the front desk, his immediate reply was, "I checked the wifi and it's working fine..." I won't be back and I don't recommend staying here.

I get here at 10:55pm from out of state after a 10 hours drive. In a uhual the whole thing. I get into my room and my dog barks once and the person in the front calls me and tell me people were calling wanting refunds. He threw the laws in my face and said "that's not an emotional support animal that's a dog and dogs are not allowed here" yelled at me told me over and over again that I lied about my service animal. Straight up said give me the keys get your things and get out you will get no refund your lucky I don't report you to the police . It's 12:20am I had to get the only hotel in town that had availability down the street. You guess it it's garbage. I'm emotionally torn and very distressed. I can't believe the animalistic behavior of this person, the disgust in his face from the second I walked in. You are a straight racist. I find it hilarious that YOU treated me like that. Karma will get you my friend not me. Thanks for taking my money for the 1 hour I was here.

For starter, the room had mold, dust, and stained carpet. There was pee in the toilet when we first checked in. We were too exhausted to deal with it. Very poorly maintained with the towel rack coming off the wall, dirty microwave, and dank air vent was hanging loosely from the ceiling. The carpet was stiff with old flight.

Clean! The exteriors of the windows and all around the AC units were clean!

Beware, they'll try to sneak a hidden $2 "services" charge in on your cc after your stay.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the full-size refrigerator, which is something you don't often find in hotels. Everything in the room was well-maintained, and the property felt welcoming for families traveling together. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but the quality could be improved. The hot water was only lukewarm, the pancake batter didn't seem to be mixed properly, and some of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and had gone cold. The oatmeal was actually quite good, but I wish there had been a few more fresh options and greater variety overall. Despite the breakfast shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on future road trips. It's a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with spacious accommodations and great amenities. Highly recommended for travelers passing through Medford with family and pets.

I normally stay at IHG Holiday Inn Express locations when I travel as I'm a platinum rewards member and get points for future stays and free room upgrades. This location was easy enough to find with GPS, but other wise just go south on Center Drive and when you see the Walmart on the right, turn left and go down the little street to the hotel. Plenty of parking available. We arrived a little too early and the rooms weren't ready yet, official check in is 3 pm, but we thought we might get in early, so we waited over at the Starbucks right near the hotel. I get a call the rooms are ready, so the front desk is on the ball! As the crew unloads all our stuff out of the big rental SUV, I do the check in and it all goes smooth. We get our keys and go to our rooms. My room was clean and nice and the first thing I check is the WiFi. It's working fine and I can get work done. The connection is fast enough to stream Netlix or whatever, but I gotta work so no time to stream stuff! The rest of the room is clean and the bathroom is fine and everything works and no stray hairs that weren't my color! The coffee maker worked fine as well. Breakfast is included n the mornings and it was hot and tasty as usual and the selection was just about the same as all the Holiday Inn Express locations. Hot choices as well as breads to toast and cereal if you want that. This is a good location of the Holiday Inn Expresses and I'd stay here again. None of my crew had any complaints either.

The lodge is very remote and we took Jerry's Rogue Jet Boats on the 104-mile package to get there. There are no roads to get to Paradise Lodge and it's either a jet boat, hike in, or helicopter. The jet boat definitely adds to the entire experience. On route we saw bald eagles, a seal sunning on a rock, osprey, etc. You get a lot of refreshing splashes on the way too. The ride cost $95/per person, but it was worth every penny (it's a long ride to Paradise Lodge!) The lodge was rustic, but very comfortable. Every cabin has its own bathroom with a hot shower. There is no air conditioning or fans, but somehow even though we were there during a 100 degree + heat wave the cabins stayed fairly cool during the day and definitely cooled down during the evening. Service is outstanding. Six people work there and attend to your every need. The food is awesome for the property being so remote. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included and they don't mess around. For example, one breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, French toast, biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice. You will never be hungry at the lodge. They also have wine and beer available. Speaking of service, it was so hot during our stay that the owner invited us to join him wearing life vests, hike a bit upstream,. and float down the Rogue River back to the lodge. It was a highlight of the the trip for our kids and one son took the trek with my husband and other guests four times! Wonderful memories. We will return! Jet Boat TIP: On our return the jet boat makes a 1 1/2 hour stop at Singing Springs Resort in Agness. We had a very mediocre buffet meal consisting of wilted vegetables, odd biscuits and fried chicken, etc. and it was roughly $60 for the four of us. Skip their lunch or very selectively order a few items off of the menu. The buffet was expensive and bad.
