Except for the WiFi, I had a great experience at this SpringHill Suites. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, having a small fridge and microwave was super helpful, and there were plenty of outlets for my devices including a CPAP machine. As for the complimentary breakfast, there were plenty of ways to get protein through boiled eggs, milk, yogurt, and scrambled eggs that could be topped with salsa, hot sauce or gochujang! Toppings for the oatmeal included seeds, nuts, brown sugar, coconut, raisins, chocolate chips and more. Additionally, there were more traditional items offered like eggs, sausage, bacon and various bread items like muffins and bagels. Beverages were the big surprise because you could have oat milk with your coffee or tea and POG (passion-orange-guava) was included in the juice selection. While the small indoor pool was inviting on the 100°F day, I opted for the workout room which was stocked with the equipment I needed (weights, mat, filtered water) except for a Peloton bike. Although SS offers free Wifi and better Wifi for $5, the free WiFi kept quitting which is why I opted to use my own data which worked so much better. With everything being so pleasant and there is no parking fee, I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is the other Springhill Suites in Medford. The other one is further south. This one is closer to the airport. This one seems to have more to do in the area. We came here for a one night stay. Check in was quick. Larissa was nice and personable. We were given a room with a king bed, as we reserved. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was normal for a Springhill. Alice + Co shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided by the hotel. The gym had ellipticals bike and treadmills for cardio. Dumbells and kettlebells are available for strength training. They also have a Bosu and Pilates ball. Cleaning wipes and towels are provided for you to keep the equipement clean. Breakfast is served downstairs in the breakfast area. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a sausage biscuit were served the morning I was there. They also had juices and coffee. It was better than some Marriott properties that I have been to recently. It was a good one night stay. I liked this Springhill. It gave me a good nights sleep for a long drive the next day.

This particular hotel is practically brand new. I was told at the desk that they opened in October 2022. Everything seemed immaculate and very well maintained. The place is located right across from the Medford Airport. I was able to snag a pretty good deal for a weekend overnight stay, as this is not a very busy time for airport hotels. The rooms are all mini suites with a small sitting area adjacent to the bed. Also, breakfast is included in the price of the room. Parking is free.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the full-size refrigerator, which is something you don't often find in hotels. Everything in the room was well-maintained, and the property felt welcoming for families traveling together. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but the quality could be improved. The hot water was only lukewarm, the pancake batter didn't seem to be mixed properly, and some of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while and had gone cold. The oatmeal was actually quite good, but I wish there had been a few more fresh options and greater variety overall. Despite the breakfast shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on future road trips. It's a comfortable, family-friendly hotel with spacious accommodations and great amenities. Highly recommended for travelers passing through Medford with family and pets.

My only complaint is this hotel doesn't have a hot tub and the pool is inside which is not heated and the room. It is stuffy so it just wasn't a good mixture. We did meet the cutest dog named Rio and I guess he's there every night. He's missing treats so his tongue hangs out. He's 16 1/2 and can barely see but just wants love. My daughter absolutely loved him.

Unfortunately, Lithia Resort chose not to respond at all. During our two-night stay, the entire hotel lost water at approximately 10:00 PM, and it wasn't restored until around 6:30 the following morning. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. My daughter was in the middle of a shower with soap all over her body and had no way to rinse off except with bottled water. We couldn't flush the toilet in our room for the entire night and had no choice but to continue using it. It made for an incredibly unpleasant and unsanitary experience. Things happen. I understand that. Hotels can't always prevent emergencies. What matters is how they respond. When we checked out the next morning, the manager acknowledged the situation and told us they would be applying a discount to our stay. That never happened. After returning home, I sent a courteous email to the hotel explaining what happened and simply requested that they refund the one night that was affected. I wasn't asking for both nights. I thought that was a fair and reasonable request given that one of the most basic services a hotel provides, running water, was unavailable for nearly nine hours. They never responded. No refund. No discount. No apology. Not even the courtesy of a reply. The complete lack of communication is honestly more disappointing than the water outage itself. Problems happen. Ignoring your guests after promising to make things right is a choice. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend staying in a different hotel when visiting Ashland.

It's a beautiful hotel, and the people are very friendly. . The hotel is close to everything in town. There is very easy access to interstate 5, there is a Walmart nearby, the hotel is very close to Harry and David, and there are lots of great dining and shopping opportunities around town. The hotel also has a guest Laundry, which is very reasonably priced. I check in, and because I have status, they gave me a room upgrade, and they also gave me a choice of a goodie, or bonus points. I can get a goodie anywhere, so I took the bonus points. On top of that, I still got a cookie and a bottle of water. It was a good cookie! The room was very good, up to IHG standards. A large room, everything was spotless, a fridge, a microwave, a walk-in shower, a desk to work or do stuff with my laptop, if you don't have a laptop with you, but you still need to do some work, they have computers available in the lobby The Wi-Fi was plenty fast, and there were plenty of places to charge my gear. There was a couch with a hide a bed, although I didn't need it, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. I got a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent in the morning, as I always get at Holiday Inn express. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, a pancake machine, as well as their excellent biscuits and gravy. They also had the cinnamon rolls which they are known for. A good way to start the day and get me going. They also have the coffee machine, where they don't even grind the beans, until you push the button for your cup of coffee. Top-notch. I had a great stay, and I would stay here again when I am passing thruMedford without a doubt . Thanks!

I normally stay at IHG Holiday Inn Express locations when I travel as I'm a platinum rewards member and get points for future stays and free room upgrades. This location was easy enough to find with GPS, but other wise just go south on Center Drive and when you see the Walmart on the right, turn left and go down the little street to the hotel. Plenty of parking available. We arrived a little too early and the rooms weren't ready yet, official check in is 3 pm, but we thought we might get in early, so we waited over at the Starbucks right near the hotel. I get a call the rooms are ready, so the front desk is on the ball! As the crew unloads all our stuff out of the big rental SUV, I do the check in and it all goes smooth. We get our keys and go to our rooms. My room was clean and nice and the first thing I check is the WiFi. It's working fine and I can get work done. The connection is fast enough to stream Netlix or whatever, but I gotta work so no time to stream stuff! The rest of the room is clean and the bathroom is fine and everything works and no stray hairs that weren't my color! The coffee maker worked fine as well. Breakfast is included n the mornings and it was hot and tasty as usual and the selection was just about the same as all the Holiday Inn Express locations. Hot choices as well as breads to toast and cereal if you want that. This is a good location of the Holiday Inn Expresses and I'd stay here again. None of my crew had any complaints either.
