This is my choice for when I visit Medford. Clean, comfortable and QUIET. They have lovely beds and a great layout. I stayed in a single king room with sofa bed. Can sleep 4 very comfortably. Their breakfast buffet is actually very good. Not just cheap carbs. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Great location. Right near the airport. Except for the WiFi, I had a great experience at this SpringHill Suites. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, having a small fridge and microwave was super helpful, and there were plenty of outlets for my devices including a CPAP machine. As for the complimentary breakfast, there were plenty of ways to get protein through boiled eggs, milk, yogurt, and scrambled eggs that could be topped with salsa, hot sauce or gochujang! Toppings for the oatmeal included seeds, nuts, brown sugar, coconut, raisins, chocolate chips and more. Additionally, there were more traditional items offered like eggs, sausage, bacon and various bread items like muffins and bagels. Beverages were the big surprise because you could have oat milk with your coffee or tea and POG (passion-orange-guava) was included in the juice selection. While the small indoor pool was inviting on the 100°F day, I opted for the workout room which was stocked with the equipment I needed (weights, mat, filtered water) except for a Peloton bike. Although SS offers free Wifi and better Wifi for $5, the free WiFi kept quitting which is why I opted to use my own data which worked so much better. With everything being so pleasant and there is no parking fee, I would definitely consider staying here again. read more

This is the other Springhill Suites in Medford. The other one is further south. This one is closer to the airport. This one seems to have more to do in the area. We came here for a one night stay. Check in was quick. Larissa was nice and personable. We were given a room with a king bed, as we reserved. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was normal for a Springhill. Alice + Co shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided by the hotel. The gym had ellipticals bike and treadmills for cardio. Dumbells and kettlebells are available for strength training. They also have a Bosu and Pilates ball. Cleaning wipes and towels are provided for you to keep the equipement clean. Breakfast is served downstairs in the breakfast area. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a sausage biscuit were served the morning I was there. They also had juices and coffee. It was better than some Marriott properties that I have been to recently. It was a good one night stay. I liked this Springhill. It gave me a good nights sleep for a long drive the next day. read more

Passing Oregon, we decided to rest in Medford. What a great decision! SpringHill Suites suited far beyond my expectations and I'm glad we booked with them. Rooms: 5/5. Up-to-date fixtures, we were in awe of the layout; bathroom and walk in closet was 5-star alone. The room we received had two queen beds, with a little living space. The sofa was twin-sized, and had a twin sized slide out underneath. Definitely a win for a family of 6, Amenities: 4/5. Everything was kosher and clean. Bar near lobby, indoor pool for all seasons, and free breakfast was a plus. They do have free WiFi, also a pay option that's faster. Service: 4/5. Attendees were kind and helpful, Check-in was seamless. The bar was not attended, by 5pm. It would have been nice to have someone operating this area from 5-9pm for guests. Lost revenue for sure.... Improvement: The only thing I would fix would be the entrance door, it's a bit tight. I would consider opening the space to compliment their grand entrance feel when walking in. I'd definitely stay hear again, 4.5/5 for sure. read more

This hotel opened in November 2022. Our check in was easy and quick. Staff was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. There's a pool, gym and a bar too! Breakfast is included with hotel stay. Rooms are huge - 2 queen beds, a desk, a couch that turns into a bed. Can easily sleep 5 or even 6 as there is a pull out under the couch. Breakfast served has decent varieties. Always love to stay at Marriot. read more

This particular hotel is practically brand new. I was told at the desk that they opened in October 2022. Everything seemed immaculate and very well maintained. The place is located right across from the Medford Airport. I was able to snag a pretty good deal for a weekend overnight stay, as this is not a very busy time for airport hotels. The rooms are all mini suites with a small sitting area adjacent to the bed. Also, breakfast is included in the price of the room. Parking is free. read more

This is a new hotel less than a mile from the Medford airport. While it's close, there are some busier roads to cross so I would grab a shuttle or Uber. They provide free hot breakfast and a bar with some light snacks and cocktails for later in the day. Being that the hotel is new, it was very clean. The rooms are huge - separate desk area with couch, bedroom, coffee station and bathrooms with plenty of space. My heating unit made an annoying clicking sound as it turned on and off but I otherwise had a very comfortable and nice stay. They offer a shuttle as early as 4am to the airport which was a relief when I couldn't get an Uber! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I know I will stay here again. read more

This could have been a great July stay. The rooms are very nice and quiet. The hotel is clean and the window shades darken the room completely. However, we changed rooms twice due to an inoperable ac unit. In addition, our credit card was billed despite prepaying for 4 nights in January. It took 2 hours on the phone to straighten out the problem. We did not eat the breakfast; it was surprisingly cheap and horrible for a high priced Marriott. read more

Fabulous choice for a quiet and cozy near Medford airport stay, complete with super comfy beds, a quaint little office space and small living room separated by furniture, great showe and bath, blackout curtains, temperature controls, warm lighting, workout room and pool and a fabulous continella breakfast; with all kinds of goodies that's health but and vegetarian / vegan friendly. I was amazed that they had not only homemade oatmeal, but nuts, fruits, etc. for our food and had both oat milk and oat milk creamer, as well as fruit, scrambled eggs, herbal tea, etc. In addition, the hotel has very friendly service, and lovely, quiet, "well-groomed" inside and outside environment. read more

We stayed two nights a week apart at this hotel. Both times our check in was quick and friendly. Our room- a King Suite was clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast one morning and had drinks at the bar one evening. The breakfast was good and The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The hotel is across the street from the airport but there is a shuttle although we didn't use it this time. We will definitely stay again on our next trip! read more

This is our 2nd stay. The first stay way great. The bathroom was filthy! My Service Dog found a pill of some kind on the floor in the bathroom and picked it up and then dropped as I turned in HORROR to see her drop it!!!! This could have killed my dog!! I have no idea what it was but I through it in the trash can! HAIR on the bathroom floor clearly had not been cleaned! HAIR on the wall of the shower! The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I will never stay again. No refrigerator. No bottled water. We talked to the guy at the front desk who had absolutely no emotion and was busy chomping on some food with his mouth open. The room we had was great: clean, roomy, and modern. My family and I were very impressed. The check in process was smooth and the young lady that checked us in was friendly and personable. No overnight issues, AC was perfect. Pool was small ti medium -ish size, looked clean. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood felt safe- it was amongst other hotels near the airport.
